本发明涉及一种涂料,具体涉及一种固体建筑涂料。
背景技术
涂料涂饰于物体表面能与基体材料很好粘结并形成完整而坚韧保护膜的物料,称为涂料。涂料与油漆是同一概念。油漆是人们沿用已久的习惯名称,引进我国后,就一直利用在建筑行业。涂料的作用可以概括为三个方面:保护作用,装饰作用,特殊功能作用。
中国涂料产业在下游产业的推动下日益壮大,而作为其中一个分支的建筑涂料,也得到了长足的发展。统计数据显示,2011年中国建筑涂料总计产量约351.82万吨,同比增长30%以上。由此可见,中国建筑涂料产业虽然经历了2008年全球性金融危机的影响、原材料价格上涨及央行加息带来的压力,但其发展势头依然不减,且还保持着较高的增长率。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种固体建筑涂料。
一种固体建筑涂料,包括下述重量份的组分:轻质碳酸钙100份,硫化锌20-30份,硫酸钡20-30份,滑石粉20-30份,氧化钙10-30份,聚乙烯醇20-40份,羧甲基纤维素10-20份。
一种固体建筑涂料,包括下述重量份的组分:轻质碳酸钙100份,硫化锌20-30份,硫酸钡20-30份,滑石粉20-30份,氧化钙10-30份,聚乙烯醇20-40份,羧甲基纤维素10-20份,杀菌剂0.6-1.0份。
所述杀菌剂为N-(4,6-二甲基嘧啶-2-基)苯胺和/或烯肟菌酯。优选地,所述杀菌剂由10-30wt%的N-(4,6-二甲基嘧啶-2-基)苯胺和70-90wt%的烯肟菌酯混合而成。N-(4,6-二甲基嘧啶-2-基)苯胺,CAS:53112-28-0。烯肟菌酯,CAS:238410-11-2。本发明开拓性地将N-(4,6-二甲基嘧啶-2-基)苯胺或烯肟菌酯用于涂料中,起到了较好的效果。
本发明的固体建筑涂料采用本行业通用方法制备而成。例如将各原料放入搅拌机中,充分混合,转入粉碎机中进行粉碎即成。本发明的固体建筑涂料,具有表面干燥快,包装、运输方便,性能优良等优点。
具体实施方式
实施例1-4
按照表1中对应的实施例1-4数据称取各组分,放入搅拌机中,混合均匀,再转入粉碎机中进行粉碎,得到本发明的固体建筑涂料。

1.一种固体建筑涂料,其特征在于,包括下述重量份的组分:轻质碳酸钙100份,硫化锌20-30份,硫酸钡20-30份,滑石粉20-30份,氧化钙10-30份,聚乙烯醇20-40份,羧甲基纤维素10-20份。
2.一种固体建筑涂料,其特征在于,包括下述重量份的组分:轻质碳酸钙100份,硫化锌20-30份,硫酸钡20-30份,滑石粉20-30份,氧化钙10-30份,聚乙烯醇20-40份,羧甲基纤维素10-20份,杀菌剂0.6-1.0份。
3.如权利要求2所述的固体建筑涂料,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂为N-(4,6-二甲基嘧啶-2-基)苯胺和/或烯肟菌酯。
4.如权利要求3所述的固体建筑涂料,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂由10-30wt%的N-(4,6-二甲基嘧啶-2-基)苯胺和70-90wt%的烯肟菌酯混合而成。
