本发明公开了一种治疗心律失常的中药制剂,由如下重量的中药材制成:枇杷叶60~120g、蜡梅花10~20g、荚果蕨贯众3~13g、紫花杜鹃3~11g、望江南3~9g、胡芦巴3~7g、荜澄茄3~7g、鸡冠花1~5g、无患子1~5g。本发明的优点在于所使用的中药材符合中华人民共和国药典规定,药物安全可靠,对于心律失常见效快、疗效显著、使用安全、无毒副作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域,具体是指一种治疗心律失常的中药制剂。
背景技术
心律失常是由于窦房结激动异常或激动产生于窦房结以外,激动的传导缓慢、阻滞或经异常通道传导,即心脏活动的起源和(或)传导障碍导致心脏搏动的频率和(或)节律异常。窦性心律的心电图特点为:P波规律出现,且P波形态表明激动来自窦房结(即P波在Ⅰ、Ⅱ、aVF、V4~V6直立,在aVR倒置)。正常窦性心律的频率一般为60~100次/分。临床上按心律失常发作时心率的快慢分为快速性和缓慢性心律失常两大类,前者见于过早搏动、心动过速、心房颤动和心室颤动等,成年人心率超过100次/分为过速;后者以窦性缓慢性心律失常和各种传导阻滞为常见,心率过慢,低于60次/分,严重影响心、脑等主要脏器的供血而出现头昏、眼花等症状。心律失常是心血管疾病中重要的一组疾病。它可单独发病亦可与心血管病伴发。
心律失常的确诊大多要靠心电图,部分患者可根据病史和体征作出初步诊断。详细追问发作时心率、节律(规则与否、漏搏感等),发作起止与持续时间。发作时有无低血压、昏厥或近乎昏厥、抽搐、心绞痛或心力衰竭等表现,以及既往发作的诱因、频率和治疗经过,有助于判断心律失常。
心律失常的发病原因很复杂,对它的治疗也多种多样。针对不同的发病机理,目前有通过异丙肾上腺素、阿托品等西药增加心肌自律性和(或)加速传导的,有通过心脏起搏器、电除颤、射频消融等非药物疗法治疗的。长期服用抗心律失常药均有不同程度的副作用,严重的可引起室性心律失常或心脏传导阻滞而致命。因此,临床应用时应严格掌握适应证,注意不良反应,以便随时应急。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种见效快、疗效显著、使用安全、无毒副作用的治疗心律失常的中药制剂。本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种治疗心律失常的中药制剂,由如下重量的中药材制成:枇杷叶60~120g、蜡梅花10~20g、荚果蕨贯众3~13g、紫花杜鹃3~11g、望江南3~9g、胡芦巴3~7g、荜澄茄3~7g、鸡冠花1~5g、无患子1~5g。
优选地,一种治疗心律失常的中药制剂,由如下重量的中药材制成:枇杷叶90g、蜡梅花15g、荚果蕨贯众8g、紫花杜鹃7g、望江南6g、胡芦巴5g、荜澄茄5g、鸡冠花3g、无患子3g。
上述治疗心律失常的中药制剂的制备方法为:称取所述重量的中药材放入煎药器具内,加入纯净水3000毫升;常温浸泡1小时,使中药材充分湿润,以利药汁充分煎出;用武火煮沸再改用文火煎熬1小时,过滤除去药渣,将滤液浓缩至500毫升即得。
治疗方法:口服,一次10毫升,早晚各一次,连续服用两个月。
本发明的优点在于所使用的中药材符合中华人民共和国药典规定,药物安全可靠,相比现有技术的有益效果是:治疗心律失常的疗效显著、见效快、使用安全、无毒副作用。
具体实施方式:
下面结合实施例和病例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1:
称取枇杷叶60g、蜡梅花20g、荚果蕨贯众3g、紫花杜鹃11g、望江南3g、胡芦巴7g、荜澄茄3g、鸡冠花5g、无患子1g放入煎药器具内,加入纯净水3000毫升;常温浸泡1小时,使中药材充分湿润,以利药汁充分煎出;用武火煮沸再改用文火煎熬1小时,过滤除去药渣,将滤液浓缩至500毫升即得治疗心律失常的中药制剂。
实施例2:

为了检验本发明中药制剂治疗心律失常的功效,选取安徽省池州市心律失常患者90例,年龄24~66岁,平均年龄47岁,其中男性50例,女性40例。以上90例心律异常患者中,心电图提示窦性心动过缓12例,窦性心律不齐18例,偶发的房性期前收缩8例,一度房室传导阻滞9例,病态窦房结综合征13例,快速心房颤动9例,阵发性室上性心动过速12例,持续性室性心动过速9例,患者普遍存在胸痛、胸闷、憋气、心悸不安、乏力、失眠多梦等不适症状。将所有患者随机分为三个治疗组,每个治疗组30例,其中,治疗组1采用本发明实施例1的中药制剂治疗、治疗组2采用本发明实施例2的中药制剂治疗、治疗组3采用本发明实施例3的中药制剂治疗。
治疗方法:口服,一次10毫升,早晚各一次,连续服用两个月。治疗期间禁用其他抗心律失常药物。
疗效标准:
显效:动态心电图恢复正常,胸痛、胸闷、憋气、心悸不安、乏力、失眠多梦等不适症状消失或明显缓解。
有效:动态心电图与治疗前相比好转,胸痛、胸闷、憋气、心悸不安、乏力、失眠多梦等不适症状好转。
无效:动态心电图与治疗前相比无任何好转,胸痛、胸闷、憋气、心悸不安、乏力、失眠多梦等不适症状无任何好转。
治疗结果:

在治疗过程中,所有患者身体均未产生不良反应。
从上述治疗结果可以看出,本发明三个实施例所制得的中药制剂均具有很好的治疗心律异常的疗效,总有效率达到100%,其中,实施例3的中药制剂的显效率达到了86.7%,是安全有效的抗广谱心律失常的药物。这是本发明取得的意想不到的技术效果。

1.一种治疗心律失常的中药制剂,其特征在于:由如下重量的中药材制成:枇杷叶60~120g、蜡梅花10~20g、荚果蕨贯众3~13g、紫花杜鹃3~11g、望江南3~9g、胡芦巴3~7g、荜澄茄3~7g、鸡冠花1~5g、无患子1~5g;其制备方法为:称取所述重量的中药材放入煎药器具内,加入纯净水3000毫升;常温浸泡1小时,使中药材充分湿润,以利药汁充分煎出;用武火煮沸再改用文火煎熬1小时,过滤除去药渣,将滤液浓缩至500毫升即得。
