Background
With the improvement of the energy-saving standard of related household appliances in China, the energy-saving requirement of the electric water heater is higher and higher, and the energy consumption of the electric water heater is directly determined by the heat-insulating performance of the electric water heater.
In the electric water heater disclosed in the related art, the heat loss at the electric control box is large, and particularly in a medium-high-end machine type, the heat dissipation capacity of the electric control box is large due to the fact that a large number of circuit elements are arranged in the electric control box, so that the electric water heater is large in heat loss and large in energy consumption.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to at least solving the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention aims to provide the electric water heater which is reasonable in structural design and excellent in overall heat insulation performance.
The electric water heater according to the embodiment of the invention comprises: a housing; the inner container is arranged in the shell, and a filling space is arranged between the inner container and the shell; the heat insulation layer is filled in the filling space; the electric control box is arranged between the inner container and the shell, and aerogel heat insulation felt is filled in the electric control box.
According to the electric water heater provided by the embodiment of the invention, the aerogel heat-insulating felt is filled in the electric control box, so that the heat loss of the electric control box is reduced, the heat-insulating performance of the aerogel heat-insulating felt is not attenuated in a high-humidity environment, the overall heat-insulating performance of the electric water heater is further improved, and the energy consumption of the electric water heater is reduced. And because the thickness of the heat-insulating layer and the structural design of other moulds are not changed, the electric water heater has reasonable structural design and low cost rise.

An electric water heater 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, includes: the electric control box comprises a shell 2, an inner container 1, a heat preservation layer 4 and an electric control box 5. The inner container 1 is arranged in the shell 2 and a filling space 3 is arranged between the inner container 1 and the shell 2, the heat-insulating layer 4 is filled in the filling space 3, and the electric control box 5 is arranged between the inner container 1 and the shell 2.
As shown in fig. 2, since the thermal insulation and heat-shielding performance of the aerogel thermal insulation felt material are both excellent, the aerogel thermal insulation felt 54 is filled in the electric control box 5, so that the thermal insulation and heat-shielding performance of the electric control box 5 is improved, and the heat loss of the water heater 100 at the electric control box 5 is reduced. Moreover, since the aerogel heat insulation blanket 54 has a certain hydrophobicity, the heat insulation performance of the aerogel heat insulation blanket 54 is not attenuated even in a high humidity environment, so that the overall heat insulation performance of the electric control box 5 is maintained.
By improving the heat preservation and heat insulation performance of the electric control box 5, the heat loss at the position is reduced, the overall heat preservation performance of the electric water heater 100 is further improved, and the energy consumption of the electric water heater 100 is reduced. For example, in one particular example of the present invention, the electric water heater 100 may increase the energy efficiency by 1-2 levels. At this time, other structures of the electric water heater 100 are not changed, and the thickness of the insulating layer 4 is also not changed, that is, other mold structural designs of the electric water heater 100 are not changed, so the electric water heater 100 has a reasonable structural design, and the cost is not increased.
Optionally, the heat insulation layer 4 is a polyurethane heat insulation layer, the thermal conductivity of the heat insulation layer 4 is 17-20mW/m · K, and the thermal conductivity of the aerogel heat insulation mat 54 is 16-20mW/m · K, at this time, the thermal conductivity of the aerogel heat insulation mat 54 is close to the thermal conductivity of the heat insulation layer 4, so that the overall heat insulation effect of the electric water heater 100 is uniform.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the electric water heater 100 further includes a magnesium rod 63, a water inlet pipe 61, a water outlet pipe 62 and a heater 64, one end of the magnesium rod 63, one end of the water inlet pipe 61, one end of the water outlet pipe 62 and one end of the heater 64 extend into the inner container 1 respectively, the other end of the magnesium rod 63 extends into the filling space 3 through the inner container 1, the other end of the water inlet pipe 61 and the other end of the water outlet pipe 62 extend out of the outer shell 2 through the inner container 1 and the insulating layer 4 respectively, and the other end of the heater 64 is. Wherein, inlet tube 61 and outlet pipe 62 all adopt the pipe fitting that has the electricity wall function of preventing. It should be noted that the working principle of the magnesium rod 63, the water inlet pipe 61, the water outlet pipe 62 and the heater 64, and the structure and principle of the pipe fitting with the electricity-proof wall function, etc. are all the prior art, and will not be described in detail here.
According to the electric water heater 100 disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the aerogel heat insulation felt 54 is filled in the electric control box 5, so that the heat loss of the electric control box 5 is reduced, the heat insulation performance of the aerogel heat insulation felt 54 is not attenuated in a high-humidity environment, the overall heat insulation performance of the electric water heater 100 is further improved, and the energy consumption of the electric water heater 100 is reduced. And because the thickness of the heat-insulating layer 4 and the structural design of other moulds are not changed, the electric water heater 100 has reasonable structural design and low cost rise.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the electrical control box 5 includes a box body 51, and a temperature limiter 52 and a temperature controller 53 for limiting temperature, the temperature limiter 52 and the temperature controller 53 being respectively provided in the box body 51, wherein an aerogel insulation blanket 54 is filled between the temperature limiter 52, the temperature controller 53 and an inner wall of the box body 51. It should be noted that the structures, principles, and the like of the temperature limiter 52 and the temperature controller 53 are conventional technologies, and will not be described in detail here.
It should be understood that the electrical control box 5 further includes other components such as a circuit board (not shown), and the aerogel thermal insulation blanket 54 should be filled between the temperature limiter 52, the temperature controller 53, other components and the inner wall of the box body 51. It should be noted that the types of components in the electrical control box 5 are determined by the actual requirements of the electric water heater 100, and are not limited in particular.
In some specific examples of the present invention, the temperature limiter 52 and the temperature controller 53 are respectively fixed on the left sidewall of the box body 51, the temperature limiter 52 and the temperature controller 53 are disposed at an interval, the temperature limiter 52 and the right sidewall of the box body 51 are disposed at an interval, and the temperature controller 53 and the right sidewall of the box body 51 are also disposed at an interval, at this time, the outer periphery of the temperature limiter 52 except the left side is wrapped by the aerogel thermal insulation blanket 54, and the outer periphery of the temperature controller 53 except the left side is wrapped by the aerogel thermal insulation blanket 54.
Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, as shown in fig. 2, the aerogel insulation blanket 54 may be formed as a flat plate member, and the aerogel insulation blanket 54 is located in a space defined between the temperature limiter 52, the thermostat 53, and the right sidewall of the case 51.
Further, the aerogel heat insulation blanket 54 is externally wrapped with a sealing pack 55, so as to seal the aerogel heat insulation blanket 54, improve the durability of the aerogel heat insulation blanket 54, and enable the electric control box 5 to keep warm for a long time.
Alternatively, the sealed package 55 may be plastic paper or aluminum foil, etc., and of course, the sealed package 55 may also be other material pieces, which are not limited herein.
Preferably, the aluminum foil paper is used for the sealed package 55, so that the heat dissipation of the electronic control box 5 is further reduced, because the aluminum foil paper can reflect the radiant heat, so that the heat insulation performance of the sealed package 55 is excellent.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, a left housing end cover 201 and a right housing end cover 202 are respectively disposed at two ends of the housing 2, and a left liner end cover 101 and a right liner end cover 102 are respectively disposed at two ends of the liner 1.
In the example shown in fig. 1, the liner 1 is formed into a substantially cylindrical shape, the central axis of the liner 1 is horizontally arranged along the left-right direction, and the left and right end faces of the liner 1 are respectively formed into arc surfaces, that is, the outer surfaces of the liner left end cover 101 and the liner right end cover 102 are respectively arc surfaces. Alternatively, the outer surfaces of the liner left end cover 101 and the liner right end cover 102 are respectively formed as arc surfaces extending in directions away from each other. The housing 2 is also formed in a substantially cylindrical shape, and the housing 2 is disposed coaxially with the liner 1. Of course, the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto, and the housing 2 and the liner 1 may also be formed in other shapes, which is not limited herein.
The electric control box 5 can be arranged between the shell left end cover 201 and the liner left end cover 101, and the electric control box 5 can also be arranged between the shell right end cover 202 and the liner right end cover 102. The electronic control box 5 can also be arranged at other positions, and is not limited herein.
In the example shown in fig. 1 and 2, the electronic control box 5 is arranged between the right end cover 202 of the outer casing and the right end cover 102 of the inner container, and at this time, the right end cover 202 of the outer casing is provided with a maintenance opening 203, wherein the maintenance opening 203 corresponds to the position of the electronic control box 5. Thus, the electrical control box 5 can be detected or replaced from the maintenance opening 203, thereby facilitating maintenance of the electric water heater 100.
Specifically, the maintenance opening 203 is formed as a through hole penetrating in the thickness direction of the housing right end cover 202, whereby the maintenance opening 203 is simple in structure and easy to process. More specifically, the shape of the maintenance opening 203 is substantially the same as the projection shape of the electronic control box 5 on the housing right end cover 202.
Further, the service opening 203 is closed by a service cover 204, that is, the electric water heater 100 further includes the service cover 204, and the service cover 204 is provided on the housing right end cover 202 to open or close the service opening 203. Therefore, the housing 2 can be sealed by the maintenance cover 204, so that moisture outside the electric water heater 100 is prevented from entering the electric control box 5, and performance degradation caused by moisture of components in the electric control box 5 is further prevented. And the reduction of the heat preservation performance after the heat preservation layer 4 and the electric control box 5 absorb water vapor is avoided.
Optionally, the right surface of the aerogel insulation blanket 54 is fixedly attached to the service cover 204, whereby when the service cover 204 is opened, the aerogel insulation blanket 54 is also removed from the box body 51, thereby facilitating the maintenance of the electrical control box 5.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the electrical control box 5 is connected to the inner container 1 through a flange 65, that is, the electric water heater 100 further includes a flange 65, and the flange 65 is disposed between the inner container 1 and the electrical control box 5. Specifically, a flange 65 is arranged on the outer surface of the right end cover 102 of the liner, the central axis of the flange 65 is overlapped with the central axis of the liner 1, and the heater 64 is fixed on the flange 65.

The electric water heater according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein a left end cover and a right end cover of the outer shell are respectively arranged at two ends of the outer shell, a left end cover and a right end cover of the inner container are respectively arranged at two ends of the inner container,
the electric control box is arranged between the shell left end cover and the inner container left end cover or between the shell right end cover and the inner container right end cover.
5. The electric water heater according to claim 4, wherein the electrical control box is disposed between the right end cover of the outer shell and the right end cover of the inner container.
6. The electric water heater according to claim 5, wherein the right end cover of the housing is provided with a maintenance opening, wherein the maintenance opening corresponds to the position of the electric control box.
7. The electric water heater according to claim 6, wherein the service opening is closed by a service cover.
8. The electric water heater of claim 1, wherein the electrical control box is connected to the inner container by a flange.
