技术领域:
本发明涉及防静电鞋的技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种防静电用的鞋跟套。
背景技术:
当前随电子工业的发展和环境要求的日益提高,各种电子产品的生产都离不开高精密的设备及人的操作和维护,而电子产品的元器件存在受静电破坏的现象。而现在一般通过穿着防静电鞋来实施静电防护工作。但现有防静电鞋的鞋底材料一般全部使用导电橡胶,从而使用材料较多,间接的增加了其防静电鞋的成本。同时采用防静电鞋进出需防静电的场所需要更换防静电鞋,穿脱鞋不方便,尤其对一些具有脚气的特殊人员更为不便。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种新型的防静电的鞋跟套,它结构简单,成本低,同时更换方便。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种防静电用的鞋跟套,包括鞋跟状的导电橡胶块,导电橡胶块上成型有鞋跟槽,导电橡胶块后端的侧壁上固定竖直的金属板,金属板的上端插套有滑块,滑块前端的下端面上成型有夹板,夹板和滑块的前端面上粘贴有海绵垫;所述滑块的后端螺接有螺栓,螺栓的尾端安置在竖向的导向槽内,导向槽成型在金属板的后端面上。
所述金属板的横截面呈弧形,金属板的前端面与导电橡胶块的后端面相重合,导电橡胶块粘贴固定在金属板上。
所述滑块和夹板的前面端为弧形凹面,滑块和夹板的前面端的在同一弧形凹面内。
所述的螺栓采用塑料滚花头螺钉。
本发明的有益效果在于:(1)、其利用鞋套套在鞋跟外侧从而进行防静电措施,更换方便,而且避免了更换鞋子,保护了一些具有脚气的特殊人员的隐私。2、其结构简单,使用材料少,降低了材料的成本。

实施例:见图1、2所示,一种防静电用的鞋跟套,包括鞋跟状的导电橡胶块1,导电橡胶块1上成型有鞋跟槽11,导电橡胶块1后端的侧壁上固定竖直的金属板2,金属板2的上端插套有滑块3,滑块3前端的下端面上成型有夹板31,夹板31和滑块3的前端面上粘贴有海绵垫4;所述滑块3的后端螺接有螺栓5,螺栓5的尾端安置在竖向的导向槽21内,导向槽21成型在金属板2的后端面上。
所述金属板2的横截面呈弧形,金属板2的前端面与导电橡胶块1的后端面相重合,导电橡胶块1粘贴固定在金属板2上。
所述滑块3和夹板31的前面端为弧形凹面,滑块3和夹板31的前面端的在同一弧形凹面内。
所述的螺栓5采用塑料滚花头螺钉。
工作原理:本发明结构简单,使用方便,穿戴时将本鞋跟套的导电橡胶块1套在鞋子的鞋跟上,将滑块3下移使夹板31夹持在鞋后端的鞋面上,然后拧动螺栓5使滑块固定在金属板上不活动。

1.一种防静电用的鞋跟套,包括鞋跟状的导电橡胶块(1),其特征在于:导电橡胶块(1)上成型有鞋跟槽(11),导电橡胶块(1)后端的侧壁上固定竖直的金属板(2),金属板(2)的上端插套有滑块(3),滑块(3)前端的下端面上成型有夹板(31),夹板(31)和滑块(3)的前端面上粘贴有海绵垫(4);所述滑块(3)的后端螺接有螺栓(5),螺栓(5)的尾端安置在竖向的导向槽(21)内,导向槽(21)成型在金属板(2)的后端面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电用的鞋跟套,其特征在于:所述金属板(2)的横截面呈弧形,金属板(2)的前端面与导电橡胶块(1)的后端面相重合,导电橡胶块(1)粘贴固定在金属板(2)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电用的鞋跟套,其特征在于:所述滑块(3)和夹板(31)的前面端为弧形凹面,滑块(3)和夹板(31)的前面端的在同一弧形凹面内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电用的鞋跟套,其特征在于:所述的螺栓(5)采用塑料滚花头螺钉。
