Abstract
本发明一种新型调节阀,包括阀杆、阀体和阀盖,所述阀盖位于阀体的上部,阀盖通过一个紧固机构与阀体密封连接,在阀体内设有一个笼罩,在笼罩内设有一个阀芯,在所述阀芯的下方设有阀座,所述阀芯通过一个连接机构与所述阀杆相连接。所述调节阀具有良好的调节功能。阀座和阀芯运用正确的接触面角度,在关闭状态时无泄漏现象,密封可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种调节阀,具体涉及一种新型调节阀。
背景技术
为了提高发电厂的运行效率,汽轮机都设有蒸汽回热系统,即装有高低压加热器,为保证加热器有水位运行,避免无水位运行下,汽轮机抽汽窜入下一级加热器而降低汽轮机效率和设备的安全性,在加热器疏水系统中都设有新型调节阀,来自加热器水位信号,使新型调节阀自动开闭。即加热器水位始终保持在一定范围之内,从而提高汽轮机的工作效率。
新型调节阀工作条件很差,很多情况下属两相流体状态下工作,即汽水混合状态下工作,由于其属于节流状态运行,汽蚀相当严重,汽蚀到一定程度就起不到疏水调节的作用,加热器就保证不了有水位运行,这样就降低了汽轮机运行效率。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提出了一种新型调节阀,所述调节阀具有良好的调节功能。阀座和阀芯运用正确的接触面角度,在关闭状态时无泄漏现象,密封可靠。
本发明的技术方案为:一种新型调节阀,包括阀杆、阀体和阀盖,所述阀盖位于阀体的上部,阀盖通过一个紧固机构与阀体密封连接,在阀体内设有一个笼罩,在笼罩内设有一个阀芯,在所述阀芯的下方设有阀座,所述阀芯通过一个连接机构与所述阀杆相连接。
在所述阀盖内设有填料。
在阀体的下部侧面设有一个出口和一个入口。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
所述调节阀具有良好的调节功能。阀座和阀芯运用正确的接触面角度,在关闭状态时无泄漏现象,密封可靠。

具体实施方式:
参见附图所示,本发明包括阀杆1、阀体3和阀盖6,所述阀盖6位于阀体3的上部,在所述阀盖6内设有填料5,填料5包裹了阀杆1在阀盖6内的部分。阀盖6通过一个紧固机构2与阀体3密封连接,在阀体3内设有一个笼罩7,在笼罩7内设有一个阀芯8,在所述阀芯8的下方设有阀座9,所述阀芯8通过一个连接机构与所述阀杆1相连接。在阀体3的下部侧面设有一个出口4和一个入口10。本发明在结构和元件材料上都进行了改造,使该阀具有良好的调节功能。由于阀座9和阀芯8运用正确的接触面角度,所以在关闭状态时无泄漏现象。笼罩7和阀芯8,采用了优质不锈钢材料,并运用适当的壁厚,即使在两相流动和节流状态下运行,汽蚀速度也是相当缓慢,这样就延长了阀门的使用寿命,噪声也很小。阀门设计均采用了装配式结构,如内部零件损坏,只要拆下阀盖螺帽,即可依次取出,随意更换任何一个零件,检修非常方便。

1.一种新型调节阀,包括阀杆、阀体和阀盖,其特征是:所述阀盖位于阀体的上部,阀盖通过一个紧固机构与阀体密封连接,在阀体内设有一个笼罩,在笼罩内设有一个阀芯,在所述阀芯的下方设有阀座,所述阀芯通过一个连接机构与所述阀杆相连接;在所述阀盖内设有填料,在阀体的下部侧面设有一个出口和一个入口。
