Abstract

本发明涉及一种船用空调清洗装置,包括电机、软轴、清洗毛刷、高压吸尘器和软管,所述软轴的尾端连接电机的输出端,所述软轴的头端连接清洗毛刷,所述软轴上套接有软管,所述软管与高压吸尘器连接。利用软轴连接电机和清洗毛刷,便于对弯曲的风管及风管拐角处的清洗,电机带动清洗毛刷旋转清洗,清洗下来的灰尘经高压吸尘器吸出,清洗完全。

技术领域
       本发明涉及一种清洗装置,具体涉及一种船用空调清洗装置。 
背景技术
空调系统的风管在长期工作后,风管内尘埃堆积,从面使空调系统不能提供良好质量的空气;风管内部的温湿度环境促使大量的细菌、微生物滋生,形成传染病源;游离的灰尘颗粒上附着各种传染病菌,通过风循环系统容易造成群体间交叉感染;风管中大量堆积灰尘,会导致风阻加大、机组能力下降,损耗能源。由于市场上楼宇风管清洗设备根本无法适用船舶空调的风管,导致大量的船舶、海工中央空调通风系统均未能清洗,给船员的生活造成很大的隐患。 
发明内容
       本发明的目的在于提供一种可对船用空调风管清洗、消毒的船用空调清洗装置。 
       为达到以上目的,本发明采取的技术方案为: 
一种船用空调清洗装置,其特征在于,包括电机、软轴、清洗毛刷、高压吸尘器和软管,所述软轴的尾端连接电机的输出端,所述软轴的头端连接清洗毛刷,所述软轴上套接有软管,所述软管与高压吸尘器连接。
进一步地,所述软轴的头端安装有摄像头。 
进一步地,所述软轴的头端安装有喷洗装置。 
再进一步地,还包括电脑控制器,所述电脑控制器与电机、摄像头和喷洗装置连接。 
采取以上技术方案后,本发明的有益效果为: 
1.利用软轴连接电机和清洗毛刷,便于对弯曲的风管及风管拐角处的清洗,电机带动清洗毛刷旋转清洗,清洗下来的灰尘经高压吸尘器吸出,清洗完全。
       2.软轴的头部设有喷洗装置,可以对风管内喷人水或消毒液,对风管消毒,提高出风质量。 
       3.软轴头部安装有摄像头,可以在清洗过程中检测风管内的状况,以便可以将所有部位进行完全清洗。

       以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步详述: 
       如图所示,一种船用空调清洗装置,包括清洗主机1,所述清洗主机包括电脑控制器11和电机12,所述电脑控制器11对电机12进行控制,所述电机12的输出端经软轴2连接清洗毛刷3,所述软轴2上套接有清洗软管4,所述清洗软管4靠近电机12的一端垂直连接有吸尘软管5,所述吸尘软管5连接高压吸尘器6,所述清洗软管4的靠近清洗毛刷3的一端设有吸尘器接口7。所述清洗毛刷3处的软轴2轴端或清洗软管4上安装有摄像头,所述摄像头与电脑控制器11电连接并在电脑控制器11上显示图像。所述清洗软管4内侧或外侧设有喷洗装置,所述喷洗装置与电脑控制器11连接,所述喷洗装置在电脑控制器11的控制下向清洗软管4外侧喷洒消毒液或清洗水。

1.一种船用空调清洗装置,其特征在于,包括电机、软轴、清洗毛刷、高压吸尘器和软管,所述软轴的尾端连接电机的输出端,所述软轴的头端连接清洗毛刷,所述软轴上套接有软管,所述软管与高压吸尘器连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种船用空调清洗装置,其特征在于,所述软轴的头端安装有摄像头。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种船用空调清洗装置,其特征在于,所述软轴的头端安装有喷洗装置。
4.根据权利要求1-3所述的一种船用空调清洗装置,其特征在于,还包括电脑控制器,所述电脑控制器与电机、摄像头和喷洗装置连接。
