本发明属于保持伤口张开的器械，特别涉及一种环形髋臼拉钩。
背景技术
人工髋关节置换术是一种可靠的治疗手段，它利用假体置换病变的髋臼关节，能缓解关节疼痛、矫正畸形、恢复和改善关节的运动功能。髋关节的冠装切面图如图1所示，股骨头3的头部位于髋关节4的髋臼5内，髋臼5外有关节囊6，手术时需要把关节囊6完全去除。现有技术中，清除关节囊时需要使用髋臼拉钩拨开髋臼处的肌肉。现有技术的髋臼拉钩有如下不足：一是手术时需要几把髋臼拉钩同时插入髋臼，而且需要人手握住髋臼拉钩，给操作带来不便；二是肌肉容易从髋臼拉钩之间重新挤过来挡住医生的视线。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种环形髋臼拉钩，环形髋臼拉钩可以卡入髋臼，不仅能有效遮挡住髋臼处的肌肉使关节囊露出，而且能节省人手。
本发明解决所述技术问题的方案是：一种环形髋臼拉钩，包括由扇形面围成的杯状本体，杯状本体具有2个自由端，杯状本体的底部开设有通孔，通孔内插有钉子。
作为进一步的技术方案，所述通孔和钉子的数量均为3个。
作为再进一步的技术方案，所述杯状本体的底部为一弯折部，弯折部向杯状本体的中心弯折，弯折部使杯状本体在外表面形成凸棱。
作为再进一步的技术方案，所述通孔和钉子位于弯折部上。
作为更进一步的技术方案，所述弯折部的底部为刃口。
作为更进一步的技术方案，杯状本体由两片单体组成，两片单体之间由转轴连接。
本发明的有益效果是：可以一下子卡入髋臼，杯状本体具有2个自由端，可以根据不同个体的髋臼大小实现调节，卡入髋臼后不再需要其他人员辅助按住髋臼拉钩。如果髋臼处的肌肉对杯状本体外壁的压迫造成杯状本体位置不端正，可以使用钉子将杯状本体固定在髋臼内。杯状本体插入髋臼后，髋臼处的肌肉被杯状本体挡住，使关节囊完全露出。另外，杯状本体外表面的凸棱使股骨头外凸，有助于关节囊的凸出，方便医生清除关节囊。使用本环形髋臼拉钩，不仅操作便利，而且能减少人力，有利于髋关节置换术的顺利进行。

实施例1
如图2所示，一种环形髋臼拉钩，包括由扇形面围成的杯状本体1，杯状本体1整体呈一个无底面的纸杯，杯状本体1具有2个自由端11以方便根据不同个体的髋臼大小实现调节。杯状本体1的底部为一弯折部13，弯折部13的底部为刃口15，刃口15有利于插入髋臼。弯折部13向杯状本体1的中心弯折，弯折部13使杯状本体1在外表面形成凸棱14。弯折部13上开设有3个通孔12，每个通孔12内插有1个钉子2。
实施例2
如图3所示，本实施例2与实施例1的不同之处在于：杯状本体1由两片单体组成，两片单体之间由转轴7连接。实施例1的方案中，杯状本体1需由金属合金制成，金属合金弹性形变较大。而本实施例的方案，不需要杯状本体1由弹性形变好的材料制成，本实施例的杯状本体1可以由硬质塑料制成。

1.一种环形髋臼拉钩，其特征在于：包括由扇形面围成的杯状本体(1)，杯状本体(1)具有2个自由端(11)，杯状本体(1)的底部开设有通孔(12)，通孔(12)内插有钉子(2)，所述通孔(12)和钉子(2)的数量均为3个；所述杯状本体(1)的底部为一弯折部(13)，弯折部(13)向杯状本体(1)的中心弯折，弯折部(13)使杯状本体(1)在外表面形成凸棱(14)。
2.如权利要求1所述的环形髋臼拉钩，其特征在于：所述通孔(12)和钉子(2)位于弯折部(13)上。
3.如权利要求1所述的环形髋臼拉钩，其特征在于：所述弯折部(13)的底部为刃口(15)。
4.如权利要求1所述的环形髋臼拉钩，其特征在于：所述杯状本体(1)由两片单体组成，两片单体之间由转轴(7)连接。
