技术领域
本发明涉及电缆附件领域,具体涉及冷缩电缆终端头。
背景技术
冷缩电缆终端头是利用弹性体材料在工厂内注射硫化成型,再经扩径、衬以塑料螺旋支撑物构成各种电缆附件的部件。现场安装时,将这些预扩张件套在经过处理后的电缆末端或接头处,抽出内部支撑的塑料螺旋条(支撑物),压紧在电缆绝缘上而构成的电缆附件。因为它是在常温下靠弹性回缩力,而不是像热收缩电缆附件要用火加热收缩,故俗称冷收缩电缆附件。以往的冷缩电缆终端头耐热性差,遇高温即融化,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术中的缺陷,提供了一种耐高温,使用寿命长的冷缩电缆终端头。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:冷缩电缆终端头,由按照重量份计的以下物质制成:硅橡胶35-45份、乙丙橡胶20-25份、交联聚乙烯12-18份、氨基酚10-15份、氢氧化镁1-2份、氢氧化铝1-2份。
进一步的,上述的冷缩电缆终端头,由按照重量份计的以下物质制成:硅橡胶40份、乙丙橡胶22份、交联聚乙烯16份、氨基酚12份、氢氧化镁1份、氢氧化铝1份。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供的冷缩电缆终端头,由于改变了成分配比,故而提高了其耐热性,极大的增加了使用寿命,经验证,比现有产品平均提高性能30-50%。

实施例1:
冷缩电缆终端头,由按照重量份计的以下物质制成:硅橡胶35份、乙丙橡胶20份、交联聚乙烯12份、氨基酚10份、氢氧化镁1份、氢氧化铝1份。

冷缩电缆终端头,由按照重量份计的以下物质制成:硅橡胶45份、乙丙橡胶25份、交联聚乙烯18份、氨基酚15份、氢氧化镁2份、氢氧化铝2份。
实施例3:
冷缩电缆终端头,由按照重量份计的以下物质制成:硅橡胶40份、乙丙橡胶22份、交联聚乙烯16份、氨基酚12份、氢氧化镁1份、氢氧化铝1份

2.根据权利要求1所述的冷缩电缆终端头,其特征在于,由按照重量份计的以下物质制成:硅橡胶40份、乙丙橡胶22份、交联聚乙烯16份、氨基酚12份、氢氧化镁1份、氢氧化铝1份。
