本发明涉及光伏组件生产设备技术领域,具体涉及一种简易的操作步骤简单的灌胶机。
背景技术:
世界能源需求的不断攀升和自然资源的日益枯竭,对能源供应商、工业企业及消费者都提出了新的挑战,尽可能以高效和可持续的方式使用能源成为了当务之急。能源效率对所有类型的能源转换都有所影响:从电能和热能的高效生成、输送和分配,到工业、楼宇和交通对能源的高效利用,无所不包。其中太阳能的开发利用是必不可少的一种。太阳能光伏组件硅酮密封胶的应用使太阳能更好的充分的利用。太阳能光伏组件硅酮密封胶主要是应用在太阳能光伏组件、太阳能灯以及其他方面的粘接密封。
一套基本的太阳能光伏发电系统是由太阳能电池板、充电控制器、逆变器和蓄电池组成,系统用胶点集中在太阳能电池组件这一部分,分为边框粘接和接线盒灌封,在边框粘接和接线盒灌封工艺中,灌胶机是必不可少的,但目前的灌胶机结构复杂,体积较大、笨重,不方便移动,且价格昂贵,在中小型企业中难以普及。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种简易灌胶机,它具有结构简单、操作方便、配比可调等特点。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用以下技术方案:它包含容器罐、电子称、导管、混合罐、立柜、柜身和附刹车的活动旋转脚轮,柜身的下端四角处均设置有附刹车的活动旋转脚轮,柜身的上端中部设置有立柜,立柜的上端设置有混合罐,立柜的两侧均设置有容器罐,容器罐的下端设置有电子称,且容器罐通过导管与混合罐连接。
所述的混合罐内设置有搅拌器。
所述的导管上设置有开关阀。
本发明的原理为:A胶和B胶分别倒入两侧的容器罐内,通过电子称称重获得配比所需的重量后,通过导管流入混合罐内,通过搅拌器搅均匀后,就可进行灌封胶。
本发明具有结构简单、操作方便、配比可调等特点,在中小型企业用AB胶进行灌封中起到了不可替代的作用。

具体实施方式:
参照图1-图4,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它包含容器罐1、电子称2、导管3、混合罐4、立柜5、柜身6和附刹车的活动旋转脚轮7,柜身6的下端四角处均设置有附刹车的活动旋转脚轮7,柜身6的上端中部设置有立柜5,立柜5的上端设置有混合罐4,立柜5的两侧均设置有容器罐1,容器罐1的下端设置有电子称2,且容器罐1通过导管3与混合罐4连接。
所述的容器罐1为不锈钢材质,2个容器罐分别存放A胶和B胶。
所述的导管3上设置有开关阀。
所述的混合罐4内设置有搅拌器。
所述的柜身6可采用金属类或木质结构,柜身可以存放灌胶所需的器皿,工具等。
所述的附刹车的活动旋转脚轮7能够便于移动设备,踩下刹车则可以固定设备。
本具体实施方式使用时,将A胶倒入一个容器罐1中,将B胶倒入另一个容器罐1中,按照配比通过电子称2称得所需的重量,然后接上导管3,打开导管3上的开关阀,A胶和B胶就流入到混合罐4中,通过电动搅拌器进行搅拌,均匀后立即进行灌胶。
本具体实施方式具有结构简单、操作方便、配比可调等特点,在中小型企业用AB胶进行灌封中起到了不可替代的作用。

1.简易灌胶机,其特征在于它包含容器罐(1)、电子称(2)、导管(3)、混合罐(4)、立柜(5)、柜身(6)和附刹车的活动旋转脚轮(7),柜身(6)的下端四角处均设置有附刹车的活动旋转脚轮(7),柜身(6)的上端中部设置有立柜(5),立柜(5)的上端设置有混合罐(4),立柜(5)的两侧均设置有容器罐(1),容器罐(1)的下端设置有电子称(2),且容器罐(1)通过导管(3)与混合罐(4)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的简易灌胶机,其特征在于所述的导管(3)上设置有开关阀。
3.根据权利要求1所述的简易灌胶机,其特征在于所述的混合罐(4)内设置有搅拌器。
