目前,公知的枕头由于其厚度不能调节,因此不能满足人们在仰卧或侧卧时对枕头厚度的不同要求。
发明内容
为了克服现有的枕头其厚度不能调节的不足,本发明提供一种枕头厚度调节器,该枕头厚度调节器通过设置在枕头的棉芯中,从而便于针对人们不同的睡姿对枕头的厚度进行及时的调整。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本发明包括上面板、前连杆、驱动手柄、后连杆、下面板、前转轴、曲轴、后转轴、腰形孔和棉芯。上面板和下面板均为弹性材料制成的瓦面形板,上面板和下面板组成扁圆筒形结构,在扁圆筒的前后两条棱边内分别开设有前后轴孔,前后轴孔与扁圆筒的中轴线平行,在扁圆筒的前棱边上间隔开设有若干个垂直于前轴孔的矩形缺口,缺口与前轴孔和扁圆筒连通。在扁圆筒的后棱边上间隔开设有若干个垂直于后轴孔的矩形缺口,缺口与后轴孔和扁圆筒连通。扁圆筒前棱边上的缺口与后棱边上的缺口错位设置。在前连杆的前端开设有通孔,在前连杆的后端开设有腰形孔。在后连杆的前端开设有腰形孔,在后连杆的后端开设有通孔。若干个前连杆设置在扁圆筒内,各个前连杆的前端分别插入扁圆筒前棱边的各个缺口中,各个前连杆的通孔均与扁圆筒上的前轴孔对齐,前转轴插入扁圆筒的前轴孔和各个前连杆的通孔中。若干个后连杆设置在扁圆筒内,各个后连杆的后端分别插入扁圆筒后棱边的各个缺口中,各个后连杆的通孔均与扁圆筒上的后轴孔对齐,后转轴插入扁圆筒的后轴孔和各个后连杆的通孔中。曲轴顺序插入交错排列的各个前连杆和后连杆的腰形孔中,曲轴的上下偏心轴颈分别与前连杆和后连杆的腰形孔轴连接。在曲轴的左右端头上分别连接有左右驱动手柄。上面板、下面板、前连杆、后连杆、前转轴、后转轴、曲轴和驱动手柄共同构成调节器,调节器设置在枕头的棉芯中,调节器上的左右驱动手柄分别伸出枕头的左右边沿。升高枕头时,通过驱动手柄转动曲轴,曲轴收缩前连杆和后连杆,前连杆和后连杆即可驱动上面板和下面板分别向上和向下凸起,上下凸起的上面板和下面板即可通过棉芯使枕头变厚。降低枕头时,通过驱动手柄反向转动曲轴,曲轴释放前连杆和后连杆,上面板和下面板即可在弹力的作用下复位,复位后的上面板和下面板即可使枕头变薄。
本发明的有益效果是,通过设置在枕头的棉芯中,从而便于针对人们不同的睡姿对枕头的厚度进行及时的调整。

在图1、图2、图3、图5、图7、图8、图9中,上面板1和下面板5均为弹性材料制成的瓦面形板,上面板1和下面板5组成扁圆筒形结构,在扁圆筒的前后两条棱边内分别开设有前后轴孔,前后轴孔与扁圆筒的中轴线平行,在扁圆筒的前棱边上间隔开设有若干个垂直于前轴孔的矩形缺口,缺口与前轴孔和扁圆筒连通。在扁圆筒的后棱边上间隔开设有若干个垂直于后轴孔的矩形缺口,缺口与后轴孔和扁圆筒连通。扁圆筒前棱边上的缺口与后棱边上的缺口错位设置。在前连杆2的前端开设有通孔,在前连杆2的后端开设有腰形孔9。在后连杆4的前端开设有腰形孔9,在后连杆4的后端开设有通孔。若干个前连杆2设置在扁圆筒内,各个前连杆2的前端分别插入扁圆筒前棱边的各个缺口中,各个前连杆2的通孔均与扁圆筒上的前轴孔对齐,前转轴6插入扁圆筒的前轴孔和各个前连杆2的通孔中。若干个后连杆4设置在扁圆筒内,各个后连杆4的后端分别插入扁圆筒后棱边的各个缺口中,各个后连杆4的通孔均与扁圆筒上的后轴孔对齐,后转轴8插入扁圆筒的后轴孔和各个后连杆4的通孔中。曲轴7顺序插入交错排列的各个前连杆2和后连杆4的腰形孔9中,曲轴7的上下偏心轴颈分别与前连杆2和后连杆4的腰形孔9轴连接。在曲轴7的左右端头上分别连接有左右驱动手柄3。上面板1、下面板5、前连杆2、后连杆4、前转轴6、后转轴8、曲轴7和驱动手柄3共同构成调节器,调节器设置在枕头的棉芯10中,调节器上的左右驱动手柄3分别伸出枕头的左右边沿。
在图3、图4、图5、图6、图8、图9、图10中,升高枕头时,通过驱动手柄3转动曲轴7,曲轴7收缩前连杆2和后连杆4,前连杆2和后连杆4即可驱动上面板1和下面板5分别向上和向下凸起,上下凸起的上面板1和下面板5即可通过棉芯10使枕头变厚。降低枕头时,通过驱动手柄3反向转动曲轴7,曲轴7释放前连杆2和后连杆4,上面板1和下面板5即可在弹力的作用下复位,复位后的上面板1和下面板5即可使枕头变薄。

1.一种枕头厚度调节器,它包括上面板、前连杆、驱动手柄、后连杆、下面板、前转轴、曲轴、后转轴、腰形孔和棉芯,其特征是:上面板和下面板组成扁圆筒形结构,在扁圆筒的前后两条棱边内分别开设有前后轴孔,前后轴孔与扁圆筒的中轴线平行,在扁圆筒的前棱边上间隔开设有若干个垂直于前轴孔的矩形缺口,缺口与前轴孔和扁圆筒连通,在扁圆筒的后棱边上间隔开设有若干个垂直于后轴孔的矩形缺口,缺口与后轴孔和扁圆筒连通,扁圆筒前棱边上的缺口与后棱边上的缺口错位设置,在前连杆的前端开设有通孔,在前连杆的后端开设有腰形孔,在后连杆的前端开设有腰形孔,在后连杆的后端开设有通孔,若干个前连杆设置在扁圆筒内,各个前连杆的前端分别插入扁圆筒前棱边的各个缺口中,各个前连杆的通孔均与扁圆筒上的前轴孔对齐,前转轴插入扁圆筒的前轴孔和各个前连杆的通孔中,若干个后连杆设置在扁圆筒内,各个后连杆的后端分别插入扁圆筒后棱边的各个缺口中,各个后连杆的通孔均与扁圆筒上的后轴孔对齐,后转轴插入扁圆筒的后轴孔和各个后连杆的通孔中,曲轴顺序插入交错排列的各个前连杆和后连杆的腰形孔中,曲轴的上下偏心轴颈分别与前连杆和后连杆的腰形孔轴连接,在曲轴的左右端头上分别连接有左右驱动手柄。
