Abstract

本发明涉及一种自清洁水喷头,该水喷头包括壳体和后盖,壳体内腔设有一水管和一锥套,水管的前部插接并密闭于锥套的套腔内,管腔前端通过设于其管壁上的出水孔与锥套的套腔连通,管腔后端与外部水源连通;锥套设有一喷水嘴,该喷水嘴由设于水管前端的一细针封堵或开启;水管的外圈固定连接有一活塞,该活塞与锥套之间隔成第一气腔,锥套与壳体内壁之间形成第二气腔;活塞与锥套和后盖之间分别设有前弹簧和后弹簧。本发明可自动从内部将其喷水嘴封堵或开启,完全避免了外界灰尘进入而导致喷水嘴异常堵塞,以保持水道畅通;本发明可喷出细小的水颗粒,有助于增大水雾对周围灰尘的作用面积,提高抑尘效果。

自清洁水喷头
技术领域
本发明涉及抑尘装置,具体涉及一种自清洁水喷头。
背景技术
常见的抑尘用的水喷头一般都包括一水管,一水管的一头连接供水源,另一头为出水口,通过将水管进水端的压力设为大于其出水端的压力,进入管内的水在压力差的作用下从出水口向外界喷出。要调节喷水的范围,一般都通过调节喷水口的大小、或通过转动喷水嘴来实现。
这种结构的水喷头用于如矿山开采、水泥制造、工程建设等灰尘极大的场所时,如果喷水设备停用较长时间,外界的灰尘就很容易从喷头的出水口进入喷头内,造成喷头堵塞,从而影响其正常使用。此外,这类水喷头喷出的水颗粒较大,甚至成柱状,对周围灰尘的作用面积较小,抑尘效果较差。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种自清洁水喷头,旨在解决现有水喷头所存在的上述缺陷。
本发明采用了下列技术方案来达到上述目的:
一种自清洁水喷头,包括壳体和后盖,所述壳体内腔设有一水管和一锥套,所述水管的前部插接并密闭于所述锥套的套腔内,该水管的管腔前端通过设于其管壁上的出水孔与所述锥套的套腔连通,该水管的管腔后端与外部水源连通;所述锥套的锥头处设有一喷水嘴,所述喷水嘴固定于所述壳体的前端,且露出所述壳体之外,该喷水嘴由设于所述水管前端的一细针通过前后运动而封堵或开启;所述水管的外圈固定连接有一活塞,该活塞与所述锥套之间隔成第一气腔;所述锥套与所述壳体的内壁之间形成第二气腔;所述活塞与所述锥套、后盖之间分别设有前弹簧和后弹簧。
所述第一气腔通过设于所述壳体上的一进气口与外界气源连通。
所述第二气腔的前端通过设于所述壳体上的一喷气嘴与外界连通,其后端通过设于所述锥套外壁上的沟槽与第一气腔连通。
所述沟槽为向同一方向倾斜的斜槽。
所述喷气嘴环绕所述喷水嘴而设。
所述前弹簧的强度大于所述后弹簧的强度。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过一细针在压力差作用下自动从内部将其喷水嘴封堵或开启,从而完全避免了外界灰尘进入而导致喷水嘴异常堵塞,以保持水道畅通。另,本发明内部可形成高速旋转气流,通过将喷水嘴喷出的水撞击成细小颗粒,有助于增大水雾对周围灰尘的作用面积,提高抑尘效果。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
参照图1—7:
一种自清洁水喷头,包括壳体1和后盖2。
壳体1内腔设有一水管3和一锥套4,水管3的前部插接于锥套4的套腔内,并用一密封圈5对锥套4的套腔口缘进行密封;
水管3的管腔前端通过设于其管壁上的多个出水孔3a与锥套4的套腔连通,水管3的后端穿过后盖2,与外部水源连接;
锥套4的锥头处设有一喷水嘴4a,喷水嘴4a插接在壳体1前端所设的一通孔1a内,喷水嘴4a由设于水管3前端的一细针3b通过前后运动而封堵或开启;
水管3的外圈固定连接有一活塞6,活塞6与锥套4之间隔成第一气腔7,第一气腔7可通过设于壳体1上的一进气口1b与外界气源连通;
锥套4与壳体1内壁之间形成第二气腔8,第二气腔8的前端通过一喷气嘴1c与外界连通,喷气嘴1c环绕包围喷水嘴4a而设于壳体1上,第二气腔8的后端则通过设于锥套4外壁上的向同一侧倾斜的斜槽4b与第一气腔7连通;
活塞6前、后侧的水管3上分别套接有前弹簧9和后弹簧10,前弹簧9设于锥套4与活塞6之间,后弹簧9设于活塞6与后盖2之间,前弹簧9的强度大于后弹簧10的强度。
本发明的工作原理是:如图7所示,当喷头进入工作状态时,外界的水通过水管3的管腔和排水孔3a进入锥套4的套腔内,空气由外部气源通过进气口1b持续进入第一气腔7内。由于此时细针3b将锥套5的喷水嘴4a完全堵死,水暂时无法排出;随着第一气腔7内的气压持续上升,当其内压与前弹簧9对活塞6的推力之和大于后弹簧10的张力时,活塞6后退,活塞6带动水管3后退,水管3前端的细针3b也随之后退,直至细针3b与喷水嘴4a完全分离,喷水嘴4a打开,积蓄于锥套4套腔中的水从喷水嘴4a向外界喷出。与此同时,第一气腔7内的空气通过锥套4外壁上的斜槽4b进入第二气腔8内,在第二气腔8内形成高速旋转气流,高速旋转气流通过环绕喷水嘴4a而设的喷气嘴1c喷出,与喷水嘴4a喷出的水相互高速撞击,水破碎成细小的颗粒后扩散到四周。
如图6所示,当喷头工作结束,外界的水和空气均停止注入。第一气腔7内的气压下降,当其内压与前弹簧9对活塞6的推力之和小于后弹簧10的张力时,活塞6前行,水管3和细针3b也跟着前进,直至细针3b将喷水嘴4a从内部堵死,外部灰尘无法进入喷水嘴4a及喷头内部。

1.一种自清洁水喷头,包括壳体和后盖,其特征在于,所述壳体内腔设有一水管和一锥套,所述水管的前部插接并密闭于所述锥套的套腔内,该水管的管腔前端通过设于其管壁上的出水孔与所述锥套的套腔连通,该水管的管腔后端与外部水源连通;所述锥套的锥头处设有一喷水嘴,所述喷水嘴固定于所述壳体的前端,且露出所述壳体之外,该喷水嘴由设于所述水管前端的一细针通过前后运动而封堵或开启;所述水管的外圈固定连接有一活塞,该活塞与所述锥套之间隔成第一气腔;所述锥套与所述壳体的内壁之间形成第二气腔;所述活塞与所述锥套、后盖之间分别设有前弹簧和后弹簧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自清洁水喷头,其特征在于,所述第二气腔的前端通过设于所述壳体上的一喷气嘴与外界连通,其后端通过设于所述锥套外壁上的沟槽与第一气腔连通;所述沟槽为向同一方向倾斜的斜槽。
