Abstract

一种风扇固定装置,用于将风扇固定于一机箱内,机箱包括一底板及一上盖,风扇夹置于底板与上盖之间,机箱的底板设有若干定位柱,风扇设有两相对的端壁,该风扇固定装置包括若干组设于该两端壁的底端的固定件,每一固定件设有供定位柱穿过的定位孔,该底板与这些固定件之间设置有弹性元件。该风扇固定装置的固定件设有供底板的定位柱穿过的定位孔且风扇夹置于上盖与底板之间,可方便地将风扇固定于机箱;底板与固定件之间设置有弹性元件能减振。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种风扇固定装置。
背景技术
电脑或服务器机箱中,为适应散热需求,需要装一个以上的风扇。现有风扇通常需要通过若干螺丝固定在机箱内,操作复杂,且刚性连接使得风扇运转时的振动很容易传递至机箱内其他组件,影响系统工作。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种安装方便且能减振的风扇固定装置。
一种风扇固定装置,用于将风扇固定于一机箱内,机箱包括一底板及一上盖,风扇夹置于底板与上盖之间,机箱的底板设有若干定位柱,风扇设有两相对的端壁,该风扇固定装置包括若干组设于该两端壁的底端的固定件,每一固定件设有供定位柱穿过的定位孔,该底板与这些固定件之间设置有弹性元件。
相较现有技术,该风扇固定装置的固定件设有供底板的定位柱穿过的定位孔且风扇夹置于上盖与底板之间,可方便地将风扇固定于机箱;底板与固定件之间设置有弹性元件能减振。

具体实施方式
请参照图1,本发明风扇固定装置的较佳实施方式将若干风扇10固定于机箱100。该风扇固定装置包括若干固定件30及若干弹性元件36,在本实施方式中,弹性元件36为螺旋弹簧。
每一风扇10包括两相对的端壁12。每一端壁12于四角处分别开设一通孔120。机箱100包括一底板20及一上盖40,该底板20凸设若干顶部呈锥形的定位柱22。
请继续参照图2,每一固定件30包括两支撑部32以及连接两支撑部32的基板34。两支撑部32于同侧分别凸设一安装臂320,每一安装臂320远离支撑部32一端设有一卡钩322。两支撑部32分别开设有一定位孔324及围设于定位孔324的环形卡槽326。
请一并参照图3,组装每一风扇10时,固定件30的每一卡槽326内装设一弹性元件36,弹性元件36的一端置于卡槽326内,弹性元件36的另一端突出于支撑部32表面。风扇10的每一端壁12的上下两侧分别安装一固定件30。装固定件30的安装臂分别穿过对应的通孔120使卡钩322卡抵住端壁12内侧。每一端壁12上的两固定件30上装设的弹性元件36互相背离。将该底板20的四个定位柱22穿入固定件30的定位孔324,将该风扇10固定于该底板20。将上盖40盖设于底板20,上盖40抵接弹性元件36上方以将风扇10固定于上盖40与底板20之间。所述弹性元件36突出部分使得风扇10底部与底板20之间以及风扇10顶部与上盖40之间均保留一定间隔,该弹性元件36可吸收风扇10运转时的振动。
在其它的实施方式中,弹性元件36可以是橡胶块等弹性材质制成的元件,支撑部32上开设对应形状的卡槽326以安装弹性元件36。

Claims (5)

1.一种风扇固定装置,用于将风扇固定于一机箱内,机箱包括一底板及一上盖,风扇夹置于底板与上盖之间,机箱的底板设有若干定位柱,风扇设有两相对的端壁,该风扇固定装置包括若干组设于该两端壁的底端的固定件,每一固定件设有供定位柱穿过的定位孔,该底板与这些固定件之间设置有弹性元件。
2.如权利要求1所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:该两端壁的顶端组设有固定件,该上盖与对应的固定件之间设置有弹性元件。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:每一固定件包括两支撑部以及一连接两支撑部的基板,定位孔沿垂直基板的方向设于支撑部。
4.如权利要求3所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:每一固定件的两支撑部向同一侧分别延伸形成一安装臂,每一安装臂远离支撑部一端设有一卡钩,风扇的端壁设有供这些卡钩穿过的通孔,风扇的端壁卡挡于固定件的卡钩与支撑部之间。
5.如权利要求3所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:每一固定件于定位孔周围开设一与定位孔共轴的卡槽,弹性元件是一端固定于该卡槽内的螺旋弹簧。
