Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of adhesive label production, in particular to a production method of an adhesive label tape.
Background
The self-adhesive label is a composite material which uses paper, film or special material as face material, the back surface is coated with adhesive and the silicon-coated base paper is used as protective paper, and is made into the invented finished product label by means of printing and die-cutting treatment. The adhesive label mainly aims to transmit information to an observer through patterns and/or characters printed on the surface of the adhesive label, particularly the label attached to a product needs to be printed with information such as product characteristics, product components, production places, manufacturers and the like.
On common daily small goods, such as socks, handkerchiefs and other articles, a plurality of pairs of socks or handkerchiefs are often needed to be bundled for sale. For example, the existing packaging method usually adopts a paper tape to bundle stacked socks for sale, and then a self-adhesive label is attached to the outer side, and the paper tape for bundling the socks is also called sock packaging sleeves, sock cards and the like. In practical use, the sock packaging sleeve is found to be troublesome to operate when packaged, needs to adhere two ends of a paper tape together, and also generally has the problems of insufficient strength and easy damage in the processes of production, transportation and sale.
Chinese patent CN203397615U provides a self-adhesive binding label, which uses a self-adhesive label to replace a paper tape, and a cross laminated high-density polyethylene layer is arranged in the self-adhesive label, so that the label is not easy to be torn in each link of production, transportation and sale. However, the price of the cross laminated high-density polyethylene material is not low, and the equipment and the process need to be improved by adding the cross laminated high-density polyethylene layer on the inner side of the self-adhesive surface paper, so the technical scheme provided by the chinese patent CN203397615U still has high cost.
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a self-adhesive label tape; fig. 2 is a schematic view of a lay-up of the self-adhesive label tape shown in fig. 1; FIG. 3 is a schematic sectional view taken along line A-A of FIG. 2; referring to fig. 1-3, the inventor of the present invention provides a self-adhesive label tape 1, which includes a release paper 11 and a label body 12 adhered on the release paper 11, where the label body 12 includes a face paper 121 with images and texts printed on the front surface thereof, the back surface of the face paper 121 is adhered on the release paper 11 through an adhesive, reinforcing layers 122 are disposed on the front surface of the face paper 121 near two side edges, the reinforcing layers 122 are adhered to the face paper 121 through an adhesive, and the width w of the reinforcing layers 122 is greater than or equal to 3 mm.
The self-adhesive label tape provided by the inventor of the invention has a simple structure, and the tearing resistance is improved by arranging the reinforcing layer at the edge of the common self-adhesive face paper. However, in the existing self-adhesive label production equipment, the whole surface paper 121 is often laid in the process of laminating (i.e. laying the reinforcing layer 122), so that the existing self-adhesive label production equipment needs to be modified to produce the self-adhesive label tape provided by the inventor of the present invention.

FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a self-adhesive label tape; fig. 2 is a schematic view of a lay-up of the self-adhesive label tape shown in fig. 1; FIG. 3 is a schematic sectional view taken along line A-A of FIG. 2; FIG. 4 is a schematic view of the processing principle of the self-adhesive label tape shown in FIG. 1; FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating the operation of a film covering apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 6 is a schematic top view of the structure of FIG. 5; fig. 7 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a part of the structure of the film unwinding mechanism in fig. 5. As shown with reference to figures 1-7,
the invention has proposed the manufacturing approach of a self-adhesive label tape, it is used for producing a self-adhesive label tape 1, the said self-adhesive label tape 1 includes the release paper 11 and adheres to the label body 12 on the said release paper 11, the said label body 12 includes the facial tissue 121 with pictures and texts of front printing, the back of said facial tissue 121 is adhered to the said release paper 11 through the viscose, the said facial tissue 121 is close to two sides and equipped with the reinforcement layer 122 formed by high density polyethylene membrane of cross lamination in front, the said reinforcement layer 122 is adhered to said facial tissue 121 through the viscose, the width w of the said reinforcement layer 122 is greater than or equal to 3 mm;
when the reinforcing layer 122 is bonded to the surface paper 121, a laminating device is used, and the laminating device comprises a label unwinding mechanism 3, a laminating unwinding mechanism 4 located above the label unwinding mechanism 3, and a laminating composite mechanism 5 located in front of the label unwinding mechanism 3 and the laminating unwinding mechanism 4, wherein the laminating unwinding mechanism 4 comprises a main shaft 41, a plurality of laminating discs 42 are arranged on the main shaft 41 at intervals, and distance adjusting discs 43 are arranged between the laminating discs 42;
the method comprises the following steps of,
step A, cutting a cross-laminated high-density polyethylene film raw material into a plurality of film strips with the same width and the width not less than 6mm, and using the film coating disc 42 to accommodate the film strips;
since the commercially available cross laminated high density polyethylene film raw materials are all roll-formed packages having a certain width, the cross laminated high density polyethylene film raw materials need to be cut first, and the cut film tape 421 having a width of not less than 6mm can be stored by using the film covering tray 42 during cutting,
step B, putting the facial tissue paper roll with the printed pictures and texts into the label unreeling mechanism 3, serially connecting the film covering disc 42 and the distance adjusting disc 43 in the step A on the main shaft 41 according to the size design of the self-adhesive label tape 1, enabling the film covering disc 42 to correspond to the facial tissue paper roll, and drawing the facial tissue paper roll and the film tape 421 on the film covering disc 42 into the film covering composite mechanism;
the label unwinding mechanism 3 is opposite to the film unwinding mechanism 4, so that the distance between the film strips 421 discharged from the film covering discs 42 can be controlled by placing the distance adjusting discs 43 between the film covering discs 42, that is, the size of the film strips 421 when contacting the face paper 121 can meet the design requirements.
Step C, enabling the label unwinding mechanism 3, the film laminating unwinding mechanism 4 and the film laminating mechanism 5 in the step B to synchronously rotate, and extruding and bonding the film strip 421 on the surface paper 121 through the film laminating mechanism 5;
and D, die cutting is carried out on the facial tissue 121 which is bonded with the film tape 421 in the step C, and the self-adhesive label tape 1 is obtained.
The manufacturing method of the self-adhesive label tape provided by the invention can conveniently add the reinforcing layer 122 on the common self-adhesive label structure to enhance the tear resistance of the self-adhesive label tape 1.
The applicant has found through a large number of experiments that a good tear resistance is obtained for a label tape made of a conventional self-adhesive label (a self-adhesive label in which the face paper is made of a paper material) when reinforcing layers having a width w of not less than 3mm are provided at both side edges thereof, and the reinforcing layers may be made of a film material having a good strength, such as a cross-laminated high-density polyethylene film, so that on the one hand, there is little influence on the appearance of the self-adhesive label tape 1, and on the other hand, the production is easily improved based on the existing production process.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of the processing principle of the self-adhesive label tape shown in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 4, the dotted line in the drawing is the cutting track of the die cutting tool in the die cutting process, after the ordinary self-adhesive label is produced, the reinforcing layer 122 with the width of 2w is laid on the surface paper 121 of the adjacent self-adhesive label tape 1 according to the design of the size of the label tape, so that the self-adhesive label can be simply cut from the position shown by the dotted line in the middle of the reinforcing layer 122 in the process of die cutting the self-adhesive label into the self-adhesive label tape 1, and the reinforcing layer 122 with the width of w can be obtained. So that the sticker tape 1 can be easily produced on the basis of existing process equipment. In addition, the reinforcing layer 122 only needs to cover the edge of the surface paper 121, and the surface paper 121 does not need to be covered integrally, so that the requirement on the material of the reinforcing layer 122 can be greatly reduced, and the production cost is reduced.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, in order to bond the reinforcing layer 122 to a common self-adhesive label (i.e., the face paper 121 adhered to the release paper 11), the film laminating apparatus used in the method for manufacturing a self-adhesive label tape provided by the present invention is provided with the film laminating and unwinding mechanism 4, a plurality of film laminating discs 42 are arranged at intervals on the spindle 41 of the film laminating and unwinding mechanism 4 according to the size of the face paper 121, the film laminating discs 42 are pre-loaded with a 2w width of material 421 (i.e., cross-laminated high-density polyethylene film) for manufacturing the reinforcing layer 122, the interval size between the film laminating discs 42 (i.e., the size between the reinforcing layers 122 on the face paper 121) is adjusted and controlled by the distance adjusting discs 43 arranged between the film laminating discs 42, the distance adjusting discs 43 can be manufactured in advance according to the size between the reinforcing layers 122 on the face paper 121, the unit tray may be formed by combining a plurality of units, for example, by stacking a plurality of unit trays having a width of 1mm, 2mm, 5mm, 10mm, 20mm, 50mm, or the like. The lamination discs 42 are thus preferably sized between the reinforcing layers 122 on the cover paper 121.
In order to make the material 421 on the film-covering disk 42 adhere well to the surface paper 121 to form the reinforcing layer 122, a gluing device 51 may be disposed on the film-covering composite mechanism 5, so that the material 421 may be further glued by the gluing device 51 before adhering to the surface paper 121, and then adhered to the surface paper 121 under the rolling of the film-covering composite mechanism 5, so as to obtain a semi-finished product of the self-adhesive label tape to be cut as shown in fig. 4, and then the semi-finished product of the self-adhesive label tape 1 can be obtained after further die cutting.
The production method of the self-adhesive label tape provided by the invention has the advantages of simple process and low requirement on the reconstruction of the existing equipment, and solves the problem that the whole facial tissue can only be laid in the film laminating process in the existing self-adhesive label production equipment.
