本发明涉及一种杂质度过滤板，主要是用来测定乳类产品的杂质度过滤板，主要性能指标为重量150g/m2，厚度0.8—1.0mm，孔径不大于100目，白度不低于90度，尘埃度为Φ32mm圆内无可见尘埃，遇水变形无明显影响，该产品过滤速度快、质量高，可避免发生误判问题，使用方便可靠。

杂质度过滤板
本发明涉及到一种杂质度过滤板，主要是用来测定乳类产品杂质度的过滤板。
目前用于测定乳类产品的杂质度的过滤板在国内是空白，国家标准GB5413-85．2．7，内容中只有一句话：“棉质过滤板：直径32mm，过滤时牛乳通过直径为28．6mm的圆。”因国内无专用的“杂质度过滤板”，所以绝大多数使用单位用过滤油的“棉质过滤板”代替。还有一些单位用棉花或白色绒布代替。
本发明的目的是提供一种具有一定的厚度、孔径、白度、尘埃度和透气度的专用于测定乳类产品的标准的杂质度过滤板。
本发明的材质选用张力大的涤纶棉为原料，采用无纺织工艺制造而成的重量为150g／m2；厚度(无压力下)：0．8-1．0mm；孔径：≤100目；白度：不低于90度；尘埃度：Φ32mm圆内无可见尘埃或其他杂质；透气度：遇水变形对其透气度无明显影响的测定乳类产品的杂质度过滤板。
本发明的效果是能保证测定结果的重现性和复验性，在0．5个负大气压下过滤500ml正常乳液只需20秒钟左右，使用方便；可避免发生误判问题。
本发明的原料用张力大的涤纶棉，利用无纺织工艺制造，制成厚度为0．8-1．0mm，直径为Φ32mm的过滤板，要求重量为150g／m2，孔径不大于100目，白度不低于90度，透气度在遇水变形无明显影响。该过滤板要遇乳液变形很小，过滤速度快，使用方便灵活，过滤质量高，可用于测定乳类产品的杂质度。

1、一种杂质度过滤板，其特征在于：采用张力大的涤纶棉为原料，采用无纺织工艺制造而成，技术指标为：重量为150g／m2，厚度0．8-1．0mm，孔径不大于100目，白度不低于90度。
