本发明公开了一种管道用无缝钢管,包括:钢管基体、抗菌涂层、第一纳米二氧化硅抗污涂层、第二纳米二氧化硅抗污涂层和耐候防腐蚀涂料保护层,所述的钢管基体的内壁上依次涂刷有所述的第一纳米二氧化硅抗污涂层和所述的抗菌涂层,所述的钢管基体的外壁上依次涂刷有所述的第二纳米二氧化硅抗污涂层和所述的耐候防腐蚀涂料保护层。通过上述方式,本发明具备抗菌功能,用久了钢管内外壁不易结垢,而且具有优良的钢管耐候防腐蚀性能。

Description

一种管道用无缝钢管
技术领域
 本发明涉及钢管领域,特别是涉及一种管道用无缝钢管。
背景技术
热轧无缝钢管分一般钢管,低、中压锅炉钢管,高压锅炉钢管、合金钢管、不锈钢管、石油裂化管、地质钢管和其它钢管等。冷轧(拨)无缝钢管除分一般钢管、低中压锅炉钢管、高压锅炉钢管、合金钢管、不锈钢管、石油裂化管、其它钢管外,还包括碳素薄壁钢管、合金薄壁钢管、不锈薄壁钢管、异型钢管。热轧无缝管外径一般大于32mm,壁厚2.5-75mm,冷轧无缝钢管处径可以到6mm,壁厚可到0.25mm,薄壁管外径可到5mm壁厚小于0.25mm,冷轧比热轧尺寸精度高。一般用无缝钢管是用10、20、30、35、45等优质碳结钢16Mn、5MnV等低合金结构钢或40Cr、30CrMnSi、45Mn2、40MnB等合结钢热轧或冷轧制成的。
然而,现在管道用无缝钢管不具备抗菌功能,用久了钢管内外壁上容易结垢,而且钢管耐候防腐蚀性能也有待增强。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种管道用无缝钢管,具备抗菌功能,用久了钢管内外壁不易结垢,而且具有优良的钢管耐候防腐蚀性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种管道用无缝钢管,包括:钢管基体、抗菌涂层、第一纳米二氧化硅抗污涂层、第二纳米二氧化硅抗污涂层和耐候防腐蚀涂料保护层,所述的钢管基体的内壁上依次涂刷有所述的第一纳米二氧化硅抗污涂层和所述的抗菌涂层,所述的钢管基体的外壁上依次涂刷有所述的第二纳米二氧化硅抗污涂层和所述的耐候防腐蚀涂料保护层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的抗菌涂层为银纳米抗菌涂层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的耐候防腐蚀涂料保护层为耐候性环氧聚氨酯防腐蚀涂料。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的第一纳米二氧化硅抗污涂层和第二纳米二氧化硅抗污涂层的纳米二氧化硅的粒径均为10~100 nm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明具备抗菌功能,用久了钢管内外壁不易结垢,而且具有优良的钢管耐候防腐蚀性能。

优选的,所述的抗菌涂层为银纳米抗菌涂层。
优选的,所述的耐候防腐蚀涂料保护层为耐候性环氧聚氨酯防腐蚀涂料。
优选的,所述的第一纳米二氧化硅抗污涂层和第二纳米二氧化硅抗污涂层的纳米二氧化硅的粒径均为10~100 nm。
本发明管道用无缝钢管的有益效果是:本发明具备抗菌功能,用久了钢管内外壁不易结垢,而且具有优良的钢管耐候防腐蚀性能。

1.一种管道用无缝钢管,其特征在于,包括:钢管基体、抗菌涂层、第一纳米二氧化硅抗污涂层、第二纳米二氧化硅抗污涂层和耐候防腐蚀涂料保护层,所述的钢管基体的内壁上依次涂刷有所述的第一纳米二氧化硅抗污涂层和所述的抗菌涂层,所述的钢管基体的外壁上依次涂刷有所述的第二纳米二氧化硅抗污涂层和所述的耐候防腐蚀涂料保护层。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的管道用无缝钢管,其特征在于,所述的抗菌涂层为银纳米抗菌涂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的管道用无缝钢管,其特征在于,所述的耐候防腐蚀涂料保护层为耐候性环氧聚氨酯防腐蚀涂料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的管道用无缝钢管,其特征在于,所述的第一纳米二氧化硅抗污涂层和第二纳米二氧化硅抗污涂层的纳米二氧化硅的粒径均为10~100 nm。
