Abstract

本发明公开了高压磁力单向球阀,其特征在于,包括阀体、开路电磁极、关路电磁极和球形阀芯,在阀体内部设置依次连通、形成之字形的的进油通道、竖向通道和出油通道,所述开路电磁极、关路电磁极和球形阀芯设置在竖向通道内,所述开路电磁极包括连接在一起的安装在所述竖向通道侧壁内的圆碗型槽和电磁铁,所述圆碗型槽面向所述竖向通道,所述关路电磁极为筒状,外径与所述竖向通道内径对应固定在所述竖向通道内、圆碗型槽下方,其外围与所述圆碗型槽之间设置有弧形隔磁层,所述球形阀芯放置在所述关路电磁极上方。本发明高压磁力单向球阀,结构简单不易损坏、油路开合速度快,且不会出现因泄露而造成的控制油的浪费。

技术领域
本发明涉及单向球阀制造技术领域,尤其是高压磁力单向球阀。
背景技术
传统的单向阀其油路开合一般是通过控制油推动活塞前进推动阀芯实现打开,在由与阀芯连接的弹簧推动阀芯实现油路的闭合,这种设置结构较复杂容易损害,且控制油容易泄露造成浪费,油路的开合较缓慢。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出高压磁力单向球阀,结构简单不易损坏、油路开合速度快,且不会出现因泄露而造成的控制油的浪费。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案: 
高压磁力单向球阀,包括阀体、开路电磁极、关路电磁极和球形阀芯,
在阀体内部设置依次连通、形成之字形的的进油通道、竖向通道和出油通道,所述开路电磁极、关路电磁极和球形阀芯设置在竖向通道内,
所述开路电磁极包括连接在一起的安装在所述竖向通道侧壁内的圆碗型槽和电磁铁,所述圆碗型槽面向所述竖向通道,
所述关路电磁极为筒状,外径与所述竖向通道内径对应固定在所述竖向通道内、圆碗型槽下方,其外围与所述圆碗型槽之间设置有弧形隔磁层,
所述球形阀芯放置在所述关路电磁极上方。
进一步地,所述圆碗型槽开口直径大于所述球形阀芯直径,在所述圆碗型槽中间位置设置有弧形曲面与所述球形阀芯外表面配合圆形坑槽。
进一步地,所述关路电磁极上半段外径小于下半段直径,所述下半段与所述竖向通道内壁固定,所述上半段外部缠绕线圈,
所述弧形隔磁层设置在所述上半段与所述竖向通道内壁之间并密封。
进一步地,所述关路电磁极顶端设置有弧形面与所述球形阀芯贴合的凹槽。
本发明高压磁力单向球阀,通过对关路电磁极和开路电磁极结构以及球形阀芯的使用,实现了单向球阀结构简单不易损坏、油路开合速度快,且不会出现因泄露而造成的控制油的浪费等特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细描述,本部分的描述仅是示范性和解释性,不应对本发明的保护范围有任何的限制作用。
如图1-3所示的高压磁力单向球阀,包括阀体1、开路电磁极3、关路电磁极2和球形阀芯4,
在阀体1内部设置依次连通、形成之字形的的进油通道11、竖向通道12和出油通道13,开路电磁极3、关路电磁极2和球形阀芯4设置在竖向通道12内,
开路电磁极3包括连接在一起的安装在竖向通道12侧壁内的圆碗型槽31和电磁铁32,圆碗型槽31面向竖向通道12,圆碗型槽31由不锈钢制成,
关路电磁极2为筒状,外径与竖向通道12内径对应固定在竖向通道12内、圆碗型槽31下方,其外围与圆碗型槽31之间设置有弧形隔磁层21,
球形阀芯4放置在关路电磁极2上方。
圆碗型槽31开口直径大于球形阀芯4直径,在圆碗型槽31中间位置设置有弧形曲面与球形阀芯4外表面配合圆形坑槽33。
关路电磁极2上半段外径小于下半段直径,下半段与竖向通道12内壁固定,上半段外部缠绕线圈,
弧形隔磁层21设置在上半段与竖向通道12内壁之间并密封。
关路电磁极2顶端设置有弧形面与球形阀芯4贴合的凹槽。
关路电磁极2和开路电磁极3与阀体1之间设置有隔磁层,或者阀体1最好使用不含铁元素的材料制作,
对于圆碗型槽31的安装更优的选择为其安装在竖向通道12侧壁内的深度保证球形阀芯4在圆碗型槽31时其任何一端不在竖向通道12内,以避免油流动时的直接冲刷。
使用时,关路电磁极2和开路电磁极3与切换开关连接,油路需要打开时,开关切换到开路电磁极3,开路电磁极3线圈通电,含有铁元素的球形阀芯4被磁力吸到圆碗型槽31内的圆形坑槽33内,这时,压力油通过关路电磁极2中间的通孔流入出油通道13;油路需要关闭时,开关切换到关路电磁极2,其线圈通电,球形阀芯4从开路电磁极3掉落的同时被关路电磁极2磁力吸住。
本发明高压磁力单向球阀,通过对关路电磁极和开路电磁极结构以及球形阀芯的使用,实现了单向球阀结构简单不易损坏、油路开合速度快,且不会出现因泄露而造成的控制油的浪费等特点。

1.高压磁力单向球阀,其特征在于,包括阀体、开路电磁极、关路电磁极和球形阀芯,
在阀体内部设置依次连通、形成之字形的的进油通道、竖向通道和出油通道,所述开路电磁极、关路电磁极和球形阀芯设置在竖向通道内,
所述开路电磁极包括连接在一起的安装在所述竖向通道侧壁内的圆碗型槽和电磁铁,所述圆碗型槽面向所述竖向通道,
所述关路电磁极为筒状,外径与所述竖向通道内径对应固定在所述竖向通道内、圆碗型槽下方,其外围与所述圆碗型槽之间设置有弧形隔磁层,
所述球形阀芯放置在所述关路电磁极上方。
2.如权利要求1所述高压磁力单向球阀,其特征在于,所述圆碗型槽开口直径大于所述球形阀芯直径,在所述圆碗型槽中间位置设置有弧形曲面与所述球形阀芯外表面配合圆形坑槽。
3.如权利要求1所述高压磁力单向球阀,其特征在于,所述关路电磁极上半段外径小于下半段直径,所述下半段与所述竖向通道内壁固定,所述上半段外部缠绕线圈,
所述弧形隔磁层设置在所述上半段与所述竖向通道内壁之间并密封。
4.如权利要求1或3所述高压磁力单向球阀,其特征在于,所述关路电磁极顶端设置有弧形面与所述球形阀芯贴合的凹槽。
