本发明属于包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种离型膜。
背景技术
现有的离型纸(标签底纸),可做保护膜、防水材料;但离型纸的纸张是由木材制成,消耗木材,破坏环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种离型膜,该离型膜不采用纸张,对环境无害。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案是:离型膜,其特征在于:它包括硅油层、硅油附着层、支撑层、辅助层,硅油层、硅油附着层、支撑层、辅助层依次布置,硅油附着层、支撑层、辅助层采用共挤出后经双向拉伸而成一体(采用常规工艺),硅油附着层、支撑层、辅助层的质量比为1.5:7:1.5;双向拉伸的纵向拉伸后,在硅油附着层的表面涂硅油形成硅油层(在横向拉伸过程中完成干燥,形成硅油层),硅油层的厚度为2μm。
所述硅油附着层的材料为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)和SiO2,SiO2的加入量为200PPM(其余为PET)。
所述支撑层的材料为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)。
所述辅助层的材料为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)和PET薄膜的防粘连剂,PET薄膜的防粘连剂的加入量为500PPM(其余为PET)。
本发明的有益效果是:该离型膜不采用纸张,对环境无害。可循环利用。

实施例1:
如图1所示,离型膜,它包括硅油层1、硅油附着层2、支撑层3、辅助层4,硅油层、硅油附着层、支撑层、辅助层依次布置,硅油附着层、支撑层、辅助层采用共挤出后经双向拉伸而成一体(采用常规工艺),硅油附着层、支撑层、辅助层的质量比为1.5:7:1.5;双向拉伸的纵向拉伸后,在硅油附着层的表面涂硅油形成硅油层(在横向拉伸过程中完成干燥,形成硅油层),硅油层的厚度为2μm。
所述硅油附着层的材料为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)和SiO2,SiO2的加入量为200PPM(其余为PET)。
所述支撑层的材料为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)。
所述辅助层的材料为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)和PET薄膜的防粘连剂,PET薄膜的防粘连剂的加入量为500PPM(其余为PET)。
本发明的离型膜可代替现有的离型纸(标签底纸),用作保护膜、防水材料。

1.离型膜,其特征在于:它包括硅油层、硅油附着层、支撑层、辅助层,硅油层、硅油附着层、支撑层、辅助层依次布置,硅油附着层、支撑层、辅助层采用共挤出后经双向拉伸而成一体,硅油附着层、支撑层、辅助层的质量比为1.5:7:1.5;双向拉伸的纵向拉伸后,在硅油附着层的表面涂硅油形成硅油层,硅油层的厚度为2μm;
所述硅油附着层的材料为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯和SiO2,SiO2的加入量为200PPM;
所述支撑层的材料为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯;
所述辅助层的材料为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯和PET薄膜的防粘连剂,PET薄膜的防粘连剂的加入量为500PPM。
