技术领域
本发明涉及一种波纹膨胀节,属于位移补偿器的技术领域。
背景技术
波纹膨胀节能够起到伸缩作用主要是靠波纹管来实现的,对波纹膨胀节的功能及强度设计主要是对波纹管的设计,对波纹管的不同设计及组合,可以使波纹管拉伸、压缩或弯曲,从而形成轴向、横向、角向三种基本形式的波纹膨胀节。传统结构的膨胀节只能用于轴向补偿,且当管道遇冷收缩时收缩量超过膨胀节的补偿量时会将波纹膨胀节拉裂,从而,发生事故危及人身或设备安全,另一缺点为该类型膨胀节中间增加了导流筒直接减小了液体的流通面积。中国专利88204783.3公开了一种膨胀节,通过金属波纹管的波纹形状设计,可以用于吸收管道的额定位移,但对于波纹膨胀节拉裂的问题并没有解决,因此,使用不是很安全。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种波纹膨胀节,该波纹膨胀节结构简单、成本低廉,在使用中能够有效防止膨胀节管道伸缩量超过补偿量而造成损坏发生事故,从而,提高了波纹膨胀节的安全性能。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明一种波纹膨胀节,包括波纹管、分别与所述波纹管端部连接的内管,所述波纹管内设有多个弹性构件,所述弹性构件分布在相应波纹管的波纹管壁的折皱内,所述弹性构件为倒“开“形构件。
上述的一种波纹膨胀节,其中,所述弹性构件由硅胶材料加工而成。
有益效果:
由于所述波纹管内设有多个弹性构件,所述弹性构件分布在相应波纹管的波纹管壁的折皱内,所述弹性构件为倒“开“形构件,有效地防止了管道膨胀收缩产生的作用力,有效限制了膨胀节的过度位移,避免了膨胀节伸缩量超过其补偿量发生损坏的情况,从而,延长了本发明的使用寿命,并提高了膨胀节使用的安全性。

如图所示,为了解决上述技术问题,本发明一种波纹膨胀节,包括波纹管1、分别与所述波纹管1端部连接的内管2,所述波纹管1内设有多个弹性构件3,所述弹性构件3分布在相应波纹管1的波纹管壁的折皱内,所述弹性构件3为倒“开“形构件,所述弹性构件由硅胶材料加工而成。由于所述波纹管内设有多个弹性构件,所述弹性构件分布在相应波纹管的波纹管壁的折皱内,所述弹性构件为倒“开“形构件,有效地防止了管道膨胀收缩产生的作用力,有效限制了膨胀节的过度位移,避免了膨胀节伸缩量超过其补偿量发生损坏的情况,从而,延长了本发明的使用寿命,并提高了膨胀节使用的安全性。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种波纹膨胀节,其特征在于,所述弹性构件由硅胶材料加工而成。
