本发明公开了一种蛋鸡产蛋高峰期饲料添加剂组合物,涉及蛋鸡用饲料添加剂技术领域。其特征在于按重量百分含量计由下述组分组成:双歧糖1-5%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮15-25%、甘草酸二钾7-15%、肉豆蔻醇肉豆蔻酸脂20-35%、春黄菊提取物20-35%、甘露糖15-25%。本发明不仅满足蛋鸡产蛋期的营养需求,而且降低了蛋鸡鸡蛋的胆固醇含量,提高了蛋鸡的产蛋率;各组分,兼有药性和营养性的双重作用,起到降低产蛋鸡鸡蛋的胆固醇的作用。

一种蛋鸡产蛋高峰期饲料添加剂组合物
技术领域
 本发明涉及蛋鸡用饲料添加剂技术领域,特别涉及一种蛋鸡产蛋高峰期饲料添加剂组合物。
背景技术
 胆固醇是细胞膜的重要组分,是人类维持正常生理活动所必需的,但人体血液中胆固醇浓度过高会引起高血脂,进而引起高血压、冠心病等一系列心血管疾病。鸡蛋是人们公认的营养食品,是动物性食品中胆固醇含量较高的一种,平均213mg/枚。美国心脏病研究会推荐人体每天胆固醇摄入量不应超过300mg,以减少高血脂和冠心病的危险。随着人们保健意识的增强,人们希望能少摄入高胆固醇含量的食品,由此,降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量具有重要的理论和实际意义。
产蛋鸡体内的胆固醇一部分由肝脏经胆道系统直接进入肠内,并由肠道细菌作用变成粪固醇随粪便排出体外;一部分到组织中构成细胞结构的成分;绝大多数胆固醇转入蛋黄中,以产蛋的形式排出体外。鸡蛋胆固醇几乎全部存在于蛋黄中,每克蛋黄平均含胆固醇13mg。蛋黄含水分50%左右,其余大部分是蛋白质和脂肪,蛋白质和脂肪的比例约为1:2,脂肪主要以脂蛋白形式存在,如极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)和卵黄脂磷蛋白、卵黄高磷蛋白等,95%以上的胆固醇以VLDL 形式存在。蛋鸡每天约合成300mg 的胆固醇,其中约有200mg 沉积在蛋黄中;10mg 胆固醇直接进入肠道,随粪便排出体外。蛋黄胆固醇主要来源于肝脏合成蛋黄的前体-极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)和卵黄生成素(VTG)数量,蛋黄胆固醇含量主要取决于VLDL 进入卵母细胞的数量。血液中VLDL 到达卵巢的卵母细胞后,经受体介导(OVR)的胞吞作用被生长中的卵母细胞吸收,由此形成蛋黄95%胆固醇和60%的干物质。同时,卵黄生成素在合成后以同样途径到达卵母细胞,向蛋黄提供4%胆固醇和24%的干物质。
发明内容
为了在满足蛋鸡产蛋高峰期的营养需求的基础上,实现降低蛋鸡鸡蛋的胆固醇含量的目的,同时提高产蛋量,本发明提供了一种蛋鸡产蛋高峰期饲料添加剂组合物。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了一种蛋鸡产蛋高峰期饲料添加剂组合物,按重量百分含量计由下述组分组成:双歧糖1-5%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮15-25%、甘草酸二钾7-15%、肉豆蔻醇肉豆蔻酸脂20-35%、春黄菊提取物20-35%、甘露糖15-25%。
 本发明的有益效果是:不仅满足蛋鸡产蛋期的营养需求,而且降低了蛋鸡鸡蛋的胆固醇含量,提高了蛋鸡的产蛋率;各组分,兼有药性和营养性的双重作用,起到降低产蛋鸡鸡蛋的胆固醇的作用。
实验结果表明,从表1的数据可知:使用添加了本发明实施例1-4的饲料添加剂组合物的传统蛋鸡饲料,喂养的蛋鸡,其蛋重分别高出使用传统蛋鸡饲料喂养蛋鸡的鸡蛋8.1g、7.18g、7.75g和6.19g,其蛋黄胆固醇含量与传统饲料喂养蛋鸡的产蛋蛋黄胆固醇含量相比,分别低出6.39mg/g、6.37mg/g、6.91mg/g和5.98mg/g,其产蛋率也明显高于传统饲料喂养的蛋鸡的产蛋率,产蛋率可达93.1%以上。
实施例1
一种蛋鸡产蛋高峰期饲料添加剂组合物,按重量百分含量计由下述组分组成:双歧糖4%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮15%、甘草酸二钾14%、肉豆蔻醇肉豆蔻酸脂31%、春黄菊提取物20%、甘露糖16%。
实施例2
一种蛋鸡产蛋高峰期饲料添加剂组合物,按重量百分含量计由下述组分组成:双歧糖1%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮23%、甘草酸二钾8%、肉豆蔻醇肉豆蔻酸脂22%、春黄菊提取物23%、甘露糖23%。
实施例3
一种蛋鸡产蛋高峰期饲料添加剂组合物,按重量百分含量计由下述组分组成:双歧糖3%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮16%、甘草酸二钾10%、肉豆蔻醇肉豆蔻酸脂20%、春黄菊提取物32%、甘露糖19%。
实施例4
一种蛋鸡产蛋高峰期饲料添加剂组合物,按重量百分含量计由下述组分组成:双歧糖2%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮20%、甘草酸二钾12%、肉豆蔻醇肉豆蔻酸脂28%、春黄菊提取物21%、甘露糖17%。
对比实验:
     实验选用35周龄、健康均匀的罗曼褐壳蛋鸡400只,随机分成4个组,分别使用添加了本发明实施例1-4(实施例组1-4)的饲料添加剂组合物的传统蛋鸡饲料,和传统蛋鸡饲料(对照组)喂养60天后,收集各组鸡蛋,每组随机选取10个作为样本,测定蛋重及蛋黄胆固醇含量,测定方法为高效液相色谱法,结果如表1所示。
试验在鸡场按常规管理进行预试,预试期内进行编翅号、驱虫和防疫注射。正试期前进行分组(尽量减小组内及组间误差),单笼饲喂。自由采食,自由饮水。做好日常工作记录和鸡只健康状况记录。

从表1的数据可知:使用添加了本发明实施例1-4的饲料添加剂组合物的传统蛋鸡饲料,喂养的蛋鸡,其蛋重分别高出使用传统蛋鸡饲料喂养蛋鸡的鸡蛋8.1g、7.18g、7.75g和6.19g,其蛋黄胆固醇含量与传统饲料喂养蛋鸡的产蛋蛋黄胆固醇含量相比,分别低出6.39mg/g、6.37mg/g、6.91mg/g和5.98mg/g,其产蛋率也明显高于传统饲料喂养的蛋鸡的产蛋率。
通过对比实验可知,使用添加了本发明实施例1-4的饲料添加剂组合物的传统蛋鸡饲料喂养的蛋鸡,其蛋重、蛋黄胆固醇含量及产蛋率均明显优于使用传统饲料喂养的蛋鸡,即使用添加了本发明实施例1-4的饲料添加剂组合物的传统蛋鸡饲料,不仅能够很好的满足蛋鸡的营养需求,而且还能够降低蛋黄的胆固醇含量,提高产蛋率和蛋重。

1. 一种蛋鸡产蛋高峰期饲料添加剂组合物,其特征在于按重量百分含量计由下述组分组成:双歧糖1-5%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮15-25%、甘草酸二钾7-15%、肉豆蔻醇肉豆蔻酸脂20-35%、春黄菊提取物20-35%、甘露糖15-25%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种蛋鸡产蛋高峰期饲料添加剂组合物,其特征在于按重量百分含量计由下述组分组成:双歧糖4%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮15%、甘草酸二钾14%、肉豆蔻醇肉豆蔻酸脂31%、春黄菊提取物20%、甘露糖16%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种蛋鸡产蛋高峰期饲料添加剂组合物,其特征在于按重量百分含量计由下述组分组成:双歧糖1%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮23%、甘草酸二钾8%、肉豆蔻醇肉豆蔻酸脂22%、春黄菊提取物23%、甘露糖23%。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种蛋鸡产蛋高峰期饲料添加剂组合物,其特征在于按重量百分含量计由下述组分组成:双歧糖3%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮16%、甘草酸二钾10%、肉豆蔻醇肉豆蔻酸脂20%、春黄菊提取物32%、甘露糖19%。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种蛋鸡产蛋高峰期饲料添加剂组合物,其特征在于按重量百分含量计由下述组分组成:双歧糖2%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮20%、甘草酸二钾12%、肉豆蔻醇肉豆蔻酸脂28%、春黄菊提取物21%、甘露糖17%。
