Abstract

一种扩展卡固定装置，用于固定端部插接于一主板的扩展卡，该扩展卡固定装置包括一固定于该主板的安装架及一滑动安装于该安装架的固定件，该安装架沿固定件的滑动方向设置有若干突起，该固定件包括一卡扣部及一承载部，滑动固定件以使承载部固持扩展卡的一侧边，固定件的卡扣部卡持于安装架的突起以定位该固定件。该扩展卡固定装置的固定件相对安装架滑动可使承载部固持扩展卡的一侧以防止扩展卡下垂，可稳定固定扩展卡。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种扩展卡固定装置。
背景技术
现有的电脑中，通常安装有各种与主板平行的扩展卡。这些扩展卡的一端固定，另一端悬空，悬空端下垂会导致扩展卡松动，易造成数据丢失甚至损坏扩展卡。
发明内容
鉴于以上，有必要提供一可稳定地固定扩展卡的扩展卡固定装置。
一种扩展卡固定装置，用于固定端部插接于一主板的扩展卡，该扩展卡固定装置包括一固定于该主板的安装架及一滑动安装于该安装架的固定件，该安装架沿固定件的滑动方向设置有若干突起，该固定件包括一卡扣部及一承载部，滑动固定件以使承载部固持扩展卡的一侧边，固定件的卡扣部卡持于安装架的突起以定位该固定件。
相较现有技术，该扩展卡固定装置的固定件相对安装架滑动可使承载部固持扩展卡的一侧以防止扩展卡下垂，可稳定固定扩展卡。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1，本发明扩展卡固定装置的较佳实施方式用以将一扩展卡100固定于一主板200。该扩展卡固定装置包括一安装架30及一固定件50。主板200上设有一扩展卡插槽201，一转接卡20沿垂直于主板200的方向插接于该扩展卡插槽201。转接卡20上设有一与主板200平行的连接器22。该主板200邻近扩展卡插槽201的一端处开设两通孔203。
请一并参阅图2及图3，该安装架30包括长形的顶板301、与顶板平行相对的底板303、连接顶板301与底板303之间的支撑板305以及设置于支撑板305两端并连接于顶板301与底板303之间的第一限位板307和第二限位板307a。顶板301邻近第一限位板307一端向外凸设两挡块309。顶板301表面开设两矩形的收容槽311，每一收容槽311内沿长度方向设有若干平行的齿状突起313，两收容槽内的突起313交错排列。底板303上开设两螺孔315。
该固定件50包括相互平行的两侧壁501、连接于两侧壁501一端的端壁510及连接于两侧壁501的另一端的承载部521。两侧壁501分别向下延伸形成的两相对的安装臂503及两相对的滑动臂505，每一滑动臂505底部各设置一卡钩507。端壁510的背离滑动臂505的一侧向外延伸形成一操作部511。端壁510的背离操作部511的一侧向内垂直延伸形成一卡扣部513。该卡扣部513远离端壁510的一侧向下凸设两平行的齿状突起515，两突起515之间形成一卡挡槽517。卡扣部513背离卡挡槽517的一侧向上垂直延伸形成一手柄519。该承载部521包括两分别垂直于侧壁501向外垂直延伸的抵壁523、两分别垂直于抵壁523顶端并连接于侧壁501的扣板525以及一连接于两抵壁523的载板527，载板527与扣板525平行。
请参阅图4和图5，安装时，利用螺钉70穿过通孔203锁入螺孔315，将安装架30固定于该主板200上。
将固定件50组设于安装架30，固定件50的载板527朝向第一限位板307，安装臂503和滑动臂505可沿顶板301两侧滑行，卡钩507卡扣于顶板301的底面，载板527及卡扣部513置于顶板301上并位于收容槽311上方，固定件50可于安装架30的第一限位板307和第二限位板307a之间滑动，卡挡槽517可卡合于一突起313对固定件50进行定位，突起313交错排列设置，使得卡挡槽517的卡合位置更准确，定位精度更高。
当扩展卡100插接于转接卡20的连接器22后，扳动手柄519使卡挡槽517脱离突起313，朝向第一限位板307的方向滑动固定件50直至抵壁523抵接于扩展卡100的侧边，扩展卡100的侧边夹置于载板527与扣板525之间，松开手柄519使卡挡槽517卡合于对应的突起313，将固定件50定位于安装架30。顶板301两侧挡块309可防止固定件50滑出顶板301，并可避免固定件50撞击扩展卡100。
拆卸扩展卡100时，只需扳动手柄519使卡挡槽517脱离对应的突起313，并向第二限位板307a的方向滑动固定件50使承载部521离开扩展卡100即可。
在其他实施方式中，顶板301可仅设一矩形的收容槽311，并于收容槽311内设置若干平行的齿状突起313；顶板301也可不设置收容槽311，突起313直接成型于顶板301。

Claims (10)

1.一种扩展卡固定装置，用于固定端部插接于一主板的扩展卡，该扩展卡固定装置包括一固定于该主板的安装架及一滑动安装于该安装架的固定件，该安装架沿固定件的滑动方向设置有若干突起，该固定件包括一卡扣部及一承载部，滑动固定件以使承载部固持扩展卡的一侧边，固定件的卡扣部卡持于安装架的突起以定位该固定件。
2.如权利要求1所述的扩展卡固定装置，其特征在于：该主板上设有若干通孔，该安装架设置若干螺孔，若干螺钉穿过这些通孔锁入安装架的螺孔将该安装架固定于该主板。
3.如权利要求1所述的扩展卡固定装置，其特征在于：该安装架包括一固定于主板的底板及一与该底板平行相对的顶板，该固定件包括相互平行的两侧壁，该两侧壁相对地分别向下延伸形成一滑动臂，每一滑动臂的底部各设置一卡钩，两滑动臂分别沿顶板的两侧滑行，卡钩可滑动地卡扣于该顶板的底面。
4.如权利要求3所述的扩展卡固定装置，其特征在于：该两侧壁的一端还设有一端壁，该承载部设置于该两侧壁的另一端，该卡扣部自端壁的底部向承载部方向延伸形成。
5.如权利要求4所述的扩展卡固定装置，其特征在于：该承载部包括一载板、平行该端壁垂直设置于载板的两端的两抵壁及两分别垂直于两抵壁且位于载板的上方的两扣板，扩展卡可夹置于载板与扣板之间，抵壁抵接扩展卡的侧边。
6.如权利要求3所述的扩展卡固定装置，其特征在于：该安装架还包括设于该顶板与该底板的两端的第一限位板和第二限位板，固定件的滑动臂可在第一限位板和第二限位板之间滑动。
7.如权利要求6所述的扩展卡固定装置，其特征在于：该第一限位板邻近该扩展卡，该顶板的两侧于邻近第一限位板处分别向外凸设一挡块以挡止该固定件的滑动臂。
8.如权利要求4所述的扩展卡固定装置，其特征在于：该卡扣部朝向该安装架的一侧设有可卡挡该安装架的突起的卡挡槽。
9.如权利要求8所述的扩展卡固定装置，其特征在于：该卡扣部背离该卡挡槽一侧向上延伸形成一手柄。
10.如权利要求4所述的扩展卡固定装置，其特征在于：该端壁的背离滑动臂的一侧向外延伸形成一操作部。
