本发明涉及一种离心机装置，具体涉及一种离心机用刮料装置。离心机用刮料装置，包括底座，底座上部设置竖直滑轨，滑轨上设置小车，小车下方连接液压装置，小车与机械臂铰接，机械臂分为上段和下段两部分，机械臂段中部与翻转液压装置连接，下段末端设置刮刀。本发明实现离心机内自动刮料，刮料干净彻底，节约了人力，降低了成本。

本发明涉及一种离心机装置，具体涉及一种离心机用刮料装置。
背景技术
在羽绒加工过程中，经过水洗的羽绒需要在离心机内进行脱水工序，脱水后的羽绒会粘接在机壳内壁四周，并逐渐聚集，长时间运行后会堵塞出料口，通常的措施是敲打机壳外壁，使粘接在机壳内壁的滤饼脱落，长期的敲打，会造成机壳变形，部分因材料特性焊缝脆性大，则会造成焊缝断裂从而造成机壳损害，且劳动强度大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单，使用方便，刮料干净的离心机用刮料装置。
离心机用刮料装置，包括底座，底座上部设置竖直滑轨，滑轨上设置小车，小车下方连接液压装置，小车与机械臂铰接，机械臂分为上段和下段两部分，机械臂上段和机械臂下段之间的角度是90度-110度。机械臂上段中部与翻转液压装置连接，机械臂下段末端连接液压马达，液压马达连接刮刀。
具体的，机械臂下端上设置吸料管道，吸料管道的前端正对刮刀，吸料管道连接抽风机。
本发明的有益效果是：实现离心机内自动刮料，刮料干净彻底，节约了人力，降低了成本。

具体实施方式
离心机用刮料装置，包括底座1，底座1安装在离心机12附近，底座1上部设置竖直滑轨2，滑轨上设置小车3，小车3下方连接上下液压装置4，上下液压装置4控制小车3上下运动，小车3与机械臂铰接，机械臂分为上段和下段两部分，机械臂上段5和机械臂下段6之间的角度是90度-110度，机械臂上段5中部与翻转液压装置7连接，翻转液压装置7带动机械臂沿机械臂上段5末端旋转，机械臂下段6末端连接液压马达8，液压马达8连接刮刀9，工作时，液压马达8带动刮刀9旋转，从而将粘连的羽绒从离心机9内壁上刮下来。
机械臂下段6上设置吸料管道10，吸料管道10的前端正对刮刀9，吸料管道10连接抽风机11，当刮刀9工作时，刮下来的羽绒经吸料管道10抽出。

1.离心机用刮料装置，包括底座，底座上部设置竖直滑轨，滑轨上设置小车，小车下方连接液压装置，小车与机械臂铰接，机械臂分为上段和下段两部分，机械臂上段和机械臂下段之间的角度是90度-110度，机械臂上段中部与翻转液压装置连接，机械臂下段末端连接液压马达，液压马达连接刮刀。
2.根据权利要求1所述离心机用刮料装置，其特征在于，机械臂下端上设置吸料管道，吸料管道的前端正对刮刀，吸料管道连接抽风机。
