本发明公开了一种改性环保材料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:木质纤维(80-200目)0.5-1.5份,硅藻土(80-180目)10-20份,聚烯烃树脂20-30份,马来酸酐1-7份,铜粉2-8份,氧化铁3-9份,纳米碳酸钙1-2份,氧化聚丙烯酯3-5份,抗氧剂0.5-1份。本发明的环保材料在弯曲拉伸模数、缺口冲击强度、防紫外线性能、抵御冷热冲击的机械性能和降解性方面效果很好,易于加工。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种改性环保材料。
背景技术
现有的用聚丙烯树脂或聚乙烯树脂所做的产品,都是用单纯的聚丙烯树脂或聚乙烯树脂注塑而成,这种产品在弯曲拉伸模数、缺口冲击强度、防紫外线性能、抵御冷热冲击的机械性能和降解性方面都不是很好,尤其是随着人们对环保的越来越重视,对塑料产品的降解性能要求越来越高,因此,传统的用聚丙烯树脂或聚乙烯树脂所做的产品越来越多地受到市场和政府的限制。虽然,目前也有部分可降解的聚丙烯树脂或聚乙烯树脂的产品出现,但由于其降解性及其它各项性能均不是很理想,而未得到广泛的推广与应用。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种改性环保材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种改性环保材料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:木质纤维(80-200 目)0.5-1.5 份,硅藻土(80-180 目)10-20 份,聚烯烃树脂20-30 份,马来酸酐1-7 份,铜粉2-8份,氧化铁3-9 份,纳米碳酸钙1-2 份,氧化聚丙烯酯3-5 份,抗氧剂0.5-1 份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的环保材料在弯曲拉伸模数、缺口冲击强度、防紫外线性能、抵御冷热冲击的机械性能和降解性方面效果很好,易于加工。

实施例1,一种改性环保材料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:木质纤维(80-200 目)1 份,硅藻土(80-180 目)15 份,聚烯烃树脂25 份,马来酸酐5份,铜粉6份,氧化铁8份,纳米碳酸钙2 份,氧化聚丙烯酯5 份,抗氧剂1 份。
