Disclosure of Invention
To overcome the problem of difficulty in cash transaction in the related art, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a cash transaction method, apparatus and system.
According to a first aspect of embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a cash transaction method including: displaying a function selection interface when starting information input by a user is received; the method further comprises the following steps:
when detecting that the user selects a deposit function through the function selection interface, displaying a deposit information interface;
receiving cash information sent by a cash detector and deposit information input by a user through a deposit information interface, sending the cash information and the deposit information to a server, and receiving first confirmation information returned by the server, wherein the first confirmation information is used for verifying the identity of the user by a third party;
when the fact that the user selects a withdrawal function through the function selection interface is detected, a withdrawal information interface is displayed;
receiving withdrawal information input by a user through the withdrawal information interface, sending the withdrawal information to a server, and receiving second confirmation information returned by the server, wherein the second confirmation information is used for verifying the identity of the user by a third party.
Preferably, the receiving of the cash information sent by the cash checker and the deposit information input by the user through the deposit information interface includes:
and receiving one or more of currency, crown word number, image and quantity sent by the currency detector and one or more of deposit time and place input by a user through the deposit information interface.
Preferably, before the receiving of the cash information sent by the cash checker and the deposit information input by the user through the deposit information interface, the method further comprises:
and displaying prompt information to prompt a user to collect cash information by using the cash inspecting machine.
Further, the receiving withdrawal information input by a user through the withdrawal information interface includes:
and receiving one or more of the amount of withdrawal, currency, withdrawal time and withdrawal place input by the user through the withdrawal information interface.
Further, the method further comprises: and when the second confirmation information returned by the server is not received, prompting the user to check whether the account balance of the user is less than the withdrawal amount.

According to a second aspect of embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a cash transaction method including:
generating first confirmation information according to the received cash information and deposit information, returning the first confirmation information to the user, and simultaneously sending the cash information, the deposit information and the first confirmation information to a third party, wherein the first confirmation information is used for verifying the identity of the user by the third party;
and generating second confirmation information according to the received withdrawal information, returning the second confirmation information to the user, and simultaneously sending the withdrawal information and the second confirmation information to a third party, wherein the second confirmation information is used for verifying the identity of the user by the third party.
Further, after the user identity authentication is passed, the method further comprises:
when first verification passing information returned by a third party is received, the cash amount returned by the third party is stored in a user account returned by the third party, and business completion information is replied to the third party;
and when second verification passing information returned by a third party is received, marking out the cash amount returned by the third party from the user account returned by the third party, and replying service completion information to the third party.
According to a third aspect of embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a cash transaction apparatus including: the system comprises a display module, a deposit function module and a withdrawal function module; wherein,
the display module is used for displaying a function selection interface when starting information input by a user is received;
the deposit function module is used for triggering the display module to display a deposit information interface when detecting that a user selects a deposit function through the function selection interface; receiving cash information sent by a cash detector and deposit information input by a user through a deposit information interface, sending the cash information and the deposit information to a server, and receiving first confirmation information returned by the server, wherein the first confirmation information is used for verifying the identity of the user by a third party;
the withdrawal function module is used for triggering the display module to display a withdrawal information interface when detecting that a user selects a withdrawal function through the function selection interface; receiving withdrawal information input by a user through the withdrawal information interface, sending the withdrawal information to a server, and receiving second confirmation information returned by the server, wherein the second confirmation information is used for verifying the identity of the user by a third party.
Preferably, the deposit function module is specifically configured to receive one or more of a currency type, a serial number, and an image sent by the currency detector, and one or more of a deposit time and a deposit location input by the user through the deposit information interface.
Furthermore, the deposit function module is also used for triggering the display module before receiving cash information sent by the cash detector and deposit information input by a user through the deposit information interface;
the display module is also used for displaying prompt information and prompting a user to collect cash information by using the cash identifier.
Preferably, the withdrawal function module is specifically configured to receive one or more of a withdrawal quantity, a currency, a withdrawal time, and a withdrawal location, which are input by a user through the withdrawal information interface.
Further, the withdrawal function module is further configured to prompt the user to check whether the account balance of the user is less than the withdrawal amount when a second confirmation message returned by the server is not received.
Further, the device also comprises a progress tracking module; wherein,
and the progress tracking module is used for carrying out information interaction with the server and/or the third party and tracking the progress of the business.
According to a fourth aspect of embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a cash transaction server including: a first confirmation information processing unit and a second confirmation information processing unit; wherein,
the first confirmation information processing unit is used for generating first confirmation information according to the received cash information and deposit information, returning the first confirmation information to the user, and simultaneously sending the cash information, the deposit information and the first confirmation information to a third party, wherein the first confirmation information is used for verifying the identity of the user by the third party;
the second confirmation information processing unit is used for generating second confirmation information according to the received withdrawal information, returning the second confirmation information to the user, and simultaneously sending the withdrawal information and the second confirmation information to a third party, wherein the second confirmation information is used for verifying the identity of the user by the third party.
Further, the cash transaction server further includes: a service processing unit;
the service processing unit is used for storing the cash amount returned by the third party into the user account returned by the third party and replying service completion information to the third party when first verification passing information returned by the third party is received; and when second verification passing information returned by a third party is received, marking out the cash amount returned by the third party from the user account returned by the third party, and replying service completion information to the third party.
According to a fifth aspect of embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a cash transaction system including: a cash transaction client, a cash transaction server, and a third party; wherein,
the cash transaction client comprises the cash transaction device;
the cash transaction server is the cash transaction server;
and the third party is used for receiving the first confirmation information and/or the second confirmation information sent by the cash transaction server, verifying the identity of the user with the cash transaction client according to the first confirmation information and/or the second confirmation information, and completing the cash transaction after the verification is passed.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can have the following beneficial effects: according to the detected deposit and withdrawal function selected by the user, different information interfaces are displayed, information input by the user through the information interfaces is received, the received information is sent to the server, after confirmation information returned by the server is received, the confirmation information and a third party are used for verifying the identity of the user, and then the deposit and withdrawal function is completed.

Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a cash transaction method according to an exemplary embodiment, where the cash transaction method is used in an intelligent terminal capable of installing application software, as shown in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
step 101, when receiving starting information input by a user, displaying a function selection interface;
102, when detecting that a user selects a deposit function through the function selection interface, displaying a deposit information interface;
103, receiving cash information sent by a cash detector and deposit information input by a user through a deposit information interface, sending the cash information and the deposit information to a server, and receiving first confirmation information returned by the server, wherein the first confirmation information is used for verifying the identity of the user by a third party;
104, when detecting that the user selects a withdrawal function through the function selection interface, displaying a withdrawal information interface;
and 105, receiving withdrawal information input by a user through the withdrawal information interface, sending the withdrawal information to a server, and receiving second confirmation information returned by the server, wherein the second confirmation information is used for verifying the identity of the user by a third party.
It should be understood that there is no necessary order between the steps 102-103 and 104-105.
Further, before step 103, the method may further include: when the cash information sent by the cash detector is not received all the time, the user can be prompted to collect the cash information by using the cash detector through displaying the prompt information.
Specifically, in step 103, receiving cash information sent by the cash checker and deposit information input by the user through the deposit information interface includes:
receiving one or more of currency, crown word number, image and quantity sent by the currency detector and one or more of deposit time and place input by a user through the deposit information interface; the cash information is used for checking when a subsequent third party collects the cash so as to avoid causing unnecessary disputes, and it should be understood that the cash information and the deposit information of different levels can be received according to different levels of the user, for example, if the credit level of the user is higher, the cash information can include currency and quantity, and the deposit information includes deposit time and deposit place; if the credit level of the user is general, the cash information comprises the amount, the crown word number and the like, the deposit information only comprises a deposit place, and the deposit time needs to be arranged according to the bank time and the like.
Specifically, in step 104, receiving withdrawal information input by a user through the withdrawal information interface includes:
receiving one or more of the amount of withdrawal, currency, withdrawal time and withdrawal place input by a user through the withdrawal information interface; it should be understood that withdrawal information of different levels may be received according to different levels of users, for example, if the credit level of the user is higher, the withdrawal information may include withdrawal amount, currency, withdrawal time, withdrawal place, etc.; if the credit level of the user is general, the withdrawal information may include the withdrawal amount, the withdrawal location, the currency type limited to the local currency, and the like.
Further, the method further comprises: when second confirmation information returned by the server is not received, prompting the user to check whether the account balance of the user is less than the withdrawal amount; here, a time threshold may be preset, and when the second confirmation information returned by the server is not received yet after the time threshold is exceeded, the user is prompted whether the balance is insufficient.
Further, the method further comprises: and carrying out information interaction with the server and/or the third party to track the progress of the service so as to facilitate a user to track and inquire the service in real time.
By adopting the technical scheme, different information interfaces are displayed according to the detected depositing and withdrawing functions selected by the user, the information input by the user through the information interfaces is received, the received information is sent to the server, and after the confirmation information returned by the server is received, the confirmation information and a third party are used for verifying the identity of the user, so that the depositing and withdrawing functions are completed.
In another embodiment, a server side of a bank is used as an execution subject to perform a detailed description of a cash transaction method, as shown in fig. 2, the cash transaction method includes the following steps:
step 201, generating first confirmation information according to received cash information and deposit information, returning the first confirmation information to a user, and simultaneously sending the cash information, the deposit information and the first confirmation information to a third party, wherein the first confirmation information is used for the third party to verify the identity of the user;
and sending the cash information, the deposit information and the first confirmation information to a third party for the third party to verify the cash transaction by using the information so as to avoid unnecessary disputes.
Step 202, generating second confirmation information according to the received withdrawal information, returning the second confirmation information to the user, and simultaneously sending the withdrawal information and the second confirmation information to a third party, wherein the second confirmation information is used for verifying the identity of the user by the third party;
and sending the withdrawal information and the second confirmation information to a third party for the third party to verify the cash transaction by using the information so as to avoid unnecessary disputes.
It should be understood that there is no strict order between step 201 and step 202.
Further, after the user identity authentication is passed, the method further comprises:
step 203, when first verification passing information returned by a third party is received, storing the cash amount returned by the third party into a user account returned by the third party, and replying service completion information to the third party;
and 204, when receiving second verification passing information returned by the third party, marking out the cash amount returned by the third party from the user account returned by the third party, and replying service completion information to the third party.
It should be understood that there is no strict order between step 203 and step 204.
By adopting the technical scheme in the embodiment, the cash transaction server generates the confirmation information according to the received information, returns the confirmation information to the user, sends the received information and the confirmation information to the third party, performs cash transaction with the user through the third party, greatly improves the convenience of the cash transaction, performs identity verification between the user and the third party through the confirmation information, and ensures the safety of the cash transaction.
FIG. 3 is a flow chart illustrating yet another cash transaction method according to an exemplary embodiment, the method including the steps of, as shown in FIG. 3:
step 301, receiving starting information input by a user, and displaying a function selection interface;
step 302, when detecting that the user selects a deposit function through the function selection interface, displaying a deposit information interface;
step 303, receiving cash information sent by a cash checker and deposit information input by a user through the deposit information interface, and sending the cash information and the deposit information to a server;
step 304, the server generates first confirmation information according to the received cash information and deposit information;
step 305, the server returns the first confirmation information to the user, and simultaneously sends the cash information, the deposit information and the first confirmation information to a third party;
step 306, the third party performs the verification work of the cash transaction with the user according to the received cash information, deposit information and first confirmation information, and returns first verification passing information to the server after the verification is passed;
step 307, the server stores the cash amount returned by the third party into a user account returned by the third party and replies service completion information to the third party;
and 308, after receiving the business completion information, the third party provides a business receipt service for the user, and the deposit business is completed.
FIG. 4 is a flow chart illustrating yet another cash transaction method according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the method including the steps of:
step 401, receiving starting information input by a user, and displaying a function selection interface;
step 402, when detecting that a user selects a withdrawal function through the function selection interface, displaying a withdrawal information interface;
step 403, receiving withdrawal information input by a user through the withdrawal information interface, and sending the withdrawal information to a server;
step 404, the server generates second confirmation information according to the received withdrawal information;
step 405, the server returns the second confirmation information to the user, and simultaneously sends the withdrawal information and the second confirmation information to a third party;
step 406, the third party performs the verification work of the cash transaction with the user according to the received withdrawal information and the second confirmation information, and returns second verification passing information to the server after the verification is passed;
step 407, the server marks out the cash amount returned by the third party from the user account returned by the third party, and replies service completion information to the third party;
step 408, after the third party receives the transaction completion information, the third party provides a transaction receipt service to the user, and the withdrawal transaction is completed.
FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating a cash transaction apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 5, the apparatus includes: a display module 51, a deposit function module 52 and a withdrawal function module 53; wherein,
the display module 51 is configured to display a function selection interface when receiving start information input by a user;
the deposit function module 52 is configured to trigger the display module 51 to display a deposit information interface when it is detected that the user selects a deposit function through the function selection interface; receiving cash information sent by a cash detector and deposit information input by a user through a deposit information interface, sending the cash information and the deposit information to a server, and receiving first confirmation information returned by the server, wherein the first confirmation information is used for verifying the identity of the user by a third party;
the withdrawal function module 53 is configured to trigger the display module 51 to display a withdrawal information interface when it is detected that the user selects a withdrawal function through the function selection interface; receiving withdrawal information input by a user through the withdrawal information interface, sending the withdrawal information to a server, and receiving second confirmation information returned by the server, wherein the second confirmation information is used for verifying the identity of the user by a third party.
By adopting the technical scheme, different information interfaces are displayed according to the detected depositing and withdrawing functions selected by the user, the information input by the user through the information interfaces is received, the received information is sent to the server, and after the confirmation information returned by the server is received, the confirmation information and a third party are used for verifying the identity of the user, so that the depositing and withdrawing functions are completed.
With regard to the apparatus in the above-described embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.
In an exemplary embodiment, the cash transaction apparatus may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.
FIG. 6 is a block diagram illustrating a system for a cash transaction server according to an exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 6, the cash transaction server may include a first confirmation information processing unit 61, a second confirmation information processing unit 62, in addition to the functional devices (not shown in fig. 6) of the existing banking server; wherein,
the first confirmation information processing unit 61 is configured to generate first confirmation information according to the received cash information and deposit information, return the first confirmation information to the user, and send the cash information, the deposit information, and the first confirmation information to a third party, where the first confirmation information is used for the third party to verify the identity of the user;
the second confirmation information processing unit 62 is configured to generate second confirmation information according to the received withdrawal information, return the second confirmation information to the user, and send the withdrawal information and the second confirmation information to a third party, where the second confirmation information is used for verifying the user identity by the third party.
By adopting the technical scheme in the embodiment, the cash transaction server generates the confirmation information according to the received information, returns the confirmation information to the user, sends the received information and the confirmation information to the third party, performs cash transaction with the user through the third party, greatly improves the convenience of the cash transaction, performs identity verification between the user and the third party through the confirmation information, and ensures the safety of the cash transaction.
The present disclosure also provides a cash transaction system, the system comprising: a cash transaction client, a cash transaction server, and a third party; wherein,
the cash transaction client is a cash transaction device as described above in structure and working principle, which are not described herein again;
the cash transaction server has the structure and the working principle as the cash transaction server, and is not described again;
and the third party is used for receiving the first confirmation information and/or the second confirmation information sent by the cash transaction server, verifying the identity of the user with the cash transaction client according to the first confirmation information and/or the second confirmation information, and completing the cash transaction after the verification is passed.
