本发明公布了一种LED灯散热器夹具,包括夹体、夹环和端盖,端盖安装在夹环上,夹体包括筒体,在筒体的一侧设有固定座,固定座连接在车床夹头上,所述筒体外表面一侧开有三个转动槽,同时在筒体的外表面开有径向定位孔和轴向定位孔;夹环包括环体,所述环体的外表面设有三根手柄,所述手柄的一端内伸于环体内,同时在环体的内表面设有三个定位滚珠,手柄与定位滚珠相间分布;所述端盖包括端盖体,所述端盖体的表面均匀设有六个螺钉孔。本发明在使用时,将LED散热器安装在夹体内,然后将夹环上的手柄旋进夹体上的转动槽内,最后通过螺钉顶端盖安装在夹环上,能够迅速地将散热器固定在车床的夹头上,保证同轴度,提高产品的加工精度。

一种LED灯散热器夹具
技术领域
本发明涉及LED灯配件技术领域,尤其涉及一种LED灯散热器夹具。
背景技术
现有技术中的LED灯散热器在加工过程中,需要采用夹具作为辅助工具,方便散热器安装在加工车床上。目前,散热器夹具结构复杂,难以快速安装在车床上,同时安装的同轴度不稳定,因此降低了加工出来的产品的精度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种LED灯散热器夹具。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:
    一种LED灯散热器夹具,包括夹体、夹环和端盖,所述端盖安装在夹环上,所述夹环可旋转安装在夹体内;所述夹体安装在车床夹头上,所述夹体包括筒体,在筒体的一侧设有固定座,所述固定座连接在车床夹头上,所述筒体外表面一侧开有三个转动槽,同时在筒体的外表面开有径向定位孔和轴向定位孔;所述夹环包括环体,所述环体的外表面设有三根手柄,所述手柄的一端内伸于环体内,同时在环体的内表面设有三个定位滚珠,所述手柄与定位滚珠相间分布;所述端盖包括端盖体,所述端盖体的表面均匀设有六个螺钉孔。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述三根手柄均匀分布在环体上,相互之间呈120度。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述手柄上套有橡胶套。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,在使用时,将LED散热器安装在夹体内,然后将夹环上的手柄旋进夹体上的转动槽内,最后通过螺钉顶端盖安装在夹环上,能够迅速地将散热器固定在车床的夹头上,保证同轴度,提高产品的加工精度。

    所述一种LED灯散热器夹具,包括夹体1、夹环2和端盖3,所述端盖3安装在夹环2上,所述夹环2可旋转安装在夹体1内;所述夹体1安装在车床夹头上,所述夹体1包括筒体10,在筒体10的一侧设有固定座11,所述固定座11连接在车床夹头上,所述筒体10外表面一侧开有三个转动槽12,同时在筒体10的外表面开有径向定位孔13和轴向定位孔14;所述夹环2包括环体20,所述环体20的外表面设有三根手柄21,手柄上套有橡胶套,所述三根手柄21均匀分布在环体20上,相互之间呈120度,所述手柄21的一端内伸于环体20内,同时在环体20的内表面设有三个定位滚珠22,用于进一步提高散热器定位效果,所述手柄21与定位滚珠22相间分布;所述端盖3包括端盖体30,所述端盖体30的表面均匀设有六个螺钉孔31。在螺钉孔31中安装有螺钉,将端盖3安装在夹环2上,然后将散热器安装夹体1中,通过手柄31拧紧夹环2,将夹环2对准散热器,将其夹紧在夹体1中。
在使用时,该夹持装置能够将LED散热器安装在夹体内,然后将夹环上的手柄旋进夹体上的转动槽内,最后通过螺钉顶端盖安装在夹环上,能够迅速地将散热器固定在车床的夹头上,保证同轴度,提高产品的加工精度。

1.一种LED灯散热器夹具,包括夹体(1)、夹环(2)和端盖(3),所述端盖(3)安装在夹环(2)上,所述夹环(2)可旋转安装在夹体(1)内;所述夹体(1)安装在车床夹头上,所述夹体(1)包括筒体(10),在筒体(10)的一侧设有固定座(11),所述固定座(11)连接在车床夹头上,其特征在于:所述筒体(10)外表面一侧开有三个转动槽(12),同时在筒体(10)的外表面开有径向定位孔(13)和轴向定位孔(14);所述夹环(2)包括环体(20),所述环体(20)的外表面设有三根手柄(21),所述手柄(21)的一端内伸于环体(20)内,同时在环体(20)的内表面设有三个定位滚珠(22),所述手柄(21)与定位滚珠(22)相间分布;所述端盖(3)包括端盖体(30),所述端盖体(30)的表面均匀设有六个螺钉孔(31)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯散热器夹具,其特征在于:所述三根手柄(21)均匀分布在环体(20)上,相互之间呈120度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种LED灯散热器夹具,其特征在于:所述手柄(21)上套有橡胶套。
