技术领域
本发明涉及一种缓冲布胶。
技术背景
巨型斜交工程机械轮胎在大型露天矿山上使用。轮胎载重量大,工况环境比较苛刻,巨型斜交工程机械轮胎由于帘布层数多,行驶过程中胶料易升温而散热又较困难,因此在使用的中、后期常会产生侧空和肩空。

本发明公开了一种耐热性能好的一种缓冲布胶,该缓冲布胶按重量由下述组分构成:
天然胶:12kg;
丁苯:12kg;
再生胶:5kg;
S:0.54kg;
DM:0.2kg;
CZ:0.3kg;
轻钙:3.0kg;
SA:0.58kg;
RD:0.23kg;
BLE:0.2kg;
4010:0.12kg;
N330:5.25kg;
N660:8.2kg;
氧化锌:5.5kg;
C5:3.4kg;
松焦油:1.2kg;
AB-3:0.1kg;
白炭黑:4.6kg。
进一步,所述天然胶为2#天然胶。
本发明的优点在于该缓冲胶拥有良好的耐热老化性能,增强粘合热老化性能。
