Abstract

电子温度修正膜式燃气表流量采样装置,包括密封套、磁钢支架、脉冲采样传感器和多个磁钢。密封套一端开口一端封闭,脉冲采样传感器固定在固定架上,然后固定在密封套的开口内,密封套为圆柱形。密封套的圆柱表面上设有磁钢支架,多个磁钢均匀设置在磁钢支架的圆周。磁钢支架上固定有拨叉。本采样结构采用电子方式采样及计量。在磁钢支架里安装多个磁钢,可实现在每个回转体积内得到多个脉冲信号,从而提高燃气表检测的精度,减小因计量误差带来的经济损失。

电子温度修正膜式燃气表流量采样装置
技术领域
    本发明涉及计量仪表技术领域,特别是涉及电子温度修正膜式燃气表流量采样装置,是用电子方式采样及计量的采集燃气流量脉冲信号的装置。
背景技术
①表内采样,在阀门附近的某个齿轮上安装6~8个磁钢,每个回转体积1~1.2升,可使采样值达到0.15~0.2升/次。表内的采样信号经过过渡接头传到表外,表内的齿轮会有震动所以计量准确度不高,在表内易受污染。还需加装密封装置,成本也高。
②磁传组件式采样,磁传组件带动主动齿轮带动从动齿轮,从动齿轮上安装6~8个磁钢,由传感器采到脉冲信号传给电子积算线路板。这种方式,在磁传组件和主齿轮间、主动齿轮和从动齿轮间都易产生颤动,导致重复采样,从而计量不准确。
技术问题在于:目前,我国设计研发的各种膜式燃气表均不能实现高频高准确度的电子流量采样功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供电子温度修正膜式燃气表流量采样装置,可以更合理的提高煤气表的采样精度。
采用的技术方案是:
电子温度修正膜式燃气表流量采样装置,包括密封套、磁钢支架、脉冲采样传感器和多个磁钢。
其技术要点在于:
密封套为圆柱形,密封套一端封闭,另一端开口。
脉冲采样传感器固定在固定架上,固定架固定在密封套的开口内。脉冲采样传感器的脉冲信号线穿出固定架。
密封套的圆柱表面上设有磁钢支架,密封套端部设有凸缘。
多个磁钢均匀设置在磁钢支架的圆周。磁钢支架上固定有拨叉。
脉冲采样传感器为已知技术,故不重复叙述。
 多个磁钢均匀设置在磁钢支架的圆周,能够做到一个回转体积内多个脉冲采样,实现高分辨率取样。
其优点在于:
本采样结构是针对燃气计量设计的,它采用电子方式采样及计量。在磁钢支架里安装多个磁钢,可实现在每个回转体积内得到多个脉冲信号,至少每0.2升可得到一个采样信号,采样精度大幅提高,得到的体积流量信号准确度更高。从而提高燃气表检测的精度,减小因计量误差带来的经济损失。
传感器从膜式燃气表的基表外壳的外部插入到密封套内,燃气表的整体密封性好,无需另加密封装置,成本低,稳定效果好,准确度高。可广泛应用于家庭、工矿等场合。

具体实施方式
电子温度修正膜式燃气表流量采样装置,包括密封套1、磁钢支架2、脉冲采样传感器3和六个磁钢4。
密封套1为圆柱形,密封套1一端封闭,另一端开口。
脉冲采样传感器3固定在固定架7上,固定架7固定在密封套1的开口内。脉冲采样传感器3的脉冲信号线5穿出固定架7到基表外壳6外部。
密封套1的圆柱表面上设有磁钢支架2,磁钢支架2可在密封套1上转动,密封套1端部设有凸缘8。
六个磁钢4均匀设置在磁钢支架2的圆周。磁钢支架2上固定有拨叉9。
每个磁钢4的磁感应强度3500高斯,脉冲采样传感器3为磁开关。磁开关型号为MMSZX1H。 
密封套1密封连接在膜式燃气表的基表外壳6上,由于密封套1一端为封闭的与基表外壳6一起形成一个封闭的空间,所以无需另加密封装置。
磁钢支架2从基表外壳6内部套在密封套1外,且磁钢支架2可在密封套1上自由转动。
当磁开关和任一磁钢4之间的距离为3mm以内,磁开关即可采集到一个脉冲信号。
膜式燃气表内部的拨叉齿轮拨动磁钢支架2上的拨叉9转动,带动磁钢支架2内部的磁钢4转动。膜式燃气表为已知技术。
当磁钢支架2内部的任意一个磁钢4转动到与磁开关的距离为3mm以内时,磁开关输出电平发生变化,当磁钢4转离磁开关时,磁开关输出电平恢复到原来状态,得到一个采样脉冲信号。一个磁钢支架2里安装有六个磁钢4,可在一个回转体积内得到六个脉冲信号,采样频率提高。

Claims (4)

1.电子温度修正膜式燃气表流量采样装置,包括密封套(1)、磁钢支架(2)、脉冲采样传感器(3)和多个磁钢(4);其特征在于:
密封套(1)为圆柱形,密封套(1)一端封闭,另一端开口;
脉冲采样传感器(3)固定在固定架(7)上,固定架(7)固定在密封套(1)的开口内;脉冲采样传感器(3)的脉冲信号线(5)穿出固定架(7);
密封套(1)的圆柱表面上设有磁钢支架(2),密封套(1)端部设有凸缘(8);
多个磁钢(4)均匀设置在磁钢支架(2)的圆周;
磁钢支架(2)上固定有拨叉(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电子温度修正膜式燃气表流量采样装置,其特征在于:脉冲采样传感器(3)为磁开关。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电子温度修正膜式燃气表流量采样装置,其特征在于:磁开关型号为MMSZX1H。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电子温度修正膜式燃气表流量采样装置,其特征在于:所述的磁钢(4)为六个。
