本发明涉及一种降温装置，具体的说是一种抛光机降温装置，一种抛光机降温装置，包括喷水管、转盘、喷水底座，其特征在于：喷水管由转盘的中间孔穿出，喷水管与喷水底座通过螺纹连接结合在一起，同时可以通过喷水管的旋入量来控制喷水管露出转盘的高低，喷水底座下端进水口连接着外接水源，其构造新颖、合理，使抛光过程操作变得简单，而且不会产生阻绊危险。

本发明涉及一种降温装置，具体的说是一种抛光机降温装置。
背景技术
抛光机是一种常用的试样表面处理器材，它是通过粘在其转盘表面的抛光布或抛光砂纸的摩擦来使试样的表面变平整光滑，但是由于摩擦的存在，所以抛光的时候会产生大量的热量，为了给其降温往往需要手动或者在转盘上端设一个流水装置，而这些流水装置却同时也会造成操作的不便，有时也会因为这些装置的阻绊而产生危险。
发明内容
为了有效解决上述困扰，本发明提供了一种抛光机降温装置，该装置是从转盘的底部进行供水，再通过离心力使水布满整个转盘表面，这使抛光过程操作变得简单，而且不会产生阻绊危险。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种抛光机降温装置，包括喷水管、转盘、喷水底座，其特征在于：喷水管由转盘的中间孔穿出，喷水管与喷水底座通过螺纹连接结合在一起，同时可以通过喷水管的旋入量来控制喷水管露出转盘的高低，喷水底座下端进水口连接着外接水源。
所述的喷水管喷水处分成三个支流，喷水管是用不锈钢管制成的，另一端设有螺纹能与喷水底座的上部螺口旋合在一起。
所述的喷水底座上部设有螺纹口能与喷水管旋合在一起起着连接和控制喷水管高低的作用，下部设有固定板，固定板由其四角的上的连接孔，通过螺栓固定在抛光机上。
本发明的有益效果是：其构造新颖、合理，使抛光过程操作变得简单，而且不会产生阻绊危险。

具体实施方式
一种抛光机降温装置，包括喷水管、转盘、喷水底座，其特征在于：喷水管由转盘的中间孔穿出，喷水管与喷水底座通过螺纹连接结合在一起，同时可以通过喷水管的旋入量来控制喷水管露出转盘的高低，喷水底座下端进水口连接着外接水源。

使用时，将中心带洞的抛光纸或抛光布粘到转盘上，将水源打开通过旋动喷水管来调节喷水管到合适的高度，开动抛光机电源，使转盘转动，既可以进行抛光操作了。

1.一种抛光机降温装置，包括喷水管、转盘、喷水底座，其特征在于：喷水管由转盘的中间孔穿出，喷水管与喷水底座通过螺纹连接结合在一起，同时可以通过喷水管的旋入量来控制喷水管露出转盘的高低，喷水底座下端进水口连接着外接水源。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抛光机降温装置，其特征在于：所述的喷水管喷水处分成三个支流，喷水管是用不锈钢管制成的，另一端设有螺纹能与喷水底座的上部螺口旋合在一起。
