技术领域
本发明涉及医疗用品技术领域,特别是涉及一种医用低碳纤维靠垫芯的制作工艺。
背景技术
葛根是一种常见的中药材,从葛根中可以提取葛根淀粉和异黄酮葛根素。对提取后的药渣,则通常作垃圾处理,这其实是一种资源浪费。
现有的医用靠垫芯通常存在制作成本高、透气性差的特点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种医用低碳纤维靠垫芯的制作工艺,以改善医用靠垫芯的舒适感和透气性能,并降低其成本,同时提高葛根的利用价值。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
先将葛根药渣经辊筒挤压机挤压成厚度为1㎝的片状物后,切成宽度8㎝的条,再将这些条状物转90°后切成边长为8㎝的方块,然后将切出的方块置入容器中加水,经机械搅拌5分钟后脱水并送入烘干机中烘烤,在120°温度下烘2小时后取出并通过棉花弹花机弹成蓬松状态的葛根纤维,最后将这些蓬松状态的葛根纤维装入医用靠垫袋,并用聚乙烯薄膜将医用靠垫袋密封,待使用时去掉聚乙烯薄膜袋。
采用上述方案能收到如下显著效果:
1.按本方案制作出的葛根纤维既柔韧又富有弹性,加之葛根纤维具有良好的透气性并能散发清淡的甜香味,因此用它作靠垫芯能够提高病人的舒适感。
2.本方案能够将作为废弃物的葛根药渣的价值大幅度提高,避免了资源浪费且降低了现有医用靠垫芯的制作成本。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
先将葛根药渣经辊筒挤压机挤压成厚度为1㎝的片状物后,切成宽度8㎝的条,再将这些条状物转90°后切成边长为8㎝的方块,然后将切出的方块置入容器中加水,经机械搅拌5分钟后脱水并送入烘干机中烘烤,在120°温度下烘2小时后取出并通过棉花弹花机弹成蓬松状态的葛根纤维,最后将这些蓬松状态的葛根纤维装入医用靠垫袋,并用聚乙烯薄膜将医用靠垫袋密封,待使用时去掉聚乙烯薄膜袋。

1.一种医用低碳纤维靠垫芯的制作工艺,其特征是:先将葛根药渣经辊筒挤压机挤压成厚度为1㎝的片状物后,切成宽度8㎝的条,再将这些条状物转90°后切成边长为8㎝的方块,然后将切出的方块置入容器中加水,经机械搅拌5分钟后脱水并送入烘干机中烘烤,在120℃温度下烘2小时后取出并通过棉花弹花机弹成蓬松状态的葛根纤维,最后将这些蓬松状态的葛根纤维装入医用靠垫袋,并用聚乙烯薄膜袋将医用靠垫袋密封,待使用时去掉聚乙烯薄膜袋。
