By improving the heat preservation and heat insulation performance of the electric control box 5, the heat loss at the position is reduced, the overall heat preservation performance of the electric water heater 100 is further improved, and the energy consumption of the electric water heater 100 is reduced. For example, in one particular example of the present invention, the electric water heater 100 may increase the energy efficiency by 1-2 levels. At this time, other structures of the electric water heater 100 are not changed, and the thickness of the insulating layer 4 is also not changed, that is, other mold structural designs of the electric water heater 100 are not changed, so the electric water heater 100 has a reasonable structural design, and the cost is not increased.
Optionally, the heat insulation layer 4 is a polyurethane heat insulation layer, the thermal conductivity of the heat insulation layer 4 is 17-20mW/m · K, and the thermal conductivity of the aerogel heat insulation mat 54 is 16-20mW/m · K, at this time, the thermal conductivity of the aerogel heat insulation mat 54 is close to the thermal conductivity of the heat insulation layer 4, so that the overall heat insulation effect of the electric water heater 100 is uniform.

In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the electrical control box 5 includes a box body 51, and a temperature limiter 52 and a temperature controller 53 for limiting temperature, the temperature limiter 52 and the temperature controller 53 being respectively provided in the box body 51, wherein an aerogel insulation blanket 54 is filled between the temperature limiter 52, the temperature controller 53 and an inner wall of the box body 51. It should be noted that the structures, principles, and the like of the temperature limiter 52 and the temperature controller 53 are conventional technologies, and will not be described in detail here.
It should be understood that the electrical control box 5 further includes other components such as a circuit board (not shown), and the aerogel thermal insulation blanket 54 should be filled between the temperature limiter 52, the temperature controller 53, other components and the inner wall of the box body 51. It should be noted that the types of components in the electrical control box 5 are determined by the actual requirements of the electric water heater 100, and are not limited in particular.
In some specific examples of the present invention, the temperature limiter 52 and the temperature controller 53 are respectively fixed on the left sidewall of the box body 51, the temperature limiter 52 and the temperature controller 53 are disposed at an interval, the temperature limiter 52 and the right sidewall of the box body 51 are disposed at an interval, and the temperature controller 53 and the right sidewall of the box body 51 are also disposed at an interval, at this time, the outer periphery of the temperature limiter 52 except the left side is wrapped by the aerogel thermal insulation blanket 54, and the outer periphery of the temperature controller 53 except the left side is wrapped by the aerogel thermal insulation blanket 54.

Alternatively, the sealed package 55 may be plastic paper or aluminum foil, etc., and of course, the sealed package 55 may also be other material pieces, which are not limited herein.
Preferably, the aluminum foil paper is used for the sealed package 55, so that the heat dissipation of the electronic control box 5 is further reduced, because the aluminum foil paper can reflect the radiant heat, so that the heat insulation performance of the sealed package 55 is excellent.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, a left housing end cover 201 and a right housing end cover 202 are respectively disposed at two ends of the housing 2, and a left liner end cover 101 and a right liner end cover 102 are respectively disposed at two ends of the liner 1.
In the example shown in fig. 1, the liner 1 is formed into a substantially cylindrical shape, the central axis of the liner 1 is horizontally arranged along the left-right direction, and the left and right end faces of the liner 1 are respectively formed into arc surfaces, that is, the outer surfaces of the liner left end cover 101 and the liner right end cover 102 are respectively arc surfaces. Alternatively, the outer surfaces of the liner left end cover 101 and the liner right end cover 102 are respectively formed as arc surfaces extending in directions away from each other. The housing 2 is also formed in a substantially cylindrical shape, and the housing 2 is disposed coaxially with the liner 1. Specifically, the maintenance opening 203 is formed as a through hole penetrating in the thickness direction of the housing right end cover 202, whereby the maintenance opening 203 is simple in structure and easy to process.
