本发明公开了一种快速回收式吸油材料,其特征在于:所述快速回收式吸油材料由串联在一根加强绳上的至少2个片状丙纶纤维棉片状材料构成。快速回收式吸油材料由至少2个片状丙纶纤维棉片状材料通过一根加强绳依次串联在一起,利用若干片状丙纶纤维集聚材料对油污进行吸油,最后通过抽拉绳索即可实现吸油材料的快速回收。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种吸油材料,尤其涉及一种快速回收式吸油材料。 
背景技术
目前市场上常见的吸油材料多为单片式结构,吸油结束后,由于为单片式结构,从而在收回时不能快速收回,为此如何快速将已经吸满油的吸油材料快速收回是本发明的研究重点。 
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种快速回收式吸油材料,具有能够快速将吸油材料收回的特点。 
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种快速回收式吸油材料,其创新点在于:所述快速回收式吸油材料由串联在一根加强绳上的至少2个片状丙纶纤维棉片状材料构成。 
优选的,所述片状丙纶纤维棉片状材料面积为100~2000cm2。 
优选的,所述片状丙纶纤维棉片状材料与相邻所述片状丙纶纤维棉片状材料压点压合而成。 
优选的,所述片状丙纶纤维棉片状材料位于该加强绳的中部。 
优选的,所述加强绳的拉伸强度为100kN/m。 
本发明的优点在于:快速回收式吸油材料由至少2个片状丙纶纤维棉片状材料通过一根加强绳依次串联在一起,利用若干片状丙纶纤维集聚材料对油污进行吸油,最后通过抽拉绳索即可实现吸油材料的快速回收。 
具体实施方式
本发明的快速回收式吸油材料由至少2个片状丙纶纤维棉片状材料依次串联在一根加强绳而成,当需要快速收回时,由于多个片状丙纶纤维棉片状材料串在同一根加强绳上,从而抽动加强绳即可完成已经吸满油的片状丙纶纤维棉片状材料的快速收回。 
上述片状丙纶纤维棉片状材料面积为100~2000cm2,片状丙纶纤维棉片状材料与相邻所述片状丙纶纤维棉片状材料压点压合而成,片状丙纶纤维棉片状材料 位于该加强绳的中部,加强绳的拉伸强度为100kN/m。 
实施例 
选取10片40cm*50cm的片状丙纶纤维棉片状材料;选取直径为6mm、长度为10米的加强绳一根;将片状丙纶纤维棉片状材料沿40cm边的边缘依次缝制的方法缝在加强绳上;按照以上方法及完成一个快速回收片状丙纶纤维棉片状材料的制作。

1.一种快速回收式吸油材料,其特征在于:所述快速回收式吸油材料由串联在一根加强绳上的至少2个片状丙纶纤维棉片状材料构成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种快速回收式吸油材料,其特征在于:所述片状丙纶纤维棉片状材料面积为100~2000cm2
3.如权利要求2所述的一种快速回收式吸油材料,其特征在于:所述片状丙纶纤维棉片状材料与相邻所述片状丙纶纤维棉片状材料压点压合而成。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种快速回收式吸油材料,其特征在于:所述片状丙纶纤维棉片状材料位于该加强绳的中部。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种快速回收式吸油材料,其特征在于:所述加强绳的拉伸强度为100kN/m。
