本发明涉及一种多通道射流真空泵,属于通过利用被泵送流体的惯性泵送流体的喷射泵技术领域。该多通道射流真空泵包括潜水泵、射流器和真空罐,射流器包括设有出口的射流盒,射流盒内设有相互贴合的左、右夹板,左夹板中心处设有贯通左夹板且与左夹板垂直的射流液体进口管,射流液体进口管进口端连通潜水泵出口,左、右夹板之间制有与射流液体进口管连通的多条射流喷嘴,多条射流喷嘴沿射流液体进口管中心周向均匀分布,每条射流喷嘴的孔径为8-20mm,每条射流喷嘴出口端均与射流盒出口相对设置,右夹板边沿处设有与每条射流喷嘴连通的进气管,进气管连通真空罐出口。该多通道射流真空泵具有承载压力高且清洁性能好的优点。

多通道射流真空泵
技术领域
本发明涉及一种吸负压设备,属于通过利用被泵送流体的惯性泵送流体的喷射泵技术领域。
背景技术
射流真空泵是利用机械、物理、化学或物化的方法,在封闭空间中产生、改善和维持真空的装置。一般由潜水泵、射流器、泵箱三部分组成,被广泛用于石油、化工、食品、制药、轻工、环保等行业的减压蒸发、结晶、蒸馏、干燥、脱色、脱臭、真空输送等工艺之中。
现有射流器中的喷嘴,如果喷嘴发生堵塞,要用软毛刷或牙签来清洁它并且清洁过程要十分的小心,可能扭曲孔口,另外,现有喷嘴承载压力低,效率低下,同时,喷口不可调节。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术不足,提出一种承载压力高且清洁性能好的多通道射流真空泵。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:一种多通道射流真空泵,包括潜水泵、射流器和真空罐,所述射流器包括设有出口的射流盒,所述射流盒内设有相互贴合的左、右夹板,所述左夹板中心处设有贯通左夹板且与左夹板垂直的射流液体进口管,所述射流液体进口管进口端连通潜水泵出口,所述左、右夹板之间制有与射流液体进口管连通的多条射流喷嘴,所述多条射流喷嘴沿射流液体进口管中心周向均匀分布,每条射流喷嘴的孔径为8-20mm,每条射流喷嘴出口端均与射流盒出口相对设置,所述右夹板边沿处设有与每条射流喷嘴连通的进气管,所述进气管连通真空罐出口。
本发明采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:1)通过射流盒内设有相互贴合的左、右夹板,左夹板中心处设有贯通左夹板且与左夹板垂直的射流液体进口管,左、右夹板之间制有与射流液体进口管连通的多条射流喷嘴,每条射流喷嘴的孔径为8-20mm,创造性的将传统的喷嘴通过两个平板进行体现,简化了结构,提高了喷嘴的承载压力,喷嘴清洁性能好;2)通过左夹板中心处设有与左夹板垂直的射流液体进口管,右夹板边沿处设有与每条射流喷嘴连通的进气管,可以充分的利用左、右夹板之间形成的射流喷嘴内的高流速和低压力,对进气管内气体进行更高效率的抽吸。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述左、右夹板之间通过螺栓紧固。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述射流液体进口管的口径大于进气管的口径。
上述技术方案的改进是:位于所述进气管处的一段射流喷嘴呈扩张锥形。
上述技术方案的改进是:位于所述进气管处的一段射流喷嘴处设有螺旋叶片,所述螺旋叶片的螺旋升角为20°。
本发明采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:通过螺旋叶片对射流喷嘴出口处流体进行螺旋加速,可以对左、右夹板之间形成的射流喷嘴内流体进行加速,实现对进气管内气体进行更高效率的抽吸。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述进气管垂直右夹板设置。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述进气管倾斜右夹板设置。

实施例
本实施例的多通道射流真空泵,如图1和图2所示,包括潜水泵10、射流器20和真空罐30。射流器20包括设有出口的射流盒1,射流盒1内设有相互贴合的左夹板2和右夹板3,左夹板2中心处设有贯通左夹板2且与左夹板垂直的射流液体进口管4,射流液体进口管4进口端连通潜水泵10出口。
左夹板2和右夹板3之间制有与射流液体进口管4连通的多条射流喷嘴5,多条射流喷嘴5沿射流液体进口管4中心周向均匀分布,每条射流喷嘴5的孔径为8-20mm,每条射流喷嘴5出口端均与射流盒1出口相对设置,右夹板3边沿处设有与每条射流喷嘴5连通的进气管6,进气管6连通真空罐30出口。
本实施例的左夹板2和右夹板3之间通过螺栓7紧固。
本实施例的射流液体进口管4的口径大于进气管6的口径。
本实施例的位于进气管6处的一段射流喷嘴5呈扩张锥形。
本实施例的位于进气管6处的一段射流喷嘴5处设有螺旋叶片8,螺旋叶片8的螺旋升角为20°。
本实施例的进气管6垂直右夹板3设置。
使用时,通过潜水泵10将射流液体从射流液体进口管4输入,通过射流喷嘴5将射流液体加速,从而通过进气管6将进气管6连通的真空罐30进行抽真空。
本发明不局限于上述实施例,例如,本实施例的进气管6倾斜右夹板3设置,等等。凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

1.一种多通道射流真空泵,包括潜水泵、射流器和真空罐,其特征在于:所述射流器包括设有出口的射流盒,所述射流盒内设有相互贴合的左、右夹板,所述左夹板中心处设有贯通左夹板且与左夹板垂直的射流液体进口管,所述射流液体进口管进口端连通潜水泵出口,所述左、右夹板之间制有与射流液体进口管连通的多条射流喷嘴,所述多条射流喷嘴沿射流液体进口管中心周向均匀分布,每条射流喷嘴的孔径为8-20mm,每条射流喷嘴出口端均与射流盒出口相对设置,所述右夹板边沿处设有分别与每条射流喷嘴连通的进气管,所述进气管连通真空罐出口;所述左、右夹板之间通过螺栓紧固;所述射流液体进口管的口径大于进气管的口径;位于所述进气管处的一段射流喷嘴呈扩张锥形。
2.如权利要求1所述多通道射流真空泵,其特征在于:位于所述进气管处的一段射流喷嘴处设有螺旋叶片,所述螺旋叶片的螺旋升角为20°。
3.如权利要求1或2所述多通道射流真空泵,其特征在于:所述进气管垂直右夹板设置。
