The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and it will be understood that they are described herein for the purpose of illustration and explanation and not limitation.
An embodiment of the present invention discloses a method for playing a video, as shown in fig. 1, including:
s101, acquiring a data stream of a video, wherein the data stream of the video comprises data of advertisements.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, the video to be played may be a continuously changing image, or a set of continuously changing image and sound, such as a movie, a tv show, a variety, an animation, or a live broadcast in a video website.
The video file format of the video to be played includes but is not limited to: AVI (Audio Video Interactive), WMV (Windows Media Video), MPEG (Moving picture experts Group), RMVB (Real Media Variable Bit Rate), M3U8(M3U8 is one of M3U, its encoding format is UTF-8 format), and the like.
S102, in the data stream of the video, the data of the advertisement is determined.
S103, other data streams except the advertisement data in the video data stream are played.
Currently, when a user browses some videos, the provider of the videos inserts advertisements into the videos, and data of the advertisements is contained in a data stream of the videos and is sent to a client through a network. The client caches the data stream of the video and also caches the data of the advertisement.
By adopting the method provided by one embodiment of the invention, the data of the advertisement is determined in the data stream of the video, and the data of the advertisement is excluded during playing, so that the aim of directly playing the video by skipping the advertisement is realized.
Optionally, in S102, the data stream of the video may include: content data and/or web page addresses. The content data includes, among other things, data fields for advertisements and data fields for non-advertisements, such as dramas, movies, art programs, etc.
Optionally, the structure of the video stream may be a complete video structure or a split video structure. The full video structure is composed of a plurality of data fields, as shown in fig. 2a, each data field includes a start character, an end character, and at least one data field; the sliced video structure includes a plurality of sliced videos, and index information of the sliced videos is stored in an index file, as shown in fig. 2b, the index information of each sliced video may be in the form of a duration plus a webpage address.

Since the start and end characters of the data field of the advertisement are different from the start and end characters of the data field of the non-advertisement, the data field of the advertisement can be determined by the start and end characters of the data field. In the following, an example of any data field (referred to as a first data field) in a video data stream will be described.
Optionally, the determining the data field of the advertisement according to the start character or the end character of the data field in the data stream of the video (S102a) may include:
s102 a-1: determining whether a start character or an end character of a first data field is a predetermined advertisement character, and if so, determining that the first data field is a data field of an advertisement.
For example, if the predetermined advertisement character is "AZXY", a data field whose starting character is "AZXY" is searched in the data stream of the acquired video, if the starting character of the searched data field is "AZXY" character, the data field is determined to be the data field of the advertisement, and when the starting character of the searched data field is not "AZXY", the data field is determined to be the data field of the program video.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, the determining the data field of the advertisement according to the start character or the end character of the data field in the data stream of the video (S102a) may include:
s102 a-2: comparing start/end characters of a first data field with start/end characters of other data fields in a data stream of a video;
s102 a-3: the number of the start/end characters of the first data field which are the same as the start/end characters of the other data fields and the number of the start/end characters of the first data field which are not the same as the start/end characters of the other data fields are counted.
S102 a-4: and if the different number is larger than the same number, determining that the first data field is the data field corresponding to the advertisement.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, the determining the data field of the advertisement according to the start character or the end character of the data field in the data stream of the video (S102a) may include:
s102 a-5: determining a starting data field of an advertisement in a data stream of the video according to a starting character or an ending character of the data field;
s102 a-6: and according to the preset advertisement length, determining that the data fields in the preset advertisement length after the initial data field of the advertisement are the data fields of the advertisement.
Preferably, the start data field of the advertisement may be determined in the manner described in S102a-1, or in the manners described in S102a-2 to S102a-4, or in other manners.
Preferably, the data fields within the preset advertisement length after the start data field of the advertisement are all data fields of the advertisement, and may be data fields within the preset advertisement length after the start character or the end character of the start data field of the advertisement.
The time length of the advertisement inserted by the provider during the video playing is generally fixed, for example, 45S, if the start data field of the advertisement is determined, the videos that should be played within the time length preset thereafter may be considered as all advertisements. The method reduces the determination times of the data field of the advertisement, judges the advertisement more quickly and skips the advertisement to play the program video.
Optionally, if the video is a video with a split-type video structure, in S102, determining the advertisement data may be implemented in the following manner:
s102b, in the video data stream, the data corresponding to the advertisement is determined according to the web page address in the video index information. In the following, a description will be given taking an example of any one of the sliced videos (referred to as a first sliced video) in the video stream.
Optionally, the determining, in the data stream of the video, the data of the advertisement according to the web page address in the index information of the video (S102b) may include:
s102b-1, judging whether the fixed character in the webpage address in the index information of the first video is a preset advertisement character, if so, determining that the first video is an advertisement. For example, in the web page address, the advertisement web page address may contain the character "AD", while the web page address of the video does not contain the character "AD".
Or, S102b-2, determining whether the webpage address in the index information of the first segment video is the same as the webpage address of the preset advertisement, and if so, determining that the first segment video is the advertisement. The scheme is suitable for acquiring the webpage address of the advertisement in advance.
Or, in S102b-3, the web page address in the index information of the first segment video is compared with the web page address in the index information of the segment video that has been played, and if the different number is greater than the same number, it is determined that the first segment video is an advertisement. Since the source of the advertisement is different from the source of the video, the web address of the advertisement is different from the web address of the video. The scheme is suitable for the fact that the webpage address of the advertisement or the program cannot be known in advance, but the length of the advertisement is far shorter than that of the program, and the advertisement can be determined in a quantity comparison mode through the characteristic.
Or, S102b-4, determine whether the web page address in the index information of the first segment video is the web page address of the preset video source, and if not, determine that the first segment video is an advertisement. The scheme is suitable for acquiring the webpage address of the program in advance.
Alternatively, the other data streams (S103) in the data stream of the played video, except for the data of the advertisement, may include:

For example, when a complete video structure video is played, in the data stream of the obtained video, the data fields in the data stream of the video are in the order of 5 data fields of program videos, 3 data fields of advertisements, and 4 data fields of program videos, the data stream of the video is played in the data stream order of the video, after the content of the first 5 data fields is played, the data stream jumps from the 6 th data field to the 8 th data field, and the content of the 9 th data field to the 13 th data field is directly played.
For another example, when playing a video with a tile structure, in the data stream of the acquired video, the sequence of the video with the tile structure in the data stream of the video is, 3 program videos with the tile structure, 1 advertisement with the tile structure, and 1 program video with the tile structure. The method comprises the steps of playing a video data stream in the sequence of a split type video structure video in the video data stream, determining that a 4 th split type video structure video is an advertisement of a split type video structure after playing a program video of a front 3 split type video structure, continuously judging whether a 5 th split type video structure video is the advertisement of the split type video structure, skipping the 4 th split type video structure video if the 5 th split type video structure video is the program video of the split type video structure, and directly playing the 5 th split type video structure video.
Still alternatively, the other data streams (S103) in the data stream of the played video, except the data of the advertisement, may include:

A preset website determining unit 902, configured to determine whether a webpage address in the index information of a first fragmented video in the video data stream is the same as a webpage address of a preset advertisement, and if so, determine that the first fragmented video is an advertisement.
A comparing website determining unit 903, configured to compare the webpage address in the index information of the first video fragment in the video data stream with the webpage address of each video fragment that has been played before, and determine that the first video fragment is an advertisement if the different numbers are greater than the same numbers.
The video source determining unit 904 is configured to determine whether a webpage address in index information of a first video segment in the video data stream is a preset webpage address of a video source, and if not, determine that the first video segment is an advertisement.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 10, the playing module 503 may include:
a first playing submodule 1001, configured to play a video data stream according to an order of data fields in the video data stream, skip advertisement data when advertisement data is played, and play program video data after the advertisement data; or

1. A method of playing a video, comprising:
acquiring a data stream of a video, wherein the data stream structure of the video comprises: a full or tiled video structure;
determining data of advertisements in a data stream of the video;
playing other data streams except the data of the advertisement in the data stream of the video;
wherein, if the data stream structure of the video is a complete video structure, the determining the data of the advertisement in the data stream of the video includes:
in the data stream of the video, determining the data field of the advertisement according to the starting character or the ending character of the data field;
wherein, in the data stream of the video, determining the data field of the advertisement according to the start character or the end character of the data field comprises:
determining whether a start character or an end character of a first data field in a data stream of the video is a predetermined advertisement character, and if so, determining that the first data field is a data field of an advertisement; or,
comparing start/end characters of a first data field with start/end characters of other data fields in a data stream of a video; counting the number of the start/end characters of the first data field which is the same as the start/end characters of other data fields, and the number of the start/end characters of the first data field which is different from the start/end characters of other data fields; if the different number is larger than the same number, determining that the first data field is the data field corresponding to the advertisement; or,
determining a starting data field of an advertisement in the data stream of the video according to a starting character or an ending character of a data field in the data stream of the video; determining that data fields in a preset advertisement length after an initial data field of the advertisement are data fields of the advertisement according to the preset advertisement length;

wherein, in the data stream of the video, determining the data of the advertisement according to the webpage address in the index information of the video, comprises:
judging whether fixed characters in the webpage address in the index information of the first video fragment are preset advertisement characters, if so, determining that the first video fragment is an advertisement; or
Judging whether the webpage address in the index information of the first video fragment is the same as the webpage address of a preset advertisement or not, and if so, determining that the first video fragment is the advertisement; or
Comparing the webpage address in the index information of the first video with the webpage address in the index information of the played segmented video, and if the different number is greater than the same number, determining that the first segmented video is an advertisement; or
And judging whether the webpage address in the index information of the first video fragment is the webpage address of a preset video source, and if not, determining that the first video fragment is an advertisement.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the playing the data stream of the video other than the data of the advertisement comprises:
playing the data stream of the video according to the sequence of the data fields in the data stream of the video, skipping the data of the advertisement when playing the data of the advertisement, and playing the data of the program video after the data of the advertisement; or
And deleting the data of the advertisement, and combining the data of other videos into a new video data stream for playing.
3. An apparatus for playing video, comprising:
an obtaining module, configured to obtain a data stream of a video, where a data stream structure of the video includes: a full or tiled video structure;
a determining module, configured to determine data of an advertisement in a data stream of the video;
the playing module is used for playing other data streams except the data of the advertisement in the data stream of the video;
wherein, if it is determined that the structure of the data stream of the video is a complete video structure, the determining module includes: a first determining unit, configured to determine that a first data field in a data stream of the video is a data field of an advertisement if a start character or an end character of the first data field is a predetermined advertisement character;
wherein the determining module comprises:
a judging unit, configured to compare start/end characters of a first data field in a data stream of the video with start/end characters of other data fields in the data stream of the video; a second determining unit, configured to determine that the first data field is a data field of an advertisement if the number of differences is greater than the same number; or,
the determining module includes:
a start field determining unit, configured to determine a start data field of an advertisement in a data stream of the video according to a start character or an end character of a data field in the data stream of the video;
the third determining unit is used for determining that the data fields in the preset advertisement length after the initial data field of the advertisement are the data fields of the advertisement according to the preset advertisement length; or,
the determining module is specifically configured to: comparing start/end characters of a first data field with start/end characters of other data fields in a data stream of a video; counting the number of the start/end characters of the first data field which is the same as the start/end characters of other data fields, and the number of the start/end characters of the first data field which is different from the start/end characters of other data fields; if the different number is larger than the same number, determining that the first data field is the data field corresponding to the advertisement;
if the data stream structure of the video is a sliced video structure, the determining module includes:
a fourth determining unit, configured to determine, in a data stream of the video, data corresponding to the advertisement according to a web page address in the index information of the video;
wherein the determining module further comprises:
the fixed character determining unit is used for judging whether fixed characters in webpage addresses in index information of a first video fragment in the video data stream are preset advertisement characters or not, and if yes, determining that the first video fragment is an advertisement; or
The preset website determining unit is used for judging whether a webpage address in the index information of a first video fragment in the video data stream is the same as a preset webpage address of an advertisement or not, and if so, determining that the first video fragment is the advertisement; or
A comparison website determining unit, configured to compare a webpage address in index information of a first video segment in the video data stream with a webpage address of each video segment that has been played before, and determine that the first video segment is an advertisement if the different numbers are greater than the same number; or
And the video source determining unit is used for judging whether the webpage address in the index information of the first video fragment in the video data stream is the preset webpage address of the video source or not, and if not, determining that the first video fragment is an advertisement.
4. The apparatus of claim 3, wherein the play module comprises:
the first playing submodule is used for playing the data stream of the video according to the sequence of the data fields in the data stream of the video, skipping the data of the advertisement when the data of the advertisement is played, and playing the data of the program video after the data of the advertisement; or
And the second playing submodule is used for deleting the data of the advertisement and combining the data of other videos into a new video data stream to play.
