本发明公开了一种外径切口焊接机,包括工作台箱体、自动焊枪和防护门,所述工作台箱体中部安设焊枪工作台,所述焊枪工作台尾部安设伸缩气缸前后调节位置、中央安设可以位置上下调节的自动焊枪,所述焊枪工作台下部安设一个挂载架,挂载架上安设挂载钩用来挂载焊接的轮毂外径,所述工作台箱体一侧安设支撑杆,所述防护门通过凹槽滑轮在支撑杆上滑动,起到焊接时的保护作用,本发明结构简单,安全高效,便于人们的使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种焊接机,具体是一种轮毂外径切口焊接机。
背景技术
现有的轮毂外径焊接,一般采用单个手工焊接,在焊接过程中轮毂外径就地安放,无法固定住,焊接效率低下,焊接质量差,且在焊接过程中,焊接的火光和焊屑对人体造成安全威胁,为了达到焊接轮毂外径切口安全高效,现提供一种新型外径切口焊接机。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,安全高效的外径切口焊接机。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种外径切口焊接机,包括工作台箱体、自动焊枪和防护门,所述工作台箱体中部设有焊枪工作台,所述焊枪工作台尾部安设伸缩气缸,所述焊枪工作台中央安设圆筒连接件,所述圆筒连接件上部设有套筒,所述套筒通过第一螺栓连接手臂连接件,所述手臂连接件一端设有卡槽,所述卡槽外侧设有调节螺栓,所述自动焊枪利用调节螺栓固定在卡槽内,所述焊枪工作台下部安设挂载架,所述挂载架中部焊接挂载钩,所述工作台箱体一侧设有滑动支撑杆,所述防护门通过凹槽滑轮滑动在滑动支撑杆上。
所述滑动支撑杆具有两个,上下安设在工作台箱体一侧。
所述挂载钩具有两个,水平对称焊接在挂载架上。
本发明的有益效果:本发明结构简单,通过工作台箱体中部安设可以前后调节的焊枪工作台,焊枪工作台中部安设可以上下调节的自动焊枪,焊枪工作台下部安设一个挂载架,挂载架上安设水平对称的两个挂载钩,挂载钩上挂载轮毂外径,自动焊枪在外侧可以方便的焊接外径切口,工作台箱体外侧安设可以滑动的防护门,达到了焊接高效,焊接质量好,焊接安全的效果。

如图1、图2所示,一种外径切口焊接机,包括工作台箱体1、自动焊枪4和防护门8,所述工作台箱体1中部设有焊枪工作台5,所述焊枪工作台5尾部安设伸缩气缸6,所述焊枪工作台5中央安设圆筒连接件11,所述圆筒连接件11上部设有套筒12,所述套筒12通过第一螺栓13连接手臂连接件14,所述手臂连接件14一端设有卡槽15,所述卡槽15外侧设有调节螺栓10,所述自动焊枪4利用调节螺栓10固定在卡槽15内,所述焊枪工作台5下部安设挂载架3,所述挂载架3中部焊接挂载钩2,所述工作台箱体1一侧设有滑动支撑杆7,所述防护门8通过凹槽滑轮9滑动在滑动支撑杆7上,所述滑动支撑杆7具有两个,上下安设在工作台箱体1一侧,所述挂载钩2具有两个,水平对称焊接在挂载架3上。
工作方式:如图1、图2所示,通过在工作台箱体1中部设有焊枪工作台5,焊枪工作台5尾部安设伸缩气缸6,利用伸缩气缸6可以前后移动焊枪工作台5,焊枪工作台5中央安设圆筒连接件11,圆筒连接件11上部设有套筒12,套筒12通过第一螺栓13连接手臂连接件14,所述手臂连接件14一端设有卡槽15,所述卡槽15外侧设有调节螺栓10,所述自动焊枪4利用调节螺栓10固定在卡槽15内,这样安设的自动焊枪4通过调节螺栓10和手臂连接件14可以上下调节,通过在焊枪工作台5下部安设一个挂载架3,挂载架3中部水平对称焊接两个挂载钩2,轮毂外径挂载在挂载钩2上,自动焊枪4可以方便的在外侧焊接轮毂外径切口,通过在工作台箱体1一侧设有滑动支撑杆7,防护门8通过凹槽滑轮9滑动在滑动支撑杆7上,这样焊接时滑动防护门8起到保护作用。

1.一种外径切口焊接机,包括工作台箱体(1)、自动焊枪(4)和防护门(8),其特征在于,所述工作台箱体(1)中部设有焊枪工作台(5),所述焊枪工作台(5)尾部安设伸缩气缸(6),所述焊枪工作台(5)中央安设圆筒连接件(11),所述圆筒连接件(11)上部设有套筒(12),所述套筒(12)通过第一螺栓(13)连接手臂连接件(14),所述手臂连接件(14)一端设有卡槽(15),所述卡槽(15)外侧设有调节螺栓(10),所述自动焊枪(4)利用调节螺栓(10)固定在卡槽(15)内,所述焊枪工作台(5)下部安设挂载架(3),所述挂载架(3)中部焊接挂载钩(2),所述工作台箱体(1)一侧设有滑动支撑杆(7),所述防护门(8)通过凹槽滑轮(9)滑动在滑动支撑杆(7)上。
