Abstract

一种扩充卡固定装置，用于将一扩充卡固定于一电路板，电路板设有一第一连接器，扩充卡设有一连接于第一连接器的第二连接器，该扩充卡固定装置包括一邻近第一连接器设置于电路板的定位件及收容该扩充卡的收容件，收容件卡固于该定位件。该扩充卡固定装置的收容件收容扩充卡且可卡固于邻近第二连接器装设于电路板的定位件，以将扩充卡牢靠地固定于电路板。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种扩充卡固定装置。
背景技术
扩充卡的连接器插接于电路板的连接器，而连接器之间的连接并不稳固，扩充卡有掉落的风险。
发明内容
鉴于以上，有必要提供一种可牢靠地固定扩充卡的扩充卡固定装置。
一种扩充卡固定装置，用于将一扩充卡固定于一电路板，电路板设有一第一连接器，扩充卡设有一连接于第一连接器的第二连接器，该扩充卡固定装置包括一邻近第一连接器设置于电路板的定位件及收容该扩充卡的收容件，收容件卡固于该定位件。
该扩充卡固定装置的收容件收容扩充卡且可卡固于邻近第二连接器装设于电路板的定位件，以将扩充卡牢靠地固定于电路板。

具体实施方式
请参照图1和图2，本发明扩充卡固定装置的较佳实施方式，用以将一扩充卡100固定于一电路板10。该扩充卡固定装置包括一收容扩充卡100的收容件2及一定位件3。本实施方式中，收容件2包括一第一固定件20及组设于第一固定件20的一第二固定件30。
该电路板10设有一第一连接器12。该定位件3包括一邻近第一连接器12并固定于电路板10的固定片13及自固定片13的一侧垂直向上延伸的一安装片14。安装片14的一侧凹陷形成一安装部142。
该第一固定件20包括一基板21、自基板21的一侧垂直延伸出的一侧板22、自基板21的两端延伸出的两端板23、自该两端板23远离侧板22的一端相向延伸的两L形的朝远离侧板22的方向弯折的支撑部24及连接于该两支撑部24之间的一连接杆25。基板21设有两通孔212。侧板22远离基板21的一侧设有一半圆环形的收容环221。每一端板23的内侧设有一卡孔232。每一端板23的外侧设有防滑的条纹233。
该第二固定件30包括一主体31、自主体31的一侧垂直延伸出的一侧板32、自主体31的两端延伸出的两端板33及自该两端板33远离侧板32的一端相向延伸的两L形的朝远离侧板32的方向弯折的支撑部34。主体31的内侧靠近该两端板33各设有一卡钩35。主体31的外侧设有两L形的朝向彼此的抱持部36。主体31的外侧于该两抱持部36之间设有一扣合部37。侧板32远离主体31的一侧设有一半圆环形的收容环321。每一端板33的外侧设有防滑的条纹333。
该扩充卡100一侧靠近下端处设有一第二连接器101。该扩充卡100的一侧靠近顶端处设有一指示灯102。第二连接器101设有两穿过扩充卡100并突出于扩充卡100的另一侧的定位柱1012。该两定位柱1012于第二连接器101焊接至扩充卡100时可帮助第二连接器101定位。
请参照图3和图4，组装时，将扩充卡100的两定位柱1012穿过第一固定件20的两通孔212。扩充卡100抵接基板21。第二连接器101抵靠第一固定件20的连接杆25。扩充卡100的指示灯102部分收容于第一固定件20的收容环221。将第二固定件30与第一固定件20围合且将该两卡钩35卡置于该两卡孔232。第二连接器101抵接主体31并位于两支撑部24与两支撑部34所围成的空间内。收容环221与收容环321围合并共同收容指示灯102，这样可将指示灯102外露。将扩充卡100连同第一固定件20及第二固定件30置于电路板10上方后下移。第二连接器101连接于第一连接器12。该两支撑部24及该两支撑部34支撑于电路板10。安装片14穿过该两抱持部36，扣合部37卡入安装部142。该两抱持部36卡挡于安装片14背向第一连接器12的一侧。至此，扩充卡100牢靠地固定于电路板10。

Claims (8)

1.一种扩充卡固定装置，用于将一扩充卡固定于一电路板，电路板设有一第一连接器，扩充卡设有一连接于第一连接器的第二连接器，该扩充卡固定装置包括一邻近第一连接器设置于电路板的定位件及收容该扩充卡的收容件，收容件卡固于该定位件，收容件包括一第一固定件及组设于第一固定件的一第二固定件，第一固定件包括一可抵接扩充卡的基板，基板设有通孔，第二连接器设于该扩充卡的一侧，扩充卡的另一侧设有卡入基板的通孔的定位柱，该第二固定件包括一与基板相对的主体，第二连接器抵接主体。
2.如权利要求1所述的扩充卡固定装置，其特征在于：基板的两端延伸出两端板，每一端板的内侧设有一卡孔，主体的两端延伸两卡置于该两卡孔的卡钩。
3.如权利要求1所述的扩充卡固定装置，其特征在于：扩充卡设有一指示灯，基板及主体远离电路板的一侧相向地分别延伸一侧板，两侧板相向的一侧分别设有一收容环，两收容环围合并收容该指示灯。
4.如权利要求1所述的扩充卡固定装置，其特征在于：基板靠近电路板的一侧设有两间隔的第一支撑部，主体靠近电路板的一侧设有两间隔的第二支撑部，两第一支撑部与该两第二支撑部抵接电路板，第二连接器位于该两第一支撑部与该两第二支撑部所围成的空间内。
5.如权利要求4所述的扩充卡固定装置，其特征在于：第一支撑部与第二支撑部均呈L形。
6.如权利要求1所述的扩充卡固定装置，其特征在于：该定位件包括一垂直该电路板的安装片，该安装片设有一安装部，该收容件设有一卡入安装部的扣合部。
7.如权利要求1所述的扩充卡固定装置，其特征在于：该定位件包括一垂直该电路板的安装片，该收容件设有两相向的L形的且可卡合于该安装片的抱持部。
8.如权利要求1所述的扩充卡固定装置，其特征在于：该定位件包括一垂直该电路板的安装片及垂直该安装片固定于电路板的一固定片。
