背景技术
20世纪60年代，项目管理的应用范围也还只是局限于建筑、国防和航天等少数领域，但因为项目管理在美国的阿波罗登月项目中取得巨大成功，由此风靡全球。国际上许多人开始对项目管理产生了浓厚的兴趣，并逐渐形成了两大项目管理的研究体系，其一是以欧洲为首的体系——国际项目管理协会；另外是以美国为首的体系——美国项目管理协会。在过去的30多年中，他们的工作卓有成效，为推动国际项目管理现代化发挥了积极地作用。

本发明的目的就是为了推进管理现代化，提供一种项目管理系统。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现：一种项目管理系统，其中：系统首先需对项目进行前期调查、收集整理相关资料，制定初步的项目可行性研究报告，为决策层提供建议。

具体实施方式
随着项目的日益复杂，越来越多的组织将项目行政和协调人员列作“项目专家”或“项目总指挥”，从而使项目经理可以有更宽裕的时间管理和领导项目，专心从事沟通这项极为重要的工作。这种将项目经理转为项目组织者的做法迅速得到广泛的效仿。教练们现在也拥有很多支持人员，包括助理教练、训练师、专项教练等等。虽然不确定性是无法选择的，但这并不意味着教练们在比赛来临时不加准备。相反，他们在比赛前做大量的研究工件，与他们的队员看比赛录像-自己的队伍和对手以前的比赛。
他们分析其他队伍在不同比赛中如何应对，自己的队员又是如何做的，利用这些信息决定应该练习什么，哪些方面需要整理、提高，应该如何迎战对手等等。做了充分的研究之后，教练可以整合利用信息形成比赛的战略方针，设计打法，为队员设定具体的目标。如果目标没有达到，或者队伍没有有效地执行-不管过程中有没有调整计划-他们会在下一场比赛之前分析原因。
