病理诊断切割装置,属于医疗用具技术领域。本发明的技术方案是:包括方形切割板,其特征是在方形切割板表面设有十字刻度线,方形切割板表面边缘上设有多个漏液孔,漏油孔下端设有主管,方形切割板边缘上设有与观察主管的透明观察窗,主管尾端设有排液管,方形切割板内设有冲洗液桶,冲洗液桶上设有加液嘴,方形切割板边缘上固定设有支撑架,支撑架内分别设有电源槽和抽吸泵。本发明结构简单,使用方便,在进行组织切片时操作简单、使用方便、效果良好,减轻了医务人员的工作难度。

病理诊断切割装置
技术领域:本发明属于医疗用具技术领域,具体地讲是一种病理诊断切割装置。 
背景技术:在病理诊断中进行组织切片时,所取组织块较理想的体积是2.0cm×2.0cm×0.3cm,以使固定液能迅速而均匀地渗入组织内部,但根据制片材料和目的不同,组织块的较理想体积也不同。目前,病理科所使用的取材刀主要由刀柄和刀体构成,这种病理取材刀可以对组织进行取材,但是不能够准确控制进刀量和切割深度,只能凭医务人员的手感来控制,这样很不准确,从而增加了疾病的诊断难度,给医务人员增加了工作难度。 
发明内容:本发明的目的是提供一种在进行组织切片时操作简单、使用方便、效果良好的病理诊断切割装置。 
本发明的技术方案是:包括方形切割板,其特征是在方形切割板表面设有十字刻度线,方形切割板表面边缘上设有多个漏液孔,漏油孔下端设有主管,方形切割板边缘上设有与观察主管的透明观察窗,主管尾端设有排液管,方形切割板内设有冲洗液桶,冲洗液桶上设有加液嘴,方形切割板边缘上固定设有支撑架,支撑架内分别设有电源槽和抽吸泵,电源槽内设有蓄电池,抽吸泵下端设有与冲洗液桶相连通,支撑架顶端固定设有旋转轴,旋转抽侧面设有锁紧装置,旋转轴上固定设有横臂,横臂中间设有滑道,滑道一侧分别设有紫外线消毒灯,滑道另一侧设有一排与抽吸泵相连通的冲洗 喷头,滑道内设有L形支臂,L形支臂上固定设有伸缩臂,伸缩臂侧面设有固定装置,支撑架和伸缩臂表面分别设有深度刻度线,伸缩臂前端固定设有刀头座,刀头座上设有切割刀片,伸缩臂上端设有转轴,转轴上设有柔性记忆金属臂,柔性记忆金属臂上设有LED照明灯,伸缩臂下端设有放大镜,蓄电池分别与紫外线消毒灯和LED照明灯相连接。 
作为优选,所述方形切割板边缘上略高于中间。 
作为优选,所述排液管上设有开关阀。 
作为优选,所述冲洗液桶上设有水位线。
