Abstract

背景技术
作业机械,例如挖掘装载机,通常在硬质加工表面上操作,例如柏油路作业表面或公路。当作业时为了稳定机械,后稳定垫和前端作业工具(例如铲斗)被降低到地面高度。然而,由机械重量和移动导致的表面上的力可以导致对表面的损坏,对表面的损坏可能导致给操作者或承包商带来处罚或返修成本。

发明内容
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种用于作业工具的垫磨片组件,作业工具包括相对彼此从打开位置可移动到关闭位置的第一元件和第二元件,所述垫磨片组件包括:
耐磨垫;
被设置为用于连接到耐磨垫的安装支架;
其中安装支架被设置为能够使其当第一元件和第二元件在关闭位置时牢固地夹紧在作业工具的第一元件和第二元件之间固定夹紧。
垫磨片组件的一个示例性实施方式是参照附图进行描述并且在附图中示出。

具体实施方式
图1示出了具有前端作业工具6的作业机械5,前端作业工具6在所示实施方式中是蛤壳式抓斗(本领域中也称作“多功能”抓斗)。作业工具6可以通过一个或多个连杆部件8枢转地连接到作业机械5。作业工具6可以包括第一和第二元件7、9,所述两元件在它们的上端可以枢转地连接以实现爪状布置,例如通过液压致动铰接接头。第一和第二元件7、9的每个可以包括抓斗,或它们可以具有任何其他适合的形式。当第一和第二元件7、9关闭时,在它们下端之间可以实现夹紧连接。相反地,通过打开第一和第二元件7、9,它们下端之间的跨距可以增宽。

安装支架11可以设置有用于垫12在安装支架上的定位的止动挡块23。止动挡块23为耐磨垫12提供稳定性,以当作业机械5操作时阻止安装支架11和耐磨垫12之间的相对横向移动。
安装支架11还可以设置有孔18,其可以用于提升或存储垫磨片组件10。例如,孔18的尺寸可以被设置为使棒可以插入其中,以使垫磨片组件10能够提升一定距离。
安装支架11可以由钢或任何其它适合材料制成。它可以由任何适合的工艺制造,例如装配或铸造。
耐磨垫12可以设置有盲孔24用于耐磨垫12在止动挡块23的定位。耐磨垫12还可以包括用于紧固件26(例如螺栓)的通孔25。通孔25可以设置有埋头孔27以使紧固件26的头部30位于同高于或低于耐磨垫12的外表面。盲孔24和通孔25可以同时具有。这种设置能够使耐磨垫12作为单件物品替换。
耐磨垫12可以由耐磨化合物制成,例如聚氨酯或氯丁橡胶,或任何适合的橡胶材料。耐磨垫12可以由模制工艺制造。耐磨垫12的表面面积与占前端机械质量分布和表面压力的量成比例。
工业实用性
垫磨片组件10在作业机械领域具有工业实用性,并且可以用在各种不同作业机械上,包括挖掘装载机,其具有包括相对彼此可移动的两个元件的作业工具,例如蛤壳式抓斗。
当需要降低作业工具6到地面时,垫磨片组件10连接和固定到作业工具6,以用作作业机械5的稳定支腿。首先,作业工具6置于打开设置,在两个元件7、9的两个边缘21、22之间具有空隙。第一接合槽13位于第二元件9的边缘21上,如图3中所示。作业工具6的两个元件7、9随后关闭在一起,使第一元件7的边缘22位于第二接合槽14中,从而通过夹紧动作将垫磨片10定位和固定到作业工具6上。

Claims (14)
1.一种用于作业工具的垫磨片组件,作业工具包括能够相对彼此从打开位置移动到关闭位置的第一元件和第二元件,所述垫磨片组件包括:
耐磨垫;
安装支架,其被设置为用于连接到耐磨垫;
其中安装支架被设置为使其能够当第一元件和第二元件在关闭位置时牢固地夹紧在作业工具的第一元件和第二元件之间。
2.根据权利要求1的垫磨片组件,其中安装支架包括一个或多个槽,所述槽被设置为用于容纳第一作业工具元件的边缘。
3.根据权利要求2的垫磨片组件,其中槽被设置为容纳第一作业工具元件边缘上的突起。
4.根据前述权利要求任一项的垫磨片组件,其中安装支架包括一个或多个槽,所述槽被设置为用于容纳第二作业工具元件的边缘。
5.根据权利要求4的垫磨片组件,其中槽被设置为容纳第二作业工具元件边缘上的突起。
6.根据前述权利要求任一项的垫磨片组件,其中安装支架包括孔。
7.根据前述权利要求任一项的垫磨片组件,安装支架还包括一个或多个止动挡块。
8.根据权利要求5的垫磨片组件,其中耐磨垫包括一个或多个盲孔,用于耐磨垫在安装支架的止动挡块上的定位。
9.根据前述权利要求任一项的垫磨片组件,其中耐磨垫包括用于紧固件的一个或多个通孔。
10.根据权利要求9的垫磨片组件,其中一个或多个通孔包括埋头孔。
11.根据从属于权利要求8的权利要求9或权利要求10的垫磨片组件,其中一个或多个盲孔和一个或多个通孔是同时具有的。
12.一种具有作业工具的作业机械,作业工具包括能够相对彼此从打开位置移动到关闭位置的第一元件和第二元件,并且所述作业机械还包括前述权利要求任一项的垫磨片组件。
13.根据权利要求12的作业机械,其中作业工具是铲斗。
14.根据权利要求13的作业机械,其中铲斗是蛤壳式抓斗。
