Abstract

本发明中草药灭蚊蝇剂,其药效成分为下列药物组合物的提取物,所述药物重量份为:鱼腥草3-5份,小乌草1-2份,黄瓜1-2份,艾叶1-3份,桃叶3-5份,生姜2-3份,苦檀叶1-3份,薰衣草2-3份。本发明为安全型灭蚊蝇剂,包括在空调的环境下,即使喷洒浓度高,也不会对人体造成任何毒副作用,而且还具有一定的杀菌作用和清新空气作用。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种灭蚊蝇剂,特别涉及一种由中草药制成的安全型灭蚊蝇剂。
背景技术;
现有灭蚊蝇产品主要是采用化工产品制成,使用时会对人体产生过敏反应,广泛使用的菊酯类灭蚊蝇产品对老人、孩子和体弱多病者有一定的危害,特别是在空调环境下,必须关闭门窗,无法通风,或通风很弱,使上述有害的灭蚊产品浓度在一定时间内较高,造成其对人身体一定程度的毒害。
发明内容;
本发明的目的是提供一种由中草药制成的安全型灭蚊蝇剂,特别在空调的环境下,即使喷洒浓度高,也不会对人体造成任何毒副作用,而且还具有一定的杀菌作用和清新空气作用。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种中草药灭蚊蝇剂,其药效成分为下列药物组合物的提取物,所述药物重量份为:鱼腥草3-5份,小乌草1-2份,黄瓜1-2份,艾叶1-3份,桃叶3-5份,生姜2-3份,苦檀叶1-3份,薰衣草2-3份。
所述药物组合物为:鱼腥草5份,小乌草1份,黄瓜1份,艾叶2份,桃叶4份,生姜2份,苦檀叶1份,薰衣草3份。
所述药物组合物为鱼腥草3份,小乌草2份,黄瓜1份,艾叶1份,桃叶5份,生姜3份,苦檀叶1份,薰衣草3份。
所述药物组合物为鱼腥草4份,小乌草1份,黄瓜2份,艾叶1份,桃叶3份,生姜3份,苦檀叶2份,薰衣草2份。
所述提取物为水提取物或醇提取物。
所述提取物经过脱色。
所述蚊蝇剂为水剂。
所述脱色是活性炭脱色。
本发明以中草药为主制成安全型灭蚊蝇剂,即使喷洒浓度高,也不会对人体造成任何毒副作用,而且还具有一定的杀菌作用和清新空气作用,因此可以适用于在空调等封闭环境下使用。

上述材料从中药店买来原料漂洗后,晾干,再粉碎。
制备过程:加水4000毫升,或乙醇25000毫升,加热回流3小时后,过滤,加第一次水或醇的三分之二做第二次提取,过滤后加第二次等量水或醇做第三次提取,合并滤液,浓缩至300毫升左右,加活性炭3g煮沸脱色。过滤得到浅黄色液体灌装。
功效实验:
实验例1:灭蚊蝇:
使用工具为手动喷雾器,室内温度28摄氏度,面积20平方米,室内空旷,但有飞串的蚊蝇。关闭门窗,喷撒本发明,药剂量为100毫升,气味微微芳香,人在其内无不适和不舒服感。5小时后查验,室内地面有大量蚊蝇死亡,不见有任何飞翔的蚊蝇。说明本发明能有效杀灭蚊蝇,但对人无害。
实验例2:灭菌:
对家里茶几1个,书桌、凳子各两个在喷洒本发明(6g/m2)前后的细菌污染进行检测对比,采用棉拭子法,分别采样,并进行细菌培养、菌落计数和菌型鉴定。
菌型鉴定:检出金黄色葡萄球菌23.1%,表皮葡萄糖球菌13.2%,大肠杆菌15%,苏门罗杆菌17%,硝化细菌16%,链球菌10%,肠杆菌3.5%,霉菌2%,硝酸盐不动杆菌0.2%。
实验例3:空气清新:
使用工具为手动喷雾器,室内温度28摄氏度,面积18平方米,室内空旷,室内放置孩子尿片,使其产生异味。取出尿片,喷洒本发明,异味即除。

1.一种中草药灭蚊蝇剂,其药效成分为下列药物组合物的提取物,所述药物重量份为:鱼腥草3-5份,小乌草1-2份,黄瓜1-2份,艾叶1-3份,桃叶3-5份,生姜2-3份,苦檀叶1-3份,薰衣草2-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中草药灭蚊蝇剂,其特征在于所述药物组合物为:鱼腥草5份,小乌草1份,黄瓜1份,艾叶2份,桃叶4份,生姜2份,苦檀叶1份,薰衣草3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的中草药灭蚊蝇剂,其特征在于所述药物组合物为鱼腥草3份,小乌草2份,黄瓜1份,艾叶1份,桃叶5份,生姜3份,苦檀叶1份,薰衣草3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的中草药灭蚊蝇剂,其特征在于所述药物组合物为鱼腥草4份,小乌草1份,黄瓜2份,艾叶1份,桃叶3份,生姜3份,苦檀叶2份,薰衣草2份。
5.根据权利要求1-4之一所述的中草药灭蚊蝇剂,其特征在于所述提取物为水提取物或醇提取物。
6.根据权利要求1-4之一所述的中草药灭蚊蝇剂,其特征在于所述提取物经过脱色。
7.根据权利要求1-4之一所述的中草药灭蚊蝇剂,其特征在于所述蚊蝇剂为水剂。
8.根据权利要求6所述的中草药灭蚊蝇剂,其特征在于所述脱色是活性炭脱色。
