本发明公开了一种负压烟道烟尘采样装置，其特征在于：包括采样枪前端、“U”形管、采样枪后端；采样枪前端由采样枪头、止回阀、收尘滤筒组成，采样枪后端为枪身，此采样装置采样枪前端可整体称量；烟尘经采样枪头通过止回阀被收尘滤筒收集、滤尘后的烟气通过“U”形管、采样枪身经气泵排出。其优点是：①采样枪前端与枪身由一个“U”形管连接，避免采样过程中当采样枪由上向下垂直伸入烟道时收集的烟尘由于重力作用又回流到烟道；②采样枪前端枪体内装的止回阀位于收尘滤筒前且只能向采样枪后端开启，采样时由滤筒滤尘后烟气经气泵排出，关闭气泵后，避免滤筒里收集的粉尘被倒吸入烟道。

技术领域
本发明涉及职业卫生和环境保护领域，尤其涉及一种负压烟道烟尘采样装置。
背景技术
目前，国内、国外使用及销售的烟尘采样装置只是能够采集烟道中的烟气但不能保证在烟道负压的情况下收集的粉尘不被倒吸回烟道，进而影响采样结果的准确性。
通过查新，目前国内外尚无一种与上述采样枪构造一样的负压烟道烟尘采样设备。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的上述不足，提供了一种负压烟道烟尘采样装置。
本发明的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现：负压烟道烟尘采样装置，其特征在于：包括采样枪前端、“U”形管、采样枪后端；采样枪前端由采样枪头、止回阀、收尘滤筒组成，采样枪后端为枪身，此采样装置采样枪前端可整体称量。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点是：①采样枪前端与枪身由一个“U”形管连接，这种构造避免采样过程中当采样枪由上向下垂直伸入烟道时收集的烟尘由于重力作用又回流到烟道；②采样枪前端枪体内装的止回阀位于收尘滤筒前且只能向采样枪后端开启，当需采样时，启动气泵，烟气推开止回阀被吸进滤筒内，粉尘被滤筒收集，由滤筒滤尘后烟气经气泵排出。关闭气泵后，虽然采样枪前端的负压力大，但由于采样枪前端枪体内装有只能向采样枪后端开启的止回阀不会被反向推开，避免滤筒里收集的粉尘被倒吸入烟道。以上两种构造保证了采样的准确性。

具体实施方式
该方法的设备由采样枪前端、“U”形管、采样枪后端；采样枪前端由采样枪头、止回阀、收尘滤筒组成，采样枪后端为枪身，此采样装置采样枪前端可整体称量；烟尘经采样枪头通过止回阀被收尘滤筒收集、滤尘后的烟气通过“U”形管、采样枪身经气泵排出。整个采样过程中滤筒里收集的粉尘不会被倒吸入烟道。
但是，上述的具体实施方式只是示例性的，是为了更好的使本领域技术人员能够理解本专利，不能理解为是对本专利包括范围的限制；只要是根据本专利所揭示精神的所作的任何等同变更或修饰，均落入本专利包括的范围。

1.一种负压烟道烟尘采样装置，其特征在于：包括采样枪前端、“U”形管、采样枪后端；采样枪前端由采样枪头、止回阀、收尘滤筒组成，采样枪后端为枪身，此采样装置采样枪前端可整体称量；烟尘经采样枪头通过止回阀被收尘滤筒收集、滤尘后的烟气通过“U”形管、采样枪身经气泵排出。
