本发明公开了一种水龙头,包括龙头主体,龙头主体上部连接有旋盖,旋盖上方设置有控制手柄,龙头主体内安装有定阀片,定阀片上对应设置有动阀片,一阀杆一端与动阀片连接,另一端穿过旋盖与控制手柄连接,这种水龙头结构中在龙头主体直接安装定阀片与动阀片,通过阀杆控制动阀片的转动来实现水龙头的开关,从而替代了传统的阀芯,可以降低生产成本,提高产品竞争力。

本发明涉及一种水龙头。
背景技术
常见的水龙头一般包括龙头主体,龙头主体内安装有阀芯,阀芯上设置有阀杆,龙头主体上方设置有与阀杆连接的控制手柄。然而,在生产这种水龙头的时候必须采购阀芯,导致成本增加,产品市场竞争力下降。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种水龙头,不需要阀芯,降低生产成本。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的水龙头,包括龙头主体,龙头主体上部连接有旋盖,旋盖上方设置有控制手柄,所述龙头主体内安装有定阀片,定阀片上对应设置有动阀片,一阀杆一端与所述动阀片连接,另一端穿过所述旋盖与控制手柄连接。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述动阀片上设置有凹孔,所述阀杆端部设置有与该凹孔对应卡合的凸块。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述定阀片与龙头主体之间设置有密封圈。
本发明的有益效果是:这种水龙头结构中在龙头主体直接安装定阀片与动阀片,通过阀杆控制动阀片的转动来实现水龙头的开关,从而替代了传统的阀芯,可以降低生产成本,提高产品竞争力。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本发明的水龙头,包括龙头主体1,龙头主体1上部连接有旋盖2,旋盖2上方设置有控制手柄3,所述龙头主体1内安装有定阀片4,定阀片4上对应设置有动阀片5,一阀杆6一端与所述动阀片5连接,另一端穿过所述旋盖2与控制手柄3连接。这种水龙头结构中在龙头主体直接安装定阀片与动阀片,通过阀杆控制动阀片的转动来实现水龙头的开关,从而替代了传统的阀芯,可以降低生产成本,提高产品竞争力。
其中,所述动阀片5上设置有凹孔7,所述阀杆6端部设置有与该凹孔对应卡合的凸块8,简化动阀片与阀杆的连接结构,安装更方便。
此外,所述定阀片4与龙头主体1之间设置有密封圈9,防止定阀片与龙头主体之间出现漏水。

1.水龙头,包括龙头主体(1),龙头主体(1)上部连接有旋盖(2),旋盖(2)上方设置有控制手柄(3),其特征在于:所述龙头主体(1)内安装有定阀片(4),定阀片(4)上对应设置有动阀片(5),一阀杆(6)一端与所述动阀片(5)连接,另一端穿过所述旋盖(2)与控制手柄(3)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水龙头,其特征在于:所述动阀片(5)上设置有凹孔(7),所述阀杆(6)端部设置有与该凹孔对应卡合的凸块(8)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的水龙头,其特征在于:所述定阀片(4)与龙头主体(1)之间设置有密封圈(9)。
