The silverlight is a cross-browser and cross-platform plug-in, and brings the next generation of NET-based media experience and rich interactive application programs for the network. For mainstream browsers running on Macintosh and Windows, Silverlight provides uniform and rich user experience, and videos, interactive contents and other applications can be perfectly fused together through a browser plug-in of the Silverlight.
The Silverlight control keeps real-time control of the video and audio mixed conference through communication with the MCU or the UCS server, and normal proceeding and control of the conference are guaranteed.
The VCS executes access of corresponding conference terminals according to the conference room location and the terminal list information, terminals which are not successfully connected automatically dial in automatically, and the access is completed after the MCU of the VCS successfully authenticates;
one scenario for accessing the voice terminal is as follows: a user calls a voice terminal through a conference bridge, a conference management system establishes SIP voice access, a VCS calls a UCS through the SIP and executes the access of the voice terminal in the UCS;
the other scenario is as follows: UCS calls VCS through SIP, and VCS executes access of corresponding voice terminal after authenticating voice terminal requested to access in UCS.

By the embodiment of the invention, the effective fusion of the voice conference and the video conference can be directly completed, the conference system is directly controlled by the conference management plug-in of the uniform Web page, different systems are not required to be directly faced to operate and control the conference, the operation mode of a user is simpler, and the management function of the fusion conference (video, audio and data) can be really realized in the new conference management plug-in.
