新型防渗PCCP预应力钢筒混凝土管及生产方法,其特征是:新型防渗PCCP预应力钢筒混凝土管,其表面为在传统的PCCP预应力混凝土管的外层表面又涂覆有一层平整密实光滑的水泥浆防渗保护层。本发明的有益之处是:具有生产加工方法简便,生产的新型防渗PCCP预应力钢筒混凝土管表面光滑,表层保护层密实度高,外砂浆保护层没有形成相互贯通的微细毛细孔道,具有很强的防水性,能有效的保护钢筒管芯和预应力钢丝不受外部腐蚀环境腐蚀,延长了管道的使用寿命,避免了因管道受腐蚀而造成的事故发生。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种电厂冷却水压力管道包括工业压力管,尤其是一种在PCCP管道的外水泥保护层表面涂覆水泥浆并抹平的新型防渗PCCP预应力钢筒混凝土管及生产方法。
技术背景
现有的PCCP输水管道外保护层的生产工艺是,将缠丝后的管道喷覆砂浆后即为成品。这种以每秒37米的速度喷覆的砂浆,虽然具有较强的附着力,但是沙粒在高速的喷射时以相互撞击状态的方式附着与管桶外壁,使得外砂浆保护层不可避免的形成相互贯通的微细的毛细孔道,这些微细的毛细孔道具有一定的透水性,使得管道的钢筒外壁及钢筒外壁缠绕的钢丝极易受到外部环境的腐蚀而损坏,造成爆管等事故的发生。
例如:在大型电厂的冷却循环水的PCCP管道工程中,由于管道运行在高温、高压状态下,且管道的外部常常处于高温、高湿环境下,现有的PCCP管道极易受环境的腐蚀损坏,酿成大的事故。
因此,人们希望有一种大口径、耐高温、耐高压且外保护层又具有防腐功能的新型的PCCP预应力电厂冷却水钢筒混凝土管。
发明内容
为了满足人们上述的需求,本发明提供了一种在现有的PCCP管道的外水泥保护层表面涂覆水泥浆并抹平的新型防渗PCCP预应力钢筒混凝土管及生产方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
新型防渗PCCP预应力钢筒混凝土管及生产方法,其特征是:新型防渗PCCP预应力钢筒混凝上管其表面为在传统的PCCP预应力混凝土管的外层表面又涂覆有一层平整密实光滑的水泥浆防渗保护层。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的新型防渗PCCP预应力钢筒混凝土管及生产方法,具有生产加工方法简便,生产的新型防渗PCCP预应力钢筒混凝土管表面光滑,表层保护层密实度高,外砂浆保护层没有形成相互贯通的微细毛细孔道,具有很强的防水性,能有效的保护钢筒管芯和预应力钢丝不受外部腐蚀环境腐蚀,延长了管道的使用寿命,避免了因管道受腐蚀而造成的事故发生。
具体实施方式
新型防渗PCCP预应力钢筒混凝土管及生产方法,其生产方法特征是:在传统的PCCP管道生产的最后一道喷浆工序的同时,采用刮平装置将喷浆后的水泥砂浆表面刮平,同时后跟进的涂水泥浓浆的装置将水泥浆涂与刮平后毛糙的管道表面,再后跟进的加压抹平装置将管道表面涂的水泥浆同时抹平。
新型防渗PCCP预应力钢筒混凝土管及生产方法,其管道生产中喷浆;刮平装置将喷浆后的水泥砂浆表面刮平;涂水泥浓浆装置将水泥浆涂与刮平后毛糙的管道表面;加压抹平装置将管道表面涂的水泥浆抹平,即喷浆、刮平、涂浆、加压抹平为同步进行,这样管道外层透水的毛细孔道,经过加压抹平的工序加工,水泥浆即可把管道外层喷浆形成的微细毛细孔道封堵,使PCCP预应力钢筒混凝土管外保护层的密实度提高,有效的防止了管道外部环境的腐蚀性液体渗入管芯的钢筒和预应力钢丝,从而提高了新型防渗PCCP预应力钢筒混凝土管的防腐蚀性能,延长了管道的使用寿命,避免了因管道受腐蚀而造成的事故发生。

1.新型防渗PCCP预应力钢筒混凝土管及生产方法,其特征是:新型防渗PCCP预应力钢筒混凝土管其表面为在传统的PCCP预应力混凝土管的外层表面又涂覆有一层平整密实光滑的水泥浆防渗保护层。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型防渗PCCP预应力钢筒混凝土管及生产方法,其生产方法特征是:在传统的PCCP管道生产的最后一道喷浆工序的同时,采用刮平装置将喷浆后的水泥砂浆表面刮平,同时后跟进的涂水泥浓浆的装置将水泥浆涂与刮平后毛糙的管道表面,再后跟进的加压抹平装置将管道表面涂的水泥浆同时抹平。
