本发明涉及一种带挡屑板的角钢铲背机。包括机架，所述机架上端设有工作台，所述工作台上端设有托料槽，托料槽上方设有压料槽可上下升降，托料槽内设有一排V型托料轮，压料槽内设有与V型托料轮相对应的压料轮，托料槽内设有刀具位于V型托料轮之间，所述刀具两侧设有挡屑板。本发明结构简答，通过在刀具的两侧增设挡屑板，能够有效的防止铁屑到处乱飞造成控制失灵，从而保证设备正常运行。

本发明涉及一种带挡屑板的角钢铲背机，属于角钢加工机械设备技术领域。
背景技术
角钢铲背机在对角钢进行铲背时，产生的铁屑会到处乱飞，有的铁屑会飞到设备的某个传动机构上或者某个控制机构上，导致设备会发生噪音，甚至会出现控制失灵，直接导致设备不能够正常工作。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷，本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单，能够防止角钢在铲背时产生的铁屑到处乱飞的一种带挡屑板的角钢铲背机。
为此本发明所采用的技术方案是：包括机架，所述机架上端设有工作台，所述工作台上端设有托料槽，托料槽上方设有压料槽可上下升降，托料槽内设有一排V型托料轮，压料槽内设有与V型托料轮相对应的压料轮，托料槽内设有刀具位于V型托料轮之间，所述刀具两侧设有挡屑板。
所述工作台下方设有集屑槽安装在机架上，所述集屑槽与工作台之间设有集屑斗。
本发明的优点是：本发明结构简答，通过在刀具的两侧增设挡屑板，能够有效的防止铁屑到处乱飞造成控制失灵，从而保证设备正常运行。

一种带挡屑板的角钢铲背机，包括机架1，所述机架1上端设有工作台2，所述工作台2上端设有托料槽3，托料槽3上方设有压料槽4可上下升降，托料槽3内设有一排V型托料轮5，压料槽4内设有与V型托料轮5相对应的压料轮6，托料槽3内设有刀具7位于V型托料轮5之间，所述刀具7两侧设有挡屑板8；所述工作台2下方设有集屑槽9安装在机架1上，所述集屑槽9与工作台2之间设有集屑斗10。
