本发明涉及一种挤出机用螺杆元件。具体地,本发明涉及一种同向旋转双螺杆挤出机用混合元件。
背景技术
同向旋转双螺杆挤出机不仅广泛地应用于塑料的生产、混合和加工,也广泛地应用在其它工业如橡胶、食品、涂料和医药加工。同向旋转挤出机现今以一种模块化的模式制造,其中不同的加工元件安装在螺杆轴上从而允许挤出机可以适应不同的工艺要求。相对于单螺杆机(其螺旋叶片刮削外壳的内部(含间隙)),紧密啮合的同向旋转挤出机的一个基本特质方面在于除了留有必要的间隙外,叶片紧密地啮合,同时由于叶片被专门设计为相互清洁,其螺杆被认为是“自擦拭的”或者“自清洁的”。同向旋转双螺杆挤出机的演变、工作原理和设计原理是众所周知的,并且在慕尼黑卡尔汉斯出版社(Carl Hanser Publishersof Munich)出版Klemens Kohlgruber编著的2008版《同向旋转双螺杆挤出机-基本原理、技术和应用》一书中有简要解释。
除了进料和传料外,同向旋转挤出机承担的最重要的任务就是混合原料以制备一种均质的熔化物。同向旋转挤出机的混合大致分为两类:分布混合和分散混合。如上述Klemens Kohlgruber编著一书中第9章第159-169页中所讲,分布混合是指在所考虑的体积范围内,对不同成分和颗粒的分布,而无需减小所述成分和颗粒的尺寸。在纯分布混合中,不需施加高的流体力。对混合质量而言,重排过程的类型和数量起着决定性的作用,而非延伸率和剪切的绝对值。经过无限的混合时间,也就是说经过无限次的重排,从理论上来说就会获得完全均质的混合物。相对于分布混合,分散混合首先包括分解或者分散固体颗粒、液滴或者气泡,通常包括减小成分或者颗粒的尺寸。为了实现分散,必须施加足够高的流体力以打碎团聚体或者克服熔体或者液体界面处的表面张力。分散混合取决于延伸率和剪切的绝对值和所施加力的持续时间。
如美国专利6974243中所描述,在分散和分布混合中,常常使用捏合块,所述捏合块包含多个具有Erdmenger轮廓的捏合盘,捏合盘一个接一个轴向分布且彼此之间错角排列。捏合盘之间分别成对排列,在同向旋转挤出机的双螺杆上彼此相对排列,且彼此间紧密啮合。在传统捏合块中的混合过程被认为是一个随机过程,也就是说,在各个体积成分中的混合工作的强度是变化的。因此,为了获得一种高度均匀的混合物,需花费大量的机械能来确保尽可能的使每一体积单位均发生剪切。在各捏合盘的作用下,在所有情况下,相对小部分的处理原料被强烈地剪切,但是大多数原料则逃避了位于剪切盘和筒壁之间和位于两个捏合盘之间的剪切间隙,因此剪切很少。考虑到这个原因,为了确保混合物的高度均匀,需要很长的已知类型的捏合块或高的旋转速度。在任何情况下,相当的机械能被消耗并且以热的形式引入到被加工的原料上。特别地,在橡胶混料过程中,生成相当大量的热量是非常不利的。美国专利697423还描述了可进行单叶和三叶互相转换的元件。但是,该公开的元件不具有“自清洁的”功能。

发明内容
本发明公开了一种同向旋转双螺杆挤出机用元件。该同向旋转双螺杆挤出机用元件包含呈螺旋形连续分布的叶片,在该叶片上有导程“L”,其中在一小部分导程“L”上叶片至少一次从整数叶叶片转换为非整数叶叶片且在一小部分导程“L”上再转换为整数叶叶片,或者在一小部分导程“L”上叶片至少一次从非整数叶叶片转换为整数叶叶片且在一小部分导程“L”上再转换为非整数叶叶片。

具体实施方式
同向旋转挤出机包括一个外壳,其具有两个圆柱形壳腔且每个壳腔中具有轴线,该轴线与另一轴线平行布置。第一螺杆轴和第二螺杆轴分别布置在第一和第二壳腔中。挤出机的加工元件安装在第一和第二螺杆轴上,并在挤出机内限定了混合区。挤出元件可包含开槽轴腔(在该轴腔中,螺杆轴的花键(splines)啮合在其上)或安装在螺杆轴上的其它装置。

依据一个实施例,元件具有多个叶片和一个导程“L”。至少一个叶片在一小部分导程“L”上从整数叶叶片转换为非整数叶叶片且在一小部分导程“L”上再转换为整数叶叶片,或者叶片至少一次在一小部分导程“L”上从非整数叶叶片转换为整数叶叶片且在一小部分导程“L”上再转换为非整数叶叶片。依据另一实施例,元件具有多个叶片和一个导程“L”,且每个叶片在一小部分导程“L”上从整数叶叶片转换为非整数叶叶片且在一小部分导程“L”上再转换为整数叶叶片,或者上述叶片至少一次在一小部分导程“L”上从非整数叶叶片转换为整数叶叶片且在一小部分导程“L”上再转换为非整数叶叶片。
一个非整数叶元件可以是一个分数叶元件。一个分数叶元件是指一个介于第一整数元件(n)和第二整数元件(N)之间的预定分数的元件,使得N/n是一个整数且上述分数决定了第一整数和第二整数的转换程度。单叶片叶和双叶可以形成分数叶,如1.2.xx,其中xx可以是1-99的任意数字。数字1-99决定了上述分数叶看起来是否更像一个单叶元件或者双叶元件。数字1和2在符号1.2.xx中代表介于单叶片元件(1)和双叶片元件(2)之间的叶片元件。一个从单叶片和双叶片形成的分数叶元件的例子在图1中进行了阐述并且在美国专利6783270中有更完整的描述。
一个单叶片元件和一个四叶元件也可以形成一个命名为1.4.xx的分数元件,其中xx可以是1-99的任意数字。因此一个以1.4.50命名的分数叶元件代表一个元件,其介于单叶片和四叶元件的中间。类似地,还可以组合一个单叶元件和一个三叶元件[1.3.xx]或者一个双叶和一个四叶元件[2.4.xx]。这些组合会产生大量的分数叶元件。
一个非整数叶元件可以是一个无理数叶元件。在专利WO2011/073121中描述了无理数叶元件,同样的内容通过引用并入本文。
本发明公开的元件可以在一小部分导程“L”上从一个规则的或者整数叶叶片转换为一个分数叶叶片然后再反转换,或者可以在一小部分导程“L”上从一个规则的或者整数叶叶片转换为一个无理数叶叶片然后再反转换。
参见图2至图9,根据本发明的一个实施例,其中给出了元件(100)的不同视图。图2和图3示意了元件(100)的立体等比例视图,其具有一个中腔(101)且在其上有形成的花键,以便将上述元件安装在挤出机的螺杆轴上。中腔沿着元件的轴线X1-X2延伸。图2示意了从元件轴的X2端观察元件,图3示意了从元件轴的X1端观察元件。元件从整数叶元件转换为非整数叶元件,即分数为1:2:50的分数叶元件,然后再沿着X1-X2轴线转换为整数叶元件共4次。销(102)和槽(103)在元件上形成。
图4示意了图2和图3所示元件沿元件轴线X1-X2的等比例线图。图5示意了图4所示元件的左视图或者从横截面轴线A-B的A侧观察图4所示元件的示意图,而图6示意了图4所示元件的右视图或者从横截面轴线A-B的B侧观察图4所示元件的示意图。
图7示意了将图4所示元件沿着X1-X2轴线逆时针旋转后从横截面轴线A-B的B侧观察图4所示元件的示意图。图8也示意了将图4所示元件沿着X1-X2轴线逆时针旋转后从横截面轴线A-B的B侧并且从元件轴的X2端观察图4所示元件的示意图。图9为图8所示元件的立体元件图。
图10和图11为图4所示元件的主视图和后视图。正如从元件的正面和背面来看,在元件的末端元件为一个双叶元件,沿着元件轴线X1-X2转换为非整数元件后再反转换。
具体实施例描述如下
本发明公开了一种同向旋转双螺杆挤出机用元件。该同向旋转双螺杆挤出机用元件包括一个呈螺旋形的连续的叶片,在其上有一个导程“L”,其中在一小部分导程“L”上叶片至少一次从整数叶叶片转换为非整数叶叶片且在一小部分导程“L”上再转换为整数叶叶片,或者在一小部分导程“L”上叶片至少一次从非整数叶叶片转换为整数叶叶片且在一小部分导程“L”上再转换为非整数叶叶片。
所述同向旋转双螺杆挤出机用元件中,非整数叶叶片为分数叶叶片。
所述同向旋转双螺杆挤出机用元件中,非整数叶叶片为无理数叶片。
所述同向旋转双螺杆挤出机用元件中,在一小部分导程“L”上叶片从整数叶叶片转换为非整数叶叶片且在一小部分导程“L”上再转换为整数叶叶片,或者在一小部分导程“L”上叶片从非整数叶叶片转换为整数叶叶片且在一小部分导程“L”上再转换为非整数叶叶片,所述转换过程会在元件上形成销和槽。
所述同向旋转双螺杆挤出机用元件中,元件具有多个叶片和一个导程“L”,其中至少一个叶片在一小部分导程“L”上从整数叶叶片转换为非整数叶叶片且在一小部分导程“L”上再转换为整数叶叶片,或者所述叶片至少一次在一小部分导程“L”上从非整数叶叶片转换为整数叶叶片且在一小部分导程“L”上再转换为非整数叶叶片。

工业应用
本发明公开的元件是一种适用于同向旋转双螺杆挤出机的混合元件。所述元件可用来获取一种均质的熔体混合物且可以通过剧烈剪切减少原料的降解。所述元件不影响同向旋转挤出机的自清洁功能。

Claims (8)

1.一种同向旋转双螺杆挤出机用元件,所述元件包含一呈螺旋形连续分布的叶片,并具有一个导程“L”,其中在一小部分导程“L”上所述叶片至少一次从整数叶叶片转换为非整数叶叶片且在一小部分导程“L”上再转换为整数叶叶片,或者在一小部分导程“L”上所述叶片至少一次从非整数叶叶片转换为整数叶叶片且在一小部分导程“L”上再转换为非整数叶叶片。
2.如权利要求1所述的元件,其特征在于,所述非整数叶叶片为分数叶叶片。
3.如权利要求1所述的元件,其特征在于,所述非整数叶叶片为无理数叶片。
4.如权利要求1所述的元件,其特征在于,所述叶片在一小部分导程“L”上从整数叶叶片转换为非整数叶叶片且在一小部分导程“L”上再转换为整数叶叶片,或者在一小部分导程“L”上叶片从非整数叶叶片转换为整数叶叶片且在一小部分导程“L”上再转换为非整数叶叶片,所述转换在元件上形成销和槽。
5.如权利要求1所述的元件,其特征在于,所述元件具有多个叶片和一个导程“L”,其中至少一个叶片在一小部分导程“L”上从整数叶叶片转换为非整数叶叶片且在一小部分导程“L”上再转换为整数叶叶片,或者所述叶片至少一次在一小部分导程“L”上从非整数叶叶片转换为整数叶叶片且在一小部分导程“L”上再转换为非整数叶叶片。
6.如权利要求1所述的元件,其特征在于,所述元件具有多个叶片和一个导程“L”,其中每个叶片在一小部分导程“L”上从整数叶叶片转换为非整数叶叶片且在一小部分导程“L”上再转换为整数叶叶片,或者所述叶片至少一次在一小部分导程“L”上从非整数叶叶片转换为整数叶叶片且在一小部分导程“L”上再转换为非整数叶叶片。
7.如权利要求1所述的元件,其特征在于,所述叶片在一小部分导程“L”上多次从整数叶叶片转换为非整数叶叶片然后再在一小部分导程“L”上转换为整数叶叶片。
