背景技术
一般工地用的混凝土搅拌机，分为爬斗式和转斗式两种，但是它们的料斗都有容易粘料的缺陷，为了去掉粘料，往往采用敲击的办法将其震掉，久而久之致使料斗变形的情况时有发生，直接影响了搅拌机的使用性能。
发明内容
本申请的目的是要提供一种搅拌机的振动式料斗的制造和使用方法，以此消除上述的粘料缺陷。该料斗的结构由料斗、振动器、电控开关三部分组成；在搅拌机的料斗的外侧面(爬斗搅拌机)或底部易粘料的区域(转斗搅拌机)，安装振动器，振动器采用板式电动振动器，振动器和料斗的侧面或底部焊接相连成一体，振动器的电控开关安装在搅拌机的操作板上，开启振动器能够使料斗的侧壁或底部产生振动，从而将粘附在料斗上的材料抖掉。
该振动式料斗的使用方法是：料斗每次放料结束时，打开电控开关，开启振动器，振动后的料斗非常干净，从根本上解决了料斗的粘料问题，非常实用方便。
本申请有益的技术效果是：料斗增加了振动功能，彻底解决了粘料问题。小改革，大收益，使搅拌机的料斗有了实质性的技术进步。

如图1所示，提供一种搅拌机的振动式料斗的制造和使用方法，以此消除上述的粘料缺陷。该料斗的结构由料斗1、振动器2、电控开关3三部分组成；在搅拌机的料斗1的外侧面(爬斗搅拌机)或底部易粘料的区域(转斗搅拌机)，安装振动器2，振动器2采用板式电动振动器，振动器2和料斗1的侧面或底部焊接相连成一体，振动器2的电控开关3安装在搅拌机的操作板上，开启振动器2能够使料斗1的侧壁或底部产生振动，从而将粘附在料斗1上的材料抖掉。
该振动式料斗的使用方法是：料斗1每次放料结束时，打开电控开关3，开启振动器2，振动后的料斗1非常干净，从根本上解决了料斗1的粘料问题，非常实用方便。

1.提供一种搅拌机的振动式料斗的制造和使用方法，以此消除上述的粘料缺陷；特征是：该料斗的结构由料斗(1)、振动器(2)、电控开关(3)三部分组成；在搅拌机的料斗(1)的外侧面或底部易粘料的区域，安装振动器(2)，振动器(2)采用板式电动振动器，振动器(2)和料斗(1)的侧面或底部焊接相连成一体，振动器(2)的电控开关(3)安装在搅拌机的操作板上，开启振动器(2)能够使料斗(1)的侧壁或底部产生振动，从而将粘附在料斗(1)上的材料抖掉。
