Abstract

一种具光反射微结构的保护贴,包含本体、背胶层、抗刮层及至少一微结构图案层,背胶层设置于本体的下表面,用以与移动装置的表面黏接、抗刮层设置于本体的上表面,微结构图案层设置于本体的上表面与抗刮层之间,及/或本体的下表面与背胶层之间,在移动装置的背光强度低于环境光的状态,在微结构图案层上受到环境光的反射,而呈现出反射图案于移动装置的显示区上,而在移动装置的背光强度高于环境光的状态,微结构图案层为透明,不影响使用者观看及操作行动装置,除了达到防刮的效果外,进一步达到美观、独特,进而具有防伪、防窃的效果。

Description

具光反射微结构的保护贴
技术领域
本发明涉及一种保护贴,尤其是具有微结构图案层的保护贴,在移动装置的背光强度低于环境光的状态,呈现出反射图案,而在移动装置的背光强度高于环境光的状态为透明,不影响使用者观看及操作移动装置。
背景技术
随着面板技术的发展,现阶段市面上3C产品上都广泛地采用平板面板来显示影像,甚至是触控的操作,由于平板显示的表面通常是玻璃,为了防止刮损,消费者通常会使用价格低廉、具有抗刮性保护贴以保护玻璃的表面,避免玻璃的刮损。近年来,随着苹果公司iPhone、iPad系列产生的趋势,3C产品的朝向软件服务迈进,对于硬件的规格上不像前几年一样百花齐放,因而使用者持有相同的产品成为目前常有的现况,因此,如何辨识出自己的产品,是目前使用者所注重的课题。
目前市面上的周边产品种类繁多,但是保护贴为必要的配件,但是保护贴都仅为透明,因此,利用保护贴作为移动装置的分辨之用、营造个人独特性,是目前需要发展的一块领域。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种保护贴,尤其是具光反射微结构的保护贴。该具光反射微结构的保护贴黏附于移动装置上,其结构包含本体、背胶层、抗刮层以及至少一微结构图案层。背胶层设置于该本体的下表面,用以与该移动装置的表面黏接、抗刮层设置于该本体的上表面,而微结构图案层设置于该本体的上表面与该抗刮层之间,及/或该本体的下表面与该背胶层之间。在该移动装置的背光强度低于环境光的状态,在该微结构图案层上的微结构,受到环境光的反射,而呈现出一反射图案于该移动装置的一显示区上,而在该移动装置的背光强度高于环境光的状态,该微结构图案层形成透明,不影响使用者观看及操作该移动装置。
藉由在保护贴中制作出微结构图案层,而能在移动装置的背光强度低于环境光的状态藉由环境光而反射呈现出特定图案,而能让使用者所拥有的移动装置除了传统防刮的效果外,进一步达到美观、独特,甚至防伪、防窃的效果。

具体实施方式
以下配合附图及附图标记对本发明的实施方式做更详细的说明,使熟习本领域的技术人员在研读本说明书后能据以实施。
参考图1,本发明具光反射微结构的保护贴的立体图。如图1所示,本发明具光反射微结构的保护贴10黏附于一移动装置100上,用以防止移动装置100的表面受到刮伤,该移动装置100可以为手机、平板计算机、笔记型计算机、随身听、数字相机等。
参考图2A,本发明具光反射微结构的保护贴的第一实施例的侧视图。如图2所示,具光反射微结构的保护贴10包含一背胶层11、一微结构图案层13、一本体15以及一抗刮层17。该背胶层11设置于该本体的下表面,用以将该具光反射微结构的保护贴10与移动装置100的表面黏接,该微结构图案层13设置于该本体15的下表面以及该背胶层11之间,该抗刮层17设置于该本体15的上表面,其中该本体15是由乙烯对苯二甲酸酯(Polyethyleneterephthalate,PET)及聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,PC)的至少其中之一所制成。
参考图2B,本发明具光反射微结构的保护贴的第二实施例的侧视图。第二实施例类似于第一实施例,只是,微结构图案层13是设置于该本体15与该抗括层17之间,可进一步提供一触觉效果。参考图2C,本发明具光反射微结构的保护贴的第三实施例的侧视图。第三实施例类似于第一实施例,只是,微结构图案层13是设置于该本体15与抗刮层17之间,以及该本体15与该背胶层11之间。
参考图3A及图3B,分别为本发明具光反射微结构的保护贴在移动装置的背光强度低于环境光的状态,以及移动装置的背光强度高于环境光的状态的示意图。如图3A所示,在显示移动装置100的背光强度低于环境光的状态,在微结构图案层13上的微结构,受到环境光的反射,而呈现出反射图案21于显示区上,而图3B所示,在移动装置100的背光强度高于环境光的状态,则形成透明,不会影响使用者观看及操作移动装置100。
进一步地,如图4A及图4B所示,在移动装置100的背光强度低于环境光的状态,在不同的角度,微结构图案层13还可以呈现第二反射图案23、第三反射图案25及第四反射图案27。或者,也可以使反射图案21因不同的角度而呈现出不同的反射颜色。此仅为示例,实际的反射图案及反射图案的数量并不限于此。
本发明的技术特点主要在于,在保护贴中制作出微结构图案层,而能在移动装置的背光强度低于环境光的状态藉由环境光而反射呈现出特定图案,而能让使用者所拥有的移动装置除了传统防刮的效果外,进一步达到美观、独特,甚至防伪、防窃的效果。

Claims (4)

1.一种具光反射微结构的保护贴,黏附于一移动装置上,其特征在于,包含:
一本体;
一背胶层,设置于该本体的下表面,用以与该移动装置的表面黏接;
一抗刮层,设置于该本体的上表面;以及
至少一微结构图案层,设置于该本体的上表面与该抗刮层之间,及/或该本体的下表面与该背胶层之间,
其中在该移动装置的背光强度低于环境光的状态,在该微结构图案层上的微结构,受到环境光的反射,而呈现出一反射图案于该移动装置的一显示区上,而在该移动装置的背光强度高于环境光的状态,该微结构图案层形成透明,不影响使用者观看及操作该移动装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的具光反射微结构的保护贴,其特征在于,该本体是由乙烯对苯二甲酸酯及聚碳酸酯的至少其中之一所制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的具光反射微结构的保护贴,其特征在于,在该移动装置的背光强度低于环境光的状态,在不同的角度,该微结构图案层呈现不同的反射图案。
4.如权利要求1所述的具光反射微结构的保护贴,其特征在于,在该移动装置的背光强度低于环境光的状态,在不同的角度,该反射图案呈现不同的颜色。
