本发明公开了一种防静电鞋,包括鞋底和鞋面,鞋底采用不导电的橡胶材料,其后跟侧成型有向后延伸的凸块,凸块和鞋底的下底面上成型有凹槽,凹槽的内侧底面上成型有凸台,凸台一侧的凹槽的内侧底面上镶嵌有导电连接块,导电连接块穿过鞋底固定连接在导电橡胶垫上,导电橡胶垫粘贴在鞋底的上底面上;所述凸块的后端通过铰接轴铰接有导电橡胶块,导电橡胶块的后端面上成型有沉孔,导电橡胶块的左右两侧面分别成型有卡槽,铰接轴前端的凸块内侧壁上和鞋底凹槽的内侧壁上固定有凸起,凸块上的凸起卡置在导电橡胶块的卡槽内。本发明能够同时具备绝缘鞋和防静电鞋的功能,从而能够同时作为绝缘鞋和防静电鞋使用,提高了资源的利用率。

技术领域:
本发明涉及防静电鞋的技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种防静电鞋。
背景技术:
当前随电子工业的发展和环境要求的日益提高,各种电子产品的生产都离不开高精密的设备及人的操作和维护,然而电子产品的的元器件存在受静电破坏的现象。静电现象往往是一个无形杀手,不易被察觉,当工作人员在现场操作时如静电不能及泄放,积累到一定量将发生静电放电,轻者损换电子产品的的元器件,重者将导致火灾、爆炸。因此静电防护措施极为重要,而防静电鞋是静电防护措施中的一项重要解决渠道。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种防静电鞋,其同时具备绝缘鞋和防静电鞋的功能。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种防静电鞋,包括鞋底和鞋面,鞋底采用不导电的橡胶材料,其后跟侧成型有向后延伸的凸块,凸块和鞋底的下底面上成型有凹槽,凹槽的内侧底面上成型有凸台,凸台一侧的凹槽的内侧底面上镶嵌有导电连接块,导电连接块穿过鞋底固定连接在导电橡胶垫上,导电橡胶垫粘贴在鞋底的上底面上;
所述凸块的后端通过铰接轴铰接有导电橡胶块,导电橡胶块的后端面上成型有沉孔,导电橡胶块的左右两侧面分别成型有卡槽,铰接轴前端的凸块的内侧壁上和鞋底凹槽的内侧壁上固定有凸起,凸块上的凸起卡置在导电橡胶块的卡槽内;
导电橡胶块可翻转安置在鞋底的凹槽内,同时凹槽内凸台安置在导电橡胶块的沉孔内,此时使导电橡胶块与鞋底内导电连接块连接,导电橡胶块的厚度大于凹槽的深度。
所述导电橡胶块的沉孔为矩形槽孔,沉孔面积大于凹槽内凸台的面积,凸台的下底面与鞋底的下底面相齐平,所述凸台的高度小于沉孔的深度,导电橡胶块的厚度大于凹槽的深度。
所述凹槽贯穿鞋底后侧凸块的后端面和下端面。
本发明的有益效果在于:(1)、其提供了一种防静电鞋,能够同时具备绝缘鞋和防静电鞋的功能,从而能够同时作为绝缘鞋和防静电鞋使用,提高了资源利用率。(2)、其作为防静电鞋时,无需要求整个鞋底底面为导电橡胶材料,只需部分为导电橡胶,从而与普通防静电鞋相比节省了鞋底材料。

具体实施方式:
实施例:见图1至2所示,一种防静电鞋,包括鞋底1和鞋面2,鞋底1的后跟侧成型有向后延伸的凸块11,凸块11和鞋底1的下底面上成型有凹槽12,凹槽12的内侧底面上成型有凸台13,凸台13一侧的凹槽12的内侧底面上镶嵌有导电连接块5,导电连接块5穿过鞋底1固定连接在导电橡胶垫6上,导电橡胶垫6粘贴在鞋底1的上底面上;
所述凸块11的后端通过铰接轴4铰接有导电橡胶块3,导电橡胶块3的后端面上成型有沉孔31,导电橡胶块3的左右两侧面分别成型有卡槽32,铰接轴4前端的凸块11的内侧壁上和鞋底1凹槽12的内侧壁上固定有凸起7,凸块11上的凸起7卡置在导电橡胶块3的卡槽32内。
所述导电橡胶块3的沉孔31为矩形槽孔,沉孔31面积大于凹槽12内凸台13的面积,凸台13的下底面与鞋底1的下底面相齐平,所述凸台13的高度小于沉孔31的深度,导电橡胶块3的厚度大于凹槽12的深度。
所述鞋底1采用不导电的橡胶材料,所述凹槽12贯穿鞋底1后侧凸块11的后端面和下端面。
工作原理:本发明在作为普通鞋时,其结构如图1、2所示,鞋底1的导电橡胶垫与底面不接触,从而无法将进行电从脚底导入地面;而作为防静电鞋时,翻转导电橡胶块3将其冲鞋底1后跟处凸块11的凸起7上脱离,再将其翻转安置在鞋底1的凹槽12内,同时其凹槽12内凸台13安置在导电橡胶块3的沉孔31内,而导电橡胶块3与鞋底1内导电连接块5相连接,而导电橡胶块3厚度大于凹槽12的深度,从而导电橡胶块3高于鞋底1的下底面,状态见图3、4所示,从而能将静电从脚底导入地面。

1.一种防静电鞋,包括鞋底(1)和鞋面(2),其特征在于:鞋底(1)采用不导电的橡胶材料,其后跟侧成型有向后延伸的凸块(11),凸块(11)和鞋底(1)的下底面上成型有凹槽(12),凹槽(12)的内侧底面上成型有凸台(13),凸台(13)一侧的凹槽(12)的内侧底面上镶嵌有导电连接块(5),导电连接块(5)穿过鞋底(1)固定连接在导电橡胶垫(6)上,导电橡胶垫(6)粘贴在鞋底(1)的上底面上;
所述凸块(11)的后端通过铰接轴(4)铰接有导电橡胶块(3),导电橡胶块(3)的后端面上成型有沉孔(31),导电橡胶块(3)的左右两侧面分别成型有卡槽(32),铰接轴(4)前端的凸块(11)的内侧壁上和鞋底(1)凹槽(12)的内侧壁上固定有凸起(7),凸块(11)上的凸起(7)卡置在导电橡胶块(3)的卡槽(32)内;
导电橡胶块(3)可翻转安置在鞋底(1)的凹槽(12)内,同时凹槽(12)内凸台(13)安置在导电橡胶块(3)的沉孔(31)内,此时使导电橡胶块(3)与鞋底(1)内导电连接块(5)连接,导电橡胶块(3)的厚度大于凹槽(12)的深度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电鞋,其特征在于:所述导电橡胶块(3)的沉孔(31)为矩形槽孔,沉孔(31)面积大于凹槽(12)内凸台(13)的面积,凸台(13)的下底面与鞋底(1)的下底面相齐平,所述凸台(13)的高度小于沉孔(31)的深度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电鞋,其特征在于:所述凹槽(12)贯穿鞋底(1)后侧凸块(11)的后端面和下端面。
