技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于将第一印制电路板固定在第二印制电路板上面和在两个印制电路板之间形成导电连接的印制电路板连接装置。
背景技术
已知有不同的方法用于在两个印制电路板之间形成导电连接。最流行的方式和方法是,利用电流技术和/或信号技术通过电缆连接将两个印制电路板相连接。为此在电缆上面或在对应的印制电路板上面设置对应的插头或插座,将电缆上面的配合件分别插入其中。
此外已知,为了制造在物理上能负荷的连接,在两个印制电路板之间安装支撑螺栓。所述支撑螺栓也可以被设计成能导电的。大多时候通过将支撑螺栓焊接在印制电路板上面来完成支撑螺栓的装配。另一种可能性是,将支撑螺栓以螺栓连接的方式固定在印制电路板上面。为此例如在印制电路板内设置或切削相应的螺纹。
但是这些连接方法的缺点是,在大多时候必须执行焊接或拧紧工作。焊接连接常常只能通过手动焊接执行。这降低了自动化程度并且也限制过程安全。
发明内容
因此本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种印制电路板连接装置,所述印制电路板连接装置使简单和高效地,尤其不用使用工具地连接两个印制电路板成为可能。
按照本发明所述任务将通过一种用于将第一印制电路板固定在第二印制电路板上面和在所述两个印制电路板之间构成导电连接的印制电路板连接装置所解决。
按照本发明的印制电路板连接装置具有长形的导电基体,所述基体至少在第一端部上具有夹紧和紧固装置,以便不用工具地将印制电路板连接装置固定在印制电路板上的焊盘内。在所述基体的第一端部上设置用于穿过印制电路板的焊盘的贯穿体。基体和贯穿体形成止挡,所述止挡确定贯穿体穿过焊盘的插入深度。此外设置弹性体,所述弹性体在贯穿体穿过焊盘的过程中和/或之后是能够被张开的,由此基体借助弹性体被压在印制电路板上面。在此,贯穿体和弹性体至少部分地构成夹紧和紧固装置。
本发明的基本思想在于,能够不用工具地将印制电路板连接装置安装在至少一个印制电路板上面。为此,在印制电路板连接装置的端部上面形成夹紧和紧固装置。所述夹紧和紧固装置是以这种方式设计,即通过简单地插入印制电路板连接装置、夹紧和紧固装置将所述印制电路板连接装置固定在印制电路板上面。由此一方面在印制电路板和印制电路板连接装置的基体之间形成足够稳定的物理连接。另一方面也在印制电路板与基体之间构成导电连接。
按照本发明夹紧和紧固装置至少部分地借助贯穿体和弹性体形成。其中,弹性体和贯穿体是以这样的方式成型,即在贯穿体穿过印制电路板的焊盘的过程中和/或之后弹性体被张开。通过所述张开实现将贯穿体并且由此将基体卡在焊盘上。详细地讲,贯穿体从印制电路板的上面朝着下面穿过印制电路板。弹性体是这样地构成,即在印制电路板的下面上的出口处或在贯穿体穿过的过程中被张开,由此阻止贯穿体以及基体回缩,或至少使得所述回缩变得困难。
通过由基体和贯穿体构成的止挡实现,防止贯穿体继续插入和穿过焊盘。
通过这种结构印制电路板连接装置不仅能够在贯穿方向而且在贯穿方向的反向也被固定在焊盘内。
在一个优选的实施方式中弹性体被设计为套筒形状。此外,弹性体可以具有基本上与焊盘的内径相一致的外径。在这种结构设计中可以规定,首先将弹性体置入焊盘内。随后引导贯穿体穿过焊盘,其中,如之前所述,贯穿体在印制电路板下侧的出口处将弹簧装置张开、并且因此自身卡在印制电路板的下侧上。但是也可以将弹性体与贯穿体同时置入焊盘内。
优选在弹性体的第一端部区域上形成凸肩。通过所述凸肩可以限定弹性体置入焊盘内的深度。这提供这样的优势,由此可以限定,弹性体的下端部区域相对于焊盘和焊盘的印制电路板的下部区域上的端部在哪里结束或者说弹性体在印制电路板的下部区域内从焊盘伸出多少,所述焊盘也可以被称作焊接孔。

此外,贯穿体还能够在其背向基体的端部区域具有用于弹性体的第二端部区域的咬接装置。所述咬接装置可以设置为例如一种导向槽。所述导向槽可以沿着贯穿体的圆周延伸。通过将弹性体的第二端部区域啮合在咬接装置内可以额外地保证贯穿体以及基体不会朝着印制电路板的上面的方向回缩。
优选,贯穿体在其背向基体的端部区域上具有加宽部。通过所述加宽部可以使弹性体更容易地张开。此外,可以使贯穿体的一部分小于焊盘的直径,由此使贯穿变得容易。但是这不是强制性必需的设计。
在一个优选的实施方式中弹性体被集成在贯穿体内。在这里,弹性体可以被设计为可压缩的。在这种情况下优选,弹性体在未被加载的情况下具有比焊盘的直径更大的直径。借此实现,在插入与弹性体集成的贯穿体的过程中弹性体被压缩。一旦贯穿体至少部分地伸出焊盘,则弹性体被重新张开。通过所述张开可以保证贯穿体以及基体不会重新朝着印制电路板的上面的方向回缩。
原则上也可以在基体上只在一个端部上面构成夹紧和紧固装置。但是也可以在基体的两个端部上面分别设置夹紧和紧固装置。由此使得不用工具地将印制电路板连接装置固定在其需要连接的两个印制电路板上成为可能。但是也能够这样设计,出于生产技术原因只在基体的一个端部上设置夹紧和紧固装置。另一个端部上可以通过传统的固定方法例如焊接或螺栓连接固定在印制电路板上。

具体实施方式
在附图1中示出两个印制电路板21,22,所述印制电路板通过三个按照本发明的印制电路板连接装置1,2,3相互连接。印制电路板21,22在这里基本上是彼此平行地定位。通过按照本发明的印制电路板连接装置1,2,3在两个印制电路板21,22之间不仅可以实现物理连接而且也能够实现电连接。例如,第一印制电路板21是连接印制电路板和第二印制电路板22是处理印制电路板(Prozessorplatine)。
