[0003] 根据使用的辅助气体,激光切割可以分为氧气切割和氮气切割两种方式。使用氧气切割时,氧气参与燃烧,所产生的高温导致反应剧烈,无法保证木材的光滑,再加上氧化反应、增大的热影响区等因素,切割质量相对较差,容易出现切缝宽、粗糙度高等质量缺陷。而使用氮气切割时,完全依靠激光能量融化,避免了不合适的化学反应,熔点区温度相对较低,再加上氮气的冷却、保护作用,反应平稳、均匀,木材的切割质量高、断面光滑、粗糙度低。

[0009] 本发明在气料输送管道的两端分别安装有滤网,并连接加湿管道,使得较大的木肩在本发明之前能够被滤网阻挡。将较大的木肩阻挡在气料输送管道之外后,木肩与氮气进入加湿管道中,通过加湿管道内设有的淋喷头对其淋湿,使得木肩的质量变大,直接落入下方的木肩存储池中;由于氮气难溶于水,因此较小的木肩粉末随着氮气一起进入氮气回收装置中。
[0010] 本发明中的氮气回收装置由氮气回气管道、氮气储存管道以及除尘管组成。较小的木肩粉末随着氮气通过氮气回气管道进入除尘管中通过静电除尘器,将木肩粉末除去;剩下较为纯净的氮气通过氮气储存管道导出。

[0012] 本发明将氮气回气管道与木肩存储池的偏角设为30-60°的范围中,既能保证降低氮气的流速,同时也可以保证部分木肩在进入氮气回气管道中可以落下,落入木肩存储池中。如果角度过小,氮气流速得不到有效降低,不能保证氮气回收质量;如果角度过大,进入氮气回收管道中的木肩不容易落入木肩存储池中。
[0013] 作为优选,除尘管的直径大于氮气回气管道以及氮气储存管道的直径;并且所述上除尘管的四周均匀设有四个拉耳卡;所述下除尘管设有一圈凹槽;所述拉耳卡与凹槽相配合。
[0014] 本发明将除尘管的直径设计为大于氮气回气管道以及氮气储存管道的直径,不仅能够增加氮气的回收面积,同时能够有效地对氮气中混合的木肩粉末进行除尘。并且本发明在上除尘管的四周均匀设有四个拉耳卡,在下除尘管设有一圈凹槽,使得上除尘管与下除尘管构成耳环式快速接头,使其拆装更为方便。
[0015] 作为优选,出水口处还安装有过滤膜。
[0016] 本发明在木肩存储池的出水口处安装有过滤膜,使得水栗在对木肩存储池中的水进行抽取时,能够对木肩进行过滤,防止堵塞淋喷头的出水孔。
[0017] 本发明与现有的氮气回收装置装置相比,对木肩进行加湿,使得需要进行分离的木肩量减少;通过将氮气回气管道设为倾斜,降低了氮气的流速,有助于提高氮气的回收质量;并且使用耳环式快速接头的连接方式将除尘管连接,使其便于拆装维护。因此本发明的有益效果为:(I)保证氮气回收效率、提高氮气回收质量;(2)除尘部件易于拆装维护;(3)为企业节约了生产成本。

[0026] 氮气回收装置与木肩存储池3的侧壁相连,包括氮气回气管道10、氮气储存管道11以及除尘管;除尘管分为上除尘管12与下除尘管13,下除尘管13通过氮气回气管道10与木肩存储池3的侧壁相连,氮气回气管道10与木肩存储池3所成偏角为45° ;上除尘管12与氮气储存管道11相连;除尘管中安装有静电除尘器;除尘管的直径大于氮气回气管道10以及氮气储存管道11的直径;并且上除尘管12的四周均匀设有四个拉耳卡14 ;下除尘管13设有一圈凹槽15 ;拉耳卡14与凹槽15相配合。
