本发明公开了一种万能直齿刀数控研磨机,包括有机座,机座上设置有X轴伺服滑台,X轴伺服滑台的滑台上设置有Z轴升降滑台,Z轴升降滑台的滑台上固定有物料架,物料架前方的机座上设置有Y轴伺服滑台,Y轴伺服滑台的滑台上安装有支撑座,支撑座上前端安装有减速机、与减速机传动连接的W轴伺服电机、转动连接在减速机上的W轴主轴,W轴主轴轴端连接有主轴头,主轴头顶部支撑有砂轮电机,主轴头底部水平转动安装有主轴砂轮。本发明全部进刀过程由伺服驱动,相比于传统的直齿刀研磨机相比,具有进刀精准、研磨效率高的优点。

背景技术
万能直齿刀数控研磨机是一种比较重要的设备,尤其工业刀具行业,现有技术中直齿刀研磨机的样式较多,但都存在缺点,如跳齿不均匀,皮带传动打滑等缺点,影响研磨效率及精度。
发明内容    本发明的目的是提供一种万能直齿刀数控研磨机,以解决现有技术直齿刀研磨机存在的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种万能直齿刀数控研磨机,包括有机座,其特征在于:所述机座上沿X向设置有X轴伺服滑台,X轴伺服滑台的滑台上沿竖向设置有Z轴升降滑台,所述Z轴升降滑台的滑台上固定有物料架,物料架前方的机座上还通过竖向支撑轴支撑有Y轴伺服滑台,所述Y轴伺服滑台垂直于X轴伺服滑台及Z轴升降滑台,Y轴伺服滑台的滑台上安装有支撑座,所述支撑座上前端安装有减速机、与减速机传动连接的W轴伺服电机,减速机还转动连接有W轴主轴,所述W轴主轴中心轴与Y轴伺服滑台平行,且W轴主轴轴端指向Z轴升降滑台,W轴主轴轴端连接有主轴头,主轴头顶部支撑有砂轮电机,主轴头底部水平转动安装有与砂轮电机传动连接的主轴砂轮。

参见图1所示,一种万能直齿刀数控研磨机,包括有机座2,机座2上沿X向设置有X轴伺服滑台5,X轴伺服滑台5的滑台4上沿竖向设置有Z轴升降滑台3,Z轴升降滑台3的滑台上固定有物料架10,物料架10前方的机座2上还通过竖向支撑轴14支撑有Y轴伺服滑台11,Y轴伺服滑台11垂直于X轴伺服滑台5及Z轴升降滑台3,Y轴伺服滑台11的滑台上安装有支撑座,支撑座上前端安装有减速机8、与减速机8传动连接的W轴伺服电机7,减速机8还转动连接有W轴主轴9,W轴主轴9中心轴与Y轴伺服滑台11平行,且W轴主轴9轴端指向Z轴升降滑台3,W轴主轴9轴端连接有主轴头12,主轴头12顶部支撑有砂轮电机6,主轴头12底部水平转动安装有与砂轮电机6传动连接的主轴砂轮13。机座2一侧还安装有人机界面1。机座2上水平转动安装有转盘15,支撑轴14固定在转盘15中心。

1.一种万能直齿刀数控研磨机,包括有机座,其特征在于:所述机座上沿X向设置有X轴伺服滑台,X轴伺服滑台的滑台上沿竖向设置有Z轴升降滑台,所述Z轴升降滑台的滑台上固定有物料架,物料架前方的机座上还通过竖向支撑轴支撑有Y轴伺服滑台,所述Y轴伺服滑台垂直于X轴伺服滑台及Z轴升降滑台,Y轴伺服滑台的滑台上安装有支撑座,所述支撑座上前端安装有减速机、与减速机传动连接的W轴伺服电机,减速机还转动连接有W轴主轴,所述W轴主轴中心轴与Y轴伺服滑台平行,且W轴主轴轴端指向Z轴升降滑台,W轴主轴轴端连接有主轴头,主轴头顶部支撑有砂轮电机,主轴头底部水平转动安装有与砂轮电机传动连接的主轴砂轮。
