本发明公开了转盘式通用自动注液机,工作台(6)的台面中心经转轴(12)安装转盘(3),转盘(3)的圆周上分布大齿轮(13),转盘(3)的盘面上沿圆周等份开衬套孔(10),衬套孔(10)内安装衬套(11),转盘(3)的底面对应每个衬套孔(10)安装感应桩(8),工作台(6)台面上安装步进电机(5)、注液泵(1)、定位感应器(9)和待注液电池感应器(2),步进电机(5)输出轴上的步进电机齿轮(7)啮合大齿轮(13),定位感应器(9)连接步进电机(5),对应衬套(11)内待注液电池(4)的待注液电池感应器(2)连接注液泵(1)。本发明加注定位准确,可靠性高,通用各种型号电池加注,效率较也高,满足正常生产需求。

技术领域
本发明属于电池领域,涉及应用于锂电池以及镍氢镍铬电池加注电解液的装置,具体涉及转盘式通用自动注液机。
背景技术
一般来讲,电池加注电解液启用的是轨道式,以及人工式加注;轨道式加注效率不错,弊端就是可靠性以及稳定性欠佳,不具有通用性,也就是电池型号越多,所需要的注液机也就越多,增加了投资负担,维修成本高;人工注液,效率低下,可靠性更差,工作强度高,漏注少注频次较高,对电池品质亦造成不同程度的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种转盘式通用自动注液机,电池加注定位准确,可靠性高,亦能通用各种型号电池加注,效率较也高,满足正常生产需求。
本发明的技术解决方案是:该注液机包括注液泵、待注液电池感应器、转盘、步进电机、工作台、步进电机齿轮、感应桩、定位感应器、衬套孔、衬套和转轴,在工作台的台面中心安装转轴,转轴上安装转盘,转盘的圆周上分布大齿轮,转盘的盘面上沿圆周等份开衬套孔,衬套孔内安装衬套,转盘的底面对应每个衬套孔安装一个感应桩,在工作台的一侧台面上安装步进电机,步进电机输出轴上的步进电机齿轮啮合转盘的大齿轮,工作台上安装定位感应器和待注液电池感应器,定位感应器连接步进电机,在工作台的另一侧台面上安装注液泵,对应衬套内待注液电池的待注液电池感应器连接注液泵。
注液时,在衬套孔内放置与待注液电池直径相应的衬套,衬套内放置待注液电池;启动步进电机,步进电机齿轮啮合大齿轮驱动转盘,在感应桩和定位感应器的协作下步进电机暂停,注液泵的喷嘴正对待注液电池进行注液,当待注液电池感应器感应不到待注液电池,则注液泵的喷嘴关闭不注液。
本发明具有以下优点:1、启动步进电机,步进电机齿轮啮合大齿轮驱动转盘,消除了步进定长循环运转的累积误差,确保注液泵的喷嘴正对待注液电池中心位置;2、通过待注液电池感应器控制注液泵完成喷注,如少放电池或者忘放电池,感应器无感应注液泵就无动作,避免了多注或者电解液溅出,提高了可靠性;3、转盘上等份开衬套孔,在衬套孔内放置与待注液电池直径相应的衬套,衬套内放置待注液电池,通过更换衬套就能达到通用性,操作简单可靠,工作效率高,节省人工成本,也减免设备添加的必要性。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,该注液机包括注液泵1、待注液电池感应器2、转盘3、步进电机5、工作台6、步进电机齿轮7、感应桩8、定位感应器9、衬套孔10、衬套11和转轴12,工作台6的台面中心安装转轴12,转轴12上安装转盘3,转盘3的圆周上分布大齿轮13,转盘3的盘面上沿圆周等份开衬套孔10,衬套孔10内安装衬套11,转盘3的底面对应每个衬套孔10安装一个感应桩8,工作台6的一侧台面上安装步进电机5,步进电机5输出轴上的步进电机齿轮7啮合转盘3的大齿轮13,工作台6上安装定位感应器9和待注液电池感应器2,定位感应器9连接步进电机5,在工作台6的另一侧台面上安装注液泵1,对应衬套11内待注液电池4的待注液电池感应器2连接注液泵1。
注液时,在衬套孔10内放置与待注液电池4直径相应的衬套11,衬套11内放置待注液电池4;启动步进电机5,步进电机齿轮7啮合大齿轮13驱动转盘3,在感应桩8和定位感应器9的协作下步进电机5暂停,注液泵1的喷嘴正对待注液电池4进行注液,当待注液电池感应器2感应不到待注液电池4,则注液泵1的喷嘴关闭不注液。

1.转盘式通用自动注液机,其特征是:该注液机包括注液泵(1)、待注液电池感应器(2)、转盘(3)、步进电机(5)、工作台(6)、步进电机齿轮(7)、感应桩(8)、定位感应器(9)、衬套孔(10)、衬套(11)和转轴(12),在工作台(6)的台面中心安装转轴(12),转轴(12)上安装转盘(3),转盘(3)的圆周上分布大齿轮(13),转盘(3)的盘面上沿圆周等份开衬套孔(10),衬套孔(10)内安装衬套(11),转盘(3)的底面对应每个衬套孔(10)安装一个感应桩(8),在工作台(6)的一侧台面上安装步进电机(5),步进电机(5)输出轴上的步进电机齿轮(7)啮合转盘(3)的大齿轮(13),工作台(6)上安装定位感应器(9)和待注液电池感应器(2),定位感应器(9)连接步进电机(5),在感应桩(8)和定位感应器(9)的协作下步进电机(5)暂停,在工作台(6)的另一侧台面上安装注液泵(1),对应衬套(11)内待注液电池(4)的待注液电池感应器(2)连接注液泵(1)。
